Angelica silently followed the others, listening to the fluttering sound of her own wings.

I'm pretty much only seven pounds... Angelica thought, glancing nervously over to BC. She hoped that the Pikachu wouldn't try to jump on her. She'd collapse for sure.

She glanced around, her lip quivering. Still, the city remained strangely silent. "Can we get out of this city?" It's kinda—" Angelica blushed. "Freaking me out a little."


Leilani's legs were starting to feel heavy and tired. He'd been walking for a while now. He glanced up with a worried expression at the darkening sky. I need to find shelter soon..

Leilani stopped for a moment to look around. Seeing a house that wasn't completely destroyed, he cautiously crep up to its already slightly opened door and peeked inside. When the house remained completely silent, he opened door wider to enter. Leilani flinched as the door creaked loudly, the sound shattering the silent air.

Inside was dusty and grimy. A sofa in the middle of the room was over turned. But as far as he could see there were no toxic spills around it. Leilani sighed, and trotted inside. It will have to do for now..

Other: usually pretty carefree, fun and playful.

Aussie wandered around, dodging goop as he ran around. noticing it was night time, he tried to find somewhere to sleep. he bounded around the city, admiring the moonlight. he sniffed around, finding a decent house. he realized there were pokemon in it and cowered near the ground, by the corner of the house. he ran off and saw something flying in the sky. curious, he decided to get closer, chase it, and see what it was. he ran towards it.

shade put jasper and napstablook on her back and took off, trying to escape the black goop. she started flying with everyone else.

Bianca worriedly looked down on the world below, the city mostly obscured by the haze. A few dim lights dotted the horizon, and the dull sunset loomed overhead. She had never flown before, and it was a very depressing experience from what she had gathered. Everything looked dark and bleak.

Jasper rode on Shade's back, studying his surroundings and looking for someone to rob. He was still a thief at heart, and having a bird's-eye view helped him find opportunities to steal. Suddenly, he felt something collapse on his back. Napstablook had fallen asleep on Shade's back. Something about their breathing was was cold and mechanical, yet somehow soothing to Jasper. He placed his hand on their head, trying not to wake them up.

Aussie chased after the many flying pokemon non stop, trying to catch up. although he wasnt very fast, he had lots of stamina. he yipped a little, anxious to catch up.

shade didnt mind the extra warmth of the pokemon on her back. she could see her breath as she flew, very visible in the bright moonlight. jordan liked this moonlight. jake just looked at the moon, bored.

shade looked down to see a small lillipup almost directly under them. she slowly landed. jordan didnt hear her metalic breathing anymore and turned around to see that she was landing. he saw a small lillipup and figured that's why she was landing.

aussie wagged his tail in hope that the slowly landing metagross was friendly. he backed off a step in case it wasnt friendly, still wagging his tail.

aussie greeted the metagross with a cheerful yip.

aussie:

"hi!"

shade:

"hi."

he guessed it was friendly and took a step forward. seeing that there were lots of pokemon on it's back, he guessed this was a big group of pokemon.

aussie:

"im aussie. who are you?"

shade:

"im shade."

aussie thought that was an odd name for a pokemon that wasnt a dark type (from what he sees, since she's a zoura) but didnt say anything about ti because it might attack. he took a big risk, and decided to ask if he could come along. (although its not a big risk in this case because shade is friendly)

aussie:

"do you mind if i come with you guys?"

shade:

"nope."

jake used his vines and put the lillipup on her back. at first, the lillipup didnt like the feeling of being in jake's vines. but he didnt mind being around lots of small, warm pokemon. shade took off again. aussie had never been over 8 feet in the air before, so he felt excited.

shade flew over to ace and jordan.

shade:

"this lillipup is aussie."

aussie:

"hi!" he said, still wagging his tail.

jordan didn't want his own appearence to look menacing, but he guessed from the friendlyness level of this new lillipup, the lillipup didnt care.

jordan:

"im jordan."

jake:

"im jake."

aussie:

"nice to meet you all! where are we going?"

shade:

"somewhere away from a dead looking houndoom and some lumpy black goop."

at first, he thought 'eww....' but he changed what he would react to it like.

aussie:

"cool!" he said, still with his carefree spirit.

