Angelica nodded uncertainty at the Mega Absol. A heavy and awkward silence fell upon them all. She frowned at the ground.

Shade suddenly started to look very uncomfortable. "Are you okay?" Angelica half whispered, almost afraid to break the silence. She fixed her eyes worriedly on the Zoura, wondering what was bothering her.

She was really wondering what Angelica would think if she figured out she ate part of the meat.

Bianca cautiously looked back the entrance of the store. A sudden rumble broke the hanging silence. A mutated-looking Weavile, Scrafty and Krokorok were trying to break into the doors, fear stricken on their faces.

"S-Shade... Everyone... H-h-help..!" shrieked the Weavile, presumably Jasper wailed, looking like the last shreds of sanity he had left were being stripped away by the toxins that were slowly seeping up his body.

"Y-you gotta..." Takisha wailed, looking desperate. She had dropped her facade of looking cool and was nothing but the shy and innocent Scrafty she was in the past, fearing for her life and not caring about what anyone thought of her. Andre looked like he was nearly consumed by the mutation, and couldn't even speak.

"but how do we help? i dont have a full revive, or any revives!"

aussie was just about ready to curl up in a ball and shake.

but when he looked in his bag, he noticed he didnt have one.

"nevermind..."

shade's ears flopped. was this contageous? forget eating the rotten meat, this could be a life or death situation. how did they get all poisoned? she shouldnt have left them. none of them should have.

"B-but the Serperior is dead i-isn---?"" she squeaked then stopped when she heard a loud banging noise behind her.

Angelica turned and widened her eyes when she recognized Jasper and the Krookodile and Scrafty she saw earlier.

Her eyes widening she scurried over to the (?glass) door. "How did you get in there?!" She gasped. Angelica clutched the door handle and tried to yank it open with no accomplishment. Its no good... Angelica thought hopelessly. I'm not strong enough!

"A-are you okay?!" Angelica gaped, noticing splotches of poison covering their body. "I-I could use Heal Bell m-maybe to fix that I think.." Angelica felt herself start to panic. Her movements became desperate and she yanked on the door again."Or BC's max revives might help but since she has only two..."


The female Raticate released her grip sooner than Leilani suspected. He gasped in pain as he felt blood flowing down his side and arm. The Raticate smirked, licking the blood off her lips.

The Raticate opened her mouth to bite him again, this time on his leg. Panicking he flung up his hand in defense and a blast of black energy suddenly flung into her gaping jaws. The Raticate on him staggered back and make a choking noise. The other Raticates made squeaking noises of surprise and surrounded their leader.

Realizing that the Raticates seemed to be distracted, Leilani sprang up and started running again, clutching his side. Leilani looked in amazement at his hand as he ran. Dark Pulse... he mused to himself, his heart thumping in both exhilaration and terror.

Soon, Leilani heard the enraged squeaks of the Raticate when they realized he had escaped. Hearing paws pounding not far behind him, Leilani gritted his teeth and prepared to have the race of his life.

Andre's eyes glowed menacingly. It looked like he was fully contaminated with the poison, and had lost all sanity he had left. He lunged at Angelica with open jaws dripping with black sludge.

"A-Andre..." sobbed Takisha, who was shriveled into a ball on the ground. "D-don't hurt her..." She could barely speak, but managed to whisper those last words. She twitched a little before going out cold, then staggered to her feet, her eyes glowing in the same way as Andre's.

Angelica lurched backwards as Andre smashed through the door, his jaws gaping menacingly. She shrieked and ducked down, throwing a hasty protect around her just as the Krookodile slammed into it. Angelica gasped as the protect literally started to crack against his force.

"..How?!" She shrieked. She turned to the other Pokémon, her eyes widening in terror. "D-don't just stand there! H-help!!"

I managed to frantically stuff the revives into Andre's and Takisha's mouths. I gazed forlornly at Jasper. "Sorry..."

As Angelica ducked out of the way, Andre slammed into the wall, his teeth piercing the drywall and making him stuck for a second. Takisha ignored this, and tried to use Sucker Punch on Jordan before he flew away. The attack landed on him, but it didn't do much damage because he was already pretty much out of her reach.

"I don't think..." Jasper coughed, "I don't think revives will do anything... It will only make 'em stronger, you know? I would run while you had the chance."

Ace nodded, looking back at the rest of the Pokemon. "He's right, you know. We need to get outta here!"

shade started bunding towards jordan, who was already flying off and transformed into a hydreigon. aussie hopped onto her back, but jake was to late. he watched in terror as he ran from the scene. shade didnt even notice he was gone.

shade flew to jordan

shade:

"wait! dont find a max revive! it only makes them stronger!"

jordan stopped in mid flight.

jordan:

"oh."

jake kept running, trying to catch up to shade and the others, but they were to far away. his yells wouldnt reach them. he kept running in hopes of getting as far away from the mutated pokemon as possible.

Ace loaded Bianca onto her back.

"All right, ready to go?" she chirped, eager to fly again.

"Yup." Bianca said hesitantly, aware of Ace's awful flying skills. She decided that it was best to deal with her reckless and extremely fast flight than to deal with three mutated Pokemon.

Andre lunged at Ace before she took off, his jaws open wide, she luckily escaped, but Bianca came in contact with his jaw. Two small holes appeared in her tail where he attacked her.

"A-aah!" Bianca screamed, "A-am I going to turn into a mutated Pokemon, t-too?"
