Mettaton looked up, flicking the last drop of goop from the bottom of his foot.

"That was Hi-Jump Kick." he explained, "That's a fighting-type move, gorgeous. I have backup, too."

"BLOOKY~!" Mettaton called into the cave. A pale-looking Buneary with blue eyes and headphones on his ears trudged out of the entrance. Mettaton's eyes lit up. "We need some help, darling!"

The Buneary sighed. "Not really feelin' up to it right now, sorry..." he muttered quietly, "B-but I'll help, if you really need it.."

He looked up at all of the other Pokemon. "I-I'm Napstablook... In case you cared... Oh, I'm just weighing you down... I-I'll be useful now and use Rock Smash, if that's all right..." He pathetically dragged himself over to one of the Jigglypuff and slugged it powerfully with one of his ears. The Jigglypuff howled gruesomely and melted into another pile of pale pink muck.

"Sorry..." Napstablook whispered pitifully, "I know that was a supereffective move... I hope it didn't hurt you too bad..."

jake fell off her back. shade walked forward and transformed into a lucario. she smashed a jigglypuff and cringed when she heard it's wailing.

I shrugged. "Oh well." I paralyzed the rest of the Jigglypuff so that everyone could finish them up easier.

What aboot Dejo, though? Was he gone for good? I wanted to save him.

Chyenne used Thunder Shock twice on one of the Jigglypuff, although it wasn't very effective, it helped.

jordan knew the jigglypuff would take advantage of a dragon type, butr it felt wrong not to help. he turned around and swooped near a jigglypuff and smashed it....although it reformed since he was a dragon type. he knew his help wouldnt help. he flew back up a little.

Napstablook looked at Shade in awe.

"You can transform..? That's... Really neat.." he gasped, a bit more enthusiastic than usual. "Oh, right... I shouldn't just s-stand here..." He choked back tears when he remembered the horrible, inhuman cries of the mutated Jigglypuff. He flopped his pale white ears and looked at one of the Jigglypuff with his perpetually sad blue eyes.

He sighed pathetically and swung one of his ears at it, piercing it's filmy body and pink muck sloshed out of it. It screeched horribly, and Napstablook looked like he was about to cry at the sound of it.

Mettaton rushed over to his cousin and shielded him from the rose-petal coloured sludge that was spraying everywhere. He cringed at the feel of it hitting his perfectly groomed fur, but he was determined to help Napstablook.

"B-Blooky..." he managed to say. The slime burned on his skin like acid. He kicked it shakily, and it melted into the ground. Mettaton collapsed from the pain of the muck. He was shaking profusely.

"Mettaton... I-I-I'll help..." he choked, hesitantly flicking sludge off of Mettaton's fur. Mettaton whimpered in agony, his hair brushing away from his left eye to reveal that most of the left side of his face was robotic. "Oh no... I'm just getting in the way..." Napstablook sobbed. He continued to try and help Mettaton.

Meanwhile, Ace was slashing at Dejo with her talons, getting matted fur all over her claws. She didn't mind the mess, as long as it would save her and her friends from this mutated monstrosity. She whipped up a whirlwind and sliced him with her wing. Jasper was also helping fight Dejo alongside her, slashing with his icy claws and occasionally shooting an Ice Beam at him. Dejo attacked viciously back.

"Oh, um..." Napstablook stammered, "Can you help me out..? Maybe you could become a water type and, um, spray him off..? If t-that's okay... Oh no, that was a horrible idea. I'm just weighing you down." He covered his face with his ears. He felt horrible for not being able to help Mettaton.

Mettaton's breathing was scarce. He opened one (non-robotic) eye and looked at Napstablook. "Cuz, that's a great idea. Help me out, darling." he coughed, looking up at Shade. "I-I must not look very glamorous right now..." He tried to get up, but the pink sludge burned his skin even more severely when he moved. He crashed back down, his hair covering back up the robotic portion of his face.

she looked at mettaton.

shade:

"its not about how you look, its that you survive. and i'm sending jake to find some antidote."

jake:

"what?!? where am i gonna find antidote for this pink goop that turns you mutated?"

shade:

"just go look." she said, with less emotion.

jordan noticed his hand started to look black and globby.

he flew down a little.

jordan:

"call me dumb, but i attacked one of those jigglypuff, and considering they're mutated evil fairy types..."

he showed his hand to everyone.

Jasper snuck away from the fight to get a closer look at Jordan's injured hand.

"Yikes." was all he could say. His hand really did look messed up. It was soot black, like he had just stuck his arm in charcoal, and globby and gelatinous like the sludge that had burst out of the Jigglypuff's pierced hide. Jasper shuddered at the thought of having to fight a mutated Dragonite.

Mettaton attemped to stand up, wincing from the pain. He tried his best to preen himself, getting a lot of the muck off of his glossy coat. He shook as he forced himself to his feet, but stood up anyway. Napstablook sighed with relief.

"D-darling, I'm perfectly fine." he lied, trying to re-boost his ego. "I've gotten most of it off, it's just a scratch. As for the Dragonite, though, we definitely need to help him." He strutted over to Jordan, hiding how bad the leftover pink gunk hurt him. He looked carefully at his hand, but didn't touch it.

