"Near the border between the big dead oak tree and the river!" Fawnstripe said, beginning to get her breath back. Her tail lashed back and forth as she thought about the body. "It wasn't any twoleg cause though... It was definitely cat claws that sliced the invading kittypet's throat..." She said, unsure if Frecklestar's attitude would change when she learned it was a kittypet.

Fawnstripe nodded and began walking in the direction she had come from, the smell of death had finally left her nose and now it wafted back in. A shiver went up her spine, she was known for her exceptional sence of smell, that's probably why she was the only one from camp to smell it.
They quickly came upon the kittypet's body, crow's had already gotten to it. She quickly pounced on one and snapped its neck, causing all the crow's around to scramble away. As they cleared the kittypet came it to sight. It had become more mangled because of the crow's.

When I saw the kittypets, I had fear in my eyes. I started to run, as fast as I could, I never noticed I was coming upon the river, near Riverclan, I ran, and slipped on the bank and fell in.

Blackstripe had been watching, the kittypet had seemed to have been there for only a few hours. He watched their leader run off as Fawnstripe seemed paralyzed by the more gruesome kittypet. Blackstripe quickly followed Frecklestar and saw her fall into the river, then without thinking he rushed in after her. Plunging his body into the cold water, he was a pretty good swimmer, not as good as Riverclan, but still good. He quickly found her as she was sinking and grabbed her by her scruff, pulling her on shore.

I started to see black, wondering if I was losing a life, but no I wasn't, I woke coughing out water, and gazed into Blackstripes eyes, it seemed I was attached to him, "thank you!, You saved me." I noticed I loved him.

Rustfur

She saw the the whole ideal in the water from where she was. She had been looking at the end of the territory for more rabbits. What she saw made her think, what in the star clan? Frecklestar plunged into the water. Rustfur looked around, but there was nothing chasing her leader. What? Then Blackstripe dived in, an blur of black, and heroically saved the leader. He sure was handsome. So strong... she snapped out of those stupid thoughts. Stupid Rustfur!, she thought. Thinking about that at a time like this! she raced over to them. "What happened? Why did you fall into the river?" she asked. And why, she thought, did she smell death lingering in the air....

I noticed Rustfur, "There is a kittypets, dead, by the twolegplace, and..and...I knew her..she..was..." I couldn't say anymore, I had so much fear, but felt so lively.

Blackstripe nodded at them and turned away, his cold behavior returning as he walked away. Fawnstripe appeared and noticed her leader covered in water. "Oh my starclan! What happened?" She said, she seen a third set of paw prints. They looked oddly familiar, she shrugged it off and turned her attention back to Rustfur and Frecklestar.

"Wha...what?" she stammered. "You're not making sense Frecklestar."she realized she was probably to tramutized to say anything. She saw Blackstripe walking away. She chased after him. "You can't just walk away from this!Blackstripes, what happened to cause this. Tell me excactly!" she demanded. she caught herself and added, "Please?"

I forced myself to place, "Rustfur, Fawnstripe, Blackstripe, I was saying I knew that kittypet, she....she...was...my daughter." I knew they all froze so weird, wondering how that happened, they looked at me like they want me to tell them the story.

I started walking back to the camp, leaving my classmates by the river. Was I a great leader? Am I right for the clan? I wondered so many things, for I shaved it out. I LOVED Blackstripe, I didn't love Stonefoot in the same way. I have to let it out. I was at camp, and I noticed cats, coming toward me, mewing, what happened, are you okay,? questions, I was so tired, I leaped on the ledge, and into my den, and let darkness sweep me away.

"Blackstripe! You can't just walk away from this! Something bad is out there, or maybe someone! Maybe they're from this clan!" she chased after him, until she caught up. "Tell me what happened back there Blackstripe. Tell me every detail. I have to figure this out!" she looked at him with pleading eyes. "Please, I can't let something like this happen again."

