"You've already found this Goblar"?

Can you only find a Goblar on a certain page once or something? I'm pretty sure that's not how it should work. o3o I've found at least 3 Goblars (that I had not clicked on before), but I says I've already found them? :/

me too, ive found quite a few that've done this, including my first one... i clicked on it and it said id already found it, so i checked the find the gobblers event page and id still found 0

You can find multiple on the same page (e.g. by refreshing this webpage many times, it will still work). It's a bug that hasn't been solved since last year (maybe before but I can't remember if I even participated then).

Yes, we're all going to be affected by it and we can't do anything about it. Sometimes you do get the Gobbler though.

Same problem, actually (what the total says) i have found 0 but I know I have found at least 3. I wish this would get resolved but yes, I think this was a problem last year too.

I have the same problem.. I found at least 30 gobblers, but it sayes i found 9.. ☹️ I hope it's going to get solved...

This morning I've found 5 on 5 different pages and they have all said "You've already found this gobbler." It only happened a few times last night when I was feeding. I'm just happy to see it isn't only me affected. I do seem to remember this from last year, but I was brand new in November last year, so I probably did not pay much attention then.

Edited to add: I just noticed the last 3 I found had the same message, but my gobbler count did go up by 3.

THIS MAY WORK FOR YOU!!!

EVERYTIME I found a chicken it never gets counted
Later When I found a chicken I accedently ctrl+clicked it. It opened in a new tab and I got it counted! I tried a few times it all worked.
It MAY work for you, try it yourself.
I was doing it that time on an iPad.

@zero_chaos It says I found the Gobbler, but they don't count.. If I open many tabs when I'm feeding coves and find a few Gobblers they still count as one, even though each time it sayes I found a Gobbler...

When I find a gobbler sometimes it doesn't count, but I guess I don't really care because they are pretty easy to find 😸

I was making a record on a notebook of how many I found. When I got to 73 I checked the leaderboards and it only said I had 68...

Hi there!

We've been investigating this bug. Turns out, this bug was caused by our light box plugin which pre-fetches certain pages. "Find the Gobblers" pages were being pre-fetched, thereby collecting the Gobbler *before* you loaded the page. That's why the "You've already found this Gobbler" page kept displaying. Rest assured that, despite these pages showing, your Gobblers were being collected and added to your tally in the process.

We've converted the Find the Gobblers event pages away from the light box plugin and require a true page load to collect Gobblers.

tl;dr FIXED!