"Jasper is right, it definitely isn't doing well." he sighed. Napstablook dodged an attack from the few remaining Jigglypuff and trudged over to get a look, too.

"No! Wait!" Angelica called after the Pokémon as they flew away. She rushed after them desperately. "Have any of you ---" Angelica stopped and sighed in disappointment. They were already gone.

The Togetic fluttered nervously around the dusty streets of the city, hoping to see a friendly face. Or to see anyone at all. She unfortunately soon got her wish.

Hearing a scruffling sound coming from a dark alleyway she looked up hopefully. "Hey!" she called. "Anyone there?"

Landing softly on the ground, Angelica tiptoed along in the direction of where the noise was coming from. Making sure to avoid any puddles of strange, bubbling liquid on the ground she soon saw a dark figure of a Pokémon looking like it was eating a pile of garbage. She squinted, trying to make out what Pokémon it was. As it stepped into the light, Angelica screamed in terror.

The deceased form a of a houndoom stood before her. Its eyes stared hungrily at her, and something red dripped from its mouth. Angelica realized with a start that the thing it was eating wasn't a pile of trash. It was the dead body of a Pokémon.

They're fighting a horde of mutated Jigglypuff and a mutated Lucario who were exposed to the toxic waste littering the Pokemon world I guess???? idk

Jordan (a dragonite)
Angelica (a togetic)
Jasper (a weavile)
MTT (a shiny Lopunny)
Blooky (a white Buneary with blue eyes)
Ace (a pidgeot)
Shade (a Zorua)
Jake (a snivy)

And Rockclaw (a Tyranitar) and Ironheart (a Skarmory) aren't being used right now because the person who was rp'ing as them isn't on very often

jordan heard a faint scream. jordan felt really bad for doing this, but he ignored the scream and tried thinking of a way to not become mutated.

shade heard the scream and wasnt doing anything right now.

shade:

"im gonna go see what that scream was."

jake:

"i should come to, there is enough assistance here, not that their couldnt be more, but im coming."

shade picked up the faint scent wafting through the city of a familiar pokemon. she followed it quickly, and jake followed her.

jake thought he saw something moving. was it the pokemon that screamed?

he squinted to try and see what it was, while still running after shade.

The houndoom stared at her with dead eyes. Angelica stepped backwards, wondering if it was too late to hide. She turned to flee.

Instantly, the houndoom was on her and Angelica found herself violently pressed against the ground. Blood and saliva dripped from its mouth. Anglica shivered in disgust and terror.

The houndoom slowly began to smile, revealing bloodstained teeth. Anglica screamed.

shade heard a scream again, and saw something run towards another pokemon, pinning it to the ground. shade and jake ran over and noticed the dead looking houndoom looming over a togetic. this one smelled familiar. they ran closer, and noticed it was the golden one. shade jumped up, did a backflip and transformed into a wailord. she used hydro pump on the houndoom. jake grabbed it by the neck with his vines and smeared the vines against its neck and reeled them in so fast that it's neck was just about on fire.

jordan noticed the black goop was slowly climbing up his arm, up to his elbow, and it stung.

Ace let Jasper and Napstablook climb on her back. She stretched her huge wings and grinned. "Are 'yall ready to fly or what?" She squawked eagerly. She ruffled her feathers brashly.

Jasper uncertainly nodded, and Napstablook said nothing. He really didn't want to fly, but he knew that everyone else really wanted to help the Pokemon. Ace fluffed up her wings and shot up into the air, flying clumsily with the two Pokemon on her back.

Ace called down to Mettaton. "Heeey, MTT! You can walk, right?" she chuckled, "I can't carry more than two Pokemon at once. Just try to keep up!"

Mettaton nodded. "Can do, darling. My leg feels much better." he gabbed back at her, sprinting elegantly behind her.

jake slapped the houndoom across the face, and with his agility, he jumped back and shade used hydro pump again, then became a marill. since houndooms were dark fire types, and shade was a water fairy type, this would be easy.

she used baby doll eyes, then used water gun.

Angelica winched as the houndoom let out a heart rattling howl as it was attacked. Angelica looked up with wide eyes at the Wailord, and Snivy, and Dragonite. She stumbled to her feet and shot back into the air, out of the reach of the houndoom.

She watched them battle for a moment, trying to shake the dizziness out of her head. Angelica then realized she should be helping them. Especially since they'd just saved her life.

Anglica pondered for a moment, wondering what move she could use. Houndoom is a fire type right? Aren't fire types weak to rock type moves? she asked herself silently.

Angelica levitated a few rocks into the air. They glowed with a strange blueish-purpleish light. She then hurled it at the Houndoom, hoping desperately it didn't miss.

The houndoom disappeared in a pile of rocks with a shriek. Breathing heavily, Angelica fluttered to the Snivy and Wailord. Thanks goodness that Ancient Power worked, she thought silently to herself. I haven't used that move in so long...

"Th-thanks..." She stuttered, staring at the pile of boulders the Houndoom had disappeared under. "If you hadn't ---" Angelica shrieked as the Houndoom suddenly burst out of the rocks. It glared murderously at them, then lunged with a vicious growl.