Blackstripe glared at her, then looked away. He seemed to be heading in the opposite direction of the clan. Blackstripe sighed, then quickened is pace. "If you know what's best for you, you'll leave me alone." He growled, putting more space between them.

I woke up, it was dawn, and no sign of Blackstripe, I went out a nd found Blackstripe walking away from Rustfur, maybe they like each other, I walked away toward the dead littlest, and sat next to her, dead, bloody, still body.

He was starting to bother her. She hissed, "You listen here! If YOU know what's best for you, you'll tell me what is happening." He continued walking away. "Do you think this is a light matter?" she asked. "Death is not a light matter." She glared at him. Why did he have to be so gruff all the time? Did he ever care about anything?

Blackstripe unsheathed his claws and took a warning swipe at her. "I SAID; If you know whats best for you you'll leave me be! I will not be polite about it again." He said in an oddly sickly sweet voice. Slight seduction made its way into the last sentence as he sheathed his claws and walked away from her, this part of the river was full of wild and thrashing tides. He jumped on a fallen tree branch and over a few rocks that were unknown because they where flooded over. It made him appear to be walking on water. He made it to the other side quickly, looking back at her. What he had seen about Rustfur beforehand as kits, she wasn't the most brave cat but did have quite the loud mouth. 'She wouldn't, she is to much of a priss.' He thought with a smirk.

She growled. Why did he have to be so stubborn. All she knew was, NO cat threatened her. He wasn't the only one who knew this forest! She skillfully weaved her way to him, stepping careful on the rocks. As he turned around she gave him a painful bop on the nose. "Why are you so eager to not answer? You're looking suspicious Blackstripe..." she growled in a threatening tone.

Blackstripe hissed at her when she hit him, quickly unsheathing his claws and scratching her shoulder. "You are such a mousebrain! It's for your own safety that you keep away. Just go back to camp like a good little girl!" He hissed, his voice had become low and his hackles had raised. He had unusually long claws, that was a special trait for him. He whipped his tail around and let it slap her hind leg... Hard. Then got closer to her. His nose almost touching hers. "I am older and superior, you will listen... Or a little 'accident' might occur here." He growled, his voice seemed to get lower and more threatening with each word.

"Ha, what a laugh. No suspicion will arise when I return with your body and a few scratches, saying that you valiantly sacrificed yourself to help me get away from a strange clan of rouge cat's in the forest." He said with a smirk, he wasn't a complete idiot. "Or I could just get 'them' to do it for me." He said quietly, many pair's of glowing green and red eyes arose from the bushes, then disappeared as quickly as they came. "Come on sister, your outmatched. So I'd suggest you keep your trap shut and act like you never seen me here." He told her, that bittersweet voice returning, it could easily be defined as the voice of a killer if anyone else heard him talking like this. But back at the camp people only knew his voice by Blackstripe. In this part of the woods it was Blackfang, leader of a rouge cat clan, (refusing to go by Starclan's whishes as 'star') he allowed a strange sadistic smile to pass over his face. "Come on honey, it's not to late to walk away, like you never seen anything."

"You evil no good traiter!" she hissed. She would of loved to plow him into the water. But she wasn't stupid. The other cats would surly kill her before she could get back. What if the clan didn't believe her though? But maybe, just maybe, the stupid idiot... she put fake fear in her eyes. "Oh my!" she said in the most convincing voice she could. "I promise I won't tell anybody, just please, let me live!" she bowed down, looking as weak as she could. "There's still a chance." she thought.

Blackstripe hissed at Rustfur and was about to swat her face with his long claws. Nothing would make him happier than to spill her blood. He noticed Frecklestar had com into view so he quickly got himself prepared. "Alright ma'am." He said with a smile, sense she had come from across river the waves had been to loud, so she wouldn't have been able to hear their conversation. He nodded toward Rustfur. "As you can see, she's a bit disoriented."

I asked, hope in my eyes. I turned back to Rustfur, "Rustfur! Go to the medicine cat!" I snapped, not meaningful mean.