Angelica looked down at the black blob near Shade's leg. Landing onto the ground she cautiously approached it. The goop turned to face her and Angelica realized it was a grimer.

"Wh-who are you?" Angelica asked, uncertain whether or not it was hostile. The grimer made a gurgling sound in repsonse.

(shade wasnt on the ground...but i'll say theres black goop on her leg.)

jordan quickly noticed that shade had black goop on her leg. he also noticed the the black goop on his arm spread. he tryed doing anything to keep it away from his face.

shade noticed jordan staring at her leg and looked at her leg her self. she noticed that the black goop got on her. she was suprized.

jordan tried wiping the goop of but it stayed. he realized his arm stung. did it attach to his skin?

aussie:

"nice to meet you all."

aussie calmed down a bit since he was getting tired. he looked at the night sky, then he layed down and curled up in a ball for warmth. he looked over to see jake already curled up and sleeping. he closed his eyes and fell asleep.

shade tried to find a place where they could all sleep. she saw a nice clearing in a field. shade slowly flew over to jordan and ace.

shade:

"i see a place where we could all sleep."

jordan:

"ok, where?"

shade:

"that field over there, it has a couple of trees." *points to the field*

jordan:

"ok."

jordan noticed that aussie and jake were alrerady sleeping. aussie looked adorable when he was sleeping. shad started slowly landing so she wouldnt wake anyone up. jordan fluttered down as well. he saw a puddle of muddy water and went to clean off the goop. once he fiigured out it dried, he started taking little pieces off til his arm was clean. it felt like rubber, but it acted nothing like rubber.

shade took everyone off her back and turned into a zorua again. she noticed he was hungry. they hadnt eaten in almost 4 days. she trotted over to the muddy puddle and lapped at it, then scraped the mud off her tounge with her teeth. she bounded off to find food.

Ace lowered to the ground and let Alphys on her back. She looked absolutely exhausted, but tried to remain as loud and carefree as ever. Mettaton sighed with relief to see her.

"Darling, as you can see, I'm in quite the predicament..." Mettaton sighed. "I'm not really feeling very snazzy as of now..." He had brought his detached arm along for the ride in case Alphys needed it to fix him. It was still loosely connected to the rest of his body by a few stray wires.

Napstablook woke up as they were pushed awake by Aussie, who was getting off of Shade. They had never seen Aussie before, but everyone seemed acquainted with him, so they kept their mouth shut.

"You're Aussie, right?" Jasper said, his eyes fixated on Aussie. "I'm Jasper." He flashed a toothy grin at him, trying his best not to seem too menacing. He was trying to distance himself from his past as a thief, and he figured just being friendly was the best way to do it.

Leilani slowly came back into conscious and opened one eye with a yawn. He was lying on a large pillow on the floor, his cheek pressed against the soft fabric. Sitting upright the Gothorita glanced around drowsily, wondering where he was for a moment. Suddenly, the memories of the past few days crashed down on him. A low groan escaped his lips and he buried his head back into the pillow.

Lying there for a few moments, Leilani finally stood up and sighed. He walked into another room, hoping to find a bathroom, or at least a sink so he could clean himself up. I must look like something off the streets, Leilani thought with a grimace. There's got to be running water SOMEWHERE in this house so I can tidy up.

After a few moments of searching, Leilani found himself in a kitchen. Or at least what used to be a kitchen. A huge, jagged hole in the ceiling revealed the hazy morning sky. Piles of debris were littered around the room, blocking off some parts. What looked like the remains of a fridge of some sort laid just visible under a pile of rocks and debris. Leilani glanced around in hope there'd be be a sink, but if there was one it was buried completely.

Leilani decided to try another way and soon found the remains of a bedroom. At least he thought it was a bedroom. There wasn't exactly a bed in it. Just a large pile of trash, boulders, and other things he couldn't even reconize. A large crack was visible on the wall, it even was big enough for Leilani to easily slip through. He approached the crack to look outside. Leilani shivered as a cool breeze almost instantly flowed into the small room.

Aussie stretched and yawned, seeing jasper and hearing the last part of what he said.

Aussie:

"nice to meet you. i'm Aussie."

his tail wagged a little bit. he wasn't exactly energetic right now, so he wasn't as lively as he usually is, at the moment he was just calm. he thought that since the sun was already starting to rise, he wouldn't go back to sleep, because the others would be up soon.

