Egg Cave Fanfiction!!

I've mentioned it MANY times to people. And of course, it's not finished yet.
It's written in first person, and features my Quinnit, Quinnitop, as the main star.

Alrighty, time to post what I've got right here.

Name: The Quinnit's Diary
Characters:

Quinnitop (Quinnit)
Cloverse (Amarra)
Riko (Veema)
Alice (Strawbearry)
Luno (Lunantis)
Kasumi (Anaria)

I am Quinnitop. I am a Quinnit and I am owned by an Ark citizen. Life is generic, nothing happens around here. Until one day, a fellow Anaria
enthusiastically came to me, holding a treasure map in her hoofs.
As I peered at it, I noticed something. It had a small stamp of a skull at the corner of the map.
I was suspicious. My friend, a Grisal, walked over and saw it, sending a chill down his back. He began to tremble as his knees turned to water.
Lots of other creature inhabitants were curious as the Grisal ran down the road, calling as many villagers as he could. I shivered.
I wasn't too good around crowds.
One of the villagers, a popular, beautiful and proud Veema, snatched the map from the Anaria's hoofs as she began to look and study the map, before
almost ripping the map apart. My sister, an Amarra named Cloverse, quickly tackled the Veema before she could tear the map. Almost the entire village was
crowding around us, squashing me and blocking out anything I even tried to say. Or yell. Or anything.

"Wh-why is everyone crowding around us! OI, CLOVERSE!"
Of course, no one could hear me. I had no choice but to push my way through, attempting to get myself some fresh air, out of the crowd.
"Uh..excuse me! Pardon me!"
I was successful in gaining access to move out, until the Veema from earlier looked at me disdainfully when I tried to get some pardon to move from her. She flicked her right ear in a showy manner.
"Why, how rude!"
Her good friend and school classmate, a male Lunantis, quickly took the Veema back to her house and came back, apologizing to no end.
"I'm really sorry...are you alright?"

A sweat drop fell down my head.
"Yes, most certainly. Thank you for your concern."
The Lunantis handed me the treasure map.
"Here is the map. I got that proud little princess to hand it to me."
I nodded uncertainly.
"Thank you very much!"
In a short while, the Lunantis and I became good friends. But there was still one mystery: What WAS the treasure map and its meaning, and why did the Anaria have it?

As I pondered over the thought, I was interrupted by a young Strawbearry, who was shopping with her mother. She ran up to me and offered me some fruit cake.
"Hey, Quinnitop! Try this!"
I hesitatingly took it and tried it. I started coughing and gagging immediately. The Strawbearry giggled mischeviously and ran around the town square, prompting me to chase her and forced her to
own up and apologize. I grabbed her and began to strangle her roughly.
"Hey. I know you fed me that poisoned fruit cake. Own up. NOW!"
I tightened my grip on her, completely enraged that she had interrupted my extremely important train of thought about the Anaria and the map. It wasn't long before she gave in and admitted defeat.
"Yes...I did it. I'm sorry."
I let go of her and walked back to my house.

Cloverse opened the door as soon as I rung the doorbell. She looked at me worriedly.
"Are you OK? You look very pale."
I brushed her concern off my mind.
"Yes. I'm fine."
She sighed and walked upstairs to her room. I flung myself onto the sofa, tired and anxious.
Just then, the Veema flashily swung open the door and barged in without ringing the doorbell. I wasn't really in the mood to deal with her right then.
"What do you want?"
The Veema smirked.
"I'm here to patrol the house."

I raised my eyebrows uncomfortably, annoyed. I grabbed her wings, carried her out, and tossed her at the entrance.
"If you wanna come, come for a more sensible reason!"
I slammed the door loudly after saying that. The Lunantis saw the Veema and sighed. He escorted her back to her home once again.
I started to regret that I may have hurt the Veema's feelings. What is she had some connection to the Anaria and the treasure map?
I grew more worried as my face turned white with anxiousness. Cloverse look at me, concerned.
"Seriously, are you alright? You don't seem fine at all."
I rolled my eyes.
"Don't disturb me."

Cloverse sighed.
"Alright...have some soup or stew at least?"
Suddenly, a wave of anger just rushed into my brain. I slammed the table as I stood up, causing the soup bowl to spill and land on the carpet. Thankfully, it didn't break.
"Stop disrupting me!! You're just as persistent as that Veema! GET OUT OF MY FACE!!!!!"
Cloverse went wide eyed at my harsh words. She lowered her eyebrows as tears began to form in her eyes. All she had to say was, in fact, a bitter yet sad answer.
"Fine by me."
She began to cry silently and turned around without saying another word, walking up to her room and shutting the door loudly. I felt sorry. I was in a terrible mood.

I wiped away the tears that were forming in my eyes and brushed away the feeling of regret. I felt that Cloverse was nothing more than a pest. I quickly wrote a letter on a piece of notebook paper and pasted it on her room door.
It said:
"Just leave me alone!! You think that crying is gonna get me all sympathetic? WRONG! You're just a nuisance in my eyes. Get out of the house! I see nothing of you as a sister. From Quinnitop."
All I wanted at that moment was some rest. But before I headed to my room, I saw a drawing that Cloverse had made many years ago. It showed her and I playing together. I walked to it and tore it apart before shredding it to pieces.

As I looked at the torn picture in my hands, I slumped to the ground and began to cry.
I walked out of the house and called all the village to announce that I would be going alone to find the treasure on the map. They all gasped.
"What? Alone? Do you know how dangerous it is?"
I then cleared my throat and wiped away my tears.
"Yes. I do."
I then tossed the microphone into the air and made a big announcement.
"I'm looking for volunteers to join me!"
Lots of people wanted to join. Including the Veema, the Lunantis, the Strawbearry and the Grisal. Oh, and the Anaria as well.
"What are your names?"

I called the volunteers to the stage. The Veema walked to the stage.
"My name is Riko."
Riko walked down the steps. I was actually glad I could finally stop calling her "the Veema". Next up, the Anaria walked to the stage.
"I'm Kasumi."
As Kasumi walked down and the Lunantis came up, I felt happy for once.
"I am Luno."

Next, the Strawbearry.
"The name's Alice."
Many others came up and introduced themselves. After that, I dismissed the village from the meeting.
"You are dismissed! Those who volunteered to come with me, pack your things and meet at the town square!"

The following week, we were siced and all ready to head out for our journey. We packed our things and met up at the town square.
Everyone looked totally fired up that I couldn't help but feel a little embarrassed. I slapped myself and pulled out a megaphone
from absolutely nowhere.
"ARE WE ALL READY FOR OUR ADVENTURE THAT WILL LAST UNTIL WHO KNOWS WHEN??????"
Everyone cheered excitedly.
"Yeah!!!"

Although I was happy on the outside, emotionally I was rather worried and anxious. What was going to happen? This could even cost the lives of others.
"Oh no, what have I done?", I thought worriedly. I shook it off once more. There was no turning back. We had to go.