Shade's stomach growled a little. she tried to ignore it and keep looking. she noticed the sky was getting slightly lighter. at the moment, it was pretty hard to see still though. she saw something small move around to the left of her. she walked a little bit faster. noticing it was a grimer, she started jogging. she didnt want to be eaten, and she didnt want to eat a grimer. her stomach was practically screaming at her.

she wasnt very fast since she hadnt eaten in 4 days. the grimer caught up and clinged to her leg. her steps were off balance now and she had to work even harder to get anywhere. she tried flipping it off, but it wouldnt come off. it wouldnt let go of her leg. when it heard her stomach growl, it loosened its grip to be able to get away fast if she wanted to eat it. shade wondered. this might be the only partially edible thing for miles and miles. she snapped her jaws at it and it got off her leg. she started chasing it throughout the streets. she actually kind of looked forward to eating a grimer, beileve it or not, since lots of other food around was rotten, not saying grimers tasted good. she was desperate.

jake slowly woke up and noticed the pile of gummis.

(Small time jump backwards)Angelca decided to follow Shade to find food. "I'll come with you I guess," Angelica murmured, so quiet she wasn't sure if Shade heard her or not. Apparently she didn't because the Zoura kept walking without any sign of noticing her. "Wait! I'll come with you!" She said louder this time, but the Zoura was already gone.

Angelica sighed and took off into the air after her. She quickly located Shade, suprised to see her chasing a Grimer for some reason. Her eyes widened when she realized that Shade looked like she was trying to eat it.

"Shade stop!" Angelica shouted, diving after her. She snatched the Grimer up with her hands, shivering in disgust of its slimy texture. Angelica staggered under it's weight, trying to stay airborne. "Grimers are literally MADE out of poison and who knows what other gross things!"

Bianca wandered after Angelica, curious to see what she was up to. She rubbed her eyes sleepily, and finally caught up with her. She was surprised to see Shade there too, and was actually taken aback to see her as a Zorua, as she had only seen her as a Metagross.

"What are you guys doing?" she asked, pawing the ground with her foot.

Angelica made a face at the qwilfish. "I may go hungry tonight though.." She said uncertainty. Angelica wasn't exactly a fan of meat. Especially when it still had a face. "Let's go then."

The Grimer twisted in her hands and Angelica shuddered again. "Ugh," she said in disgust. The Grimer slithered onto the back of her neck.

Angelica grimaced. She didn't exactly know what to do with it. It didn't show any signs of being dangerous, but showed no signs of getting off either.

Anglica reached her hands back to try and pry it off. The Grimer only tightened it's grip. "Get off," she muttered crossly. The Grimer made a gurgling sound at her in response, but didn't losen it's grip.

Giving up, Angelica sighed and started fluttering back to where the others were. The Grimer tensed, as though suprised to suddenly find itself in the air.

Bianca took a step back. The Quilfish looked a bit stale.

"You're... Going to cook that, right?" she stammered, taken aback by the smell of it. She made a face that didn't seem as polite as she intended. "I'm sure you can transform into a Charizard, or something, and cook it... Or Jasper and I can make sushi out of it..?" she offered, this time making a much more pleasant face.

shade picked it up again and bounded back. she was getting to the point where she would barely be able to stand. she used up lots of energy searching for food.

she got back to see everyone with a huge pile of gummis and her jaw dropped, causing the qwilfish to flop with slobber all over its tail onto the pavement. her eyes widened.

she felt like she was gonna sound very greedy. she decided not to say anything.

Jasper was already digging into the gummis. He snatched a handful and jammed it into his mouth. Ace joined in and plucked a few from the pile with her talon, her Mega Stone glistening in the morning sun. She skillfully tossed it into her beak.

"I won't need to eat for weeks-- that was amazing!" Jasper beamed, childlike glee covering his face. It was rare to see Jasper so happy because he normally acted serious and sly, but deep down he was just a teenager at heart.

"Totally gnarly!" Ace chortled, eating another, "I needed some food in me. Thanks!" She ruffled her feathers happily.

Napstablook hesitantly took two Gummis from the pile and gave one to Mettaton, and took a tiny nibble out of the other one.

"These are amazing! Where in the world did you find these, darling?" he looked at the group, awaiting an answer.
