Fine. I guess we can talk to Ecl later. Now we'll talk to Leben. His vessel is the Rogue. A cat named Nighttalon. Find Nighttalon.

Tanglepath followed. He listened for any movement. Nothing. Lightning lit up the sky, making Tanglepath jump. "It's getting worse. Good." He loved lightning. Now he would be able to watch it.

Amberflower began to search for Nighttalon, but before she could, she found that her paws were leading her. Before she knew it, she was standing beside Nighttalon, and Tanglepath too.

You must communicate with the Rogue without this other cat hearing. Do NOT let him know about me and the other spirits.

Nighttalon spotted a startled bird rise from the ground. He leapt at it and managed to pin it. He quickly bit it killing it instantly.

Tanglepath saw Amberflower and pushed his ears back. He was still bitter at her instructions and hurried ahead.

Amberflower tried to whisper to Nighttalon, but the storm's wind swept her voice away. Amberflower realized that the wind didn't chill her to the bone like it usually did. It actually didn't chill her at all. She felt comfortable.

Tanglepath climbed up a tree. Perhaps he could see something from there. Thunder clapped, making Tanglepath smile. He sat on a branch waiting to see something. All of a sudden, a bird flew and landed at the edge of the branch. Tanglepath crouched and slowly walked toward the end of the branch. He got closer and closer, but then lightning flashed, lighting up the sky and scaring the bird. The bird started to fly away and Tanglepath raced to the edge of the branch, trying to keep his balance. Once he got to the edge, Tanglepath pushed off and jumped toward the bird. It seemed like he was going to catch it, but in mid air, lightning flashed once more, this time hitting Tanglepath. Tanglepath felt like millions of claws where scratching at him all over his body, but it only lasted for a second. Then his body went limp and plummeted to the ground.

Mosspelt didn't hear anything. He assumed some unlucky branch had been struck down. He sighed knowing that any sane prey would have bolted.

When Tanglepath opened his eyes, he was speechless. He realized he was in StarClan's hunting grounds.

"You wont be hunting here quite yet. Come Tanglepath." Tanglepath looked around to see where the voice was coming from, but didn't see anyone. The tom followed the voice timidly. Following the voice, Tanglepath noticed he was now in a cave. At the top were stones. His eyes widened in awe as the purple stone began to glow when he finally reached the middle.

"Welcome Tanglepath. How was your death?" Tanglepath looked forward to see a large Lion with a mane of fire. His fiery red eyes stared at Tanglepath's blue ones. Tanglepath tried to speak, but was unable to. He just nodded his head.

"Good. Surprising how fast you are, I didn't think the lightning would catch you at first. I can see why Mehay chose you. She is also fast. She spreads quickly." All Tanglepath could do was nod again.

"I am Leo. I'm here to explain this whole ordeal. You should be thankful Mehay has chosen you or else you would be with your mother right now. Mehay is a spirit and she has chosen you to become her vessel. Mehay will control you, yes even you can be controlled Tanglepath, however you will have some control as well. She needs a vessel to go to the Realm of the Living and she has chosen you. Again, you better be grateful." Leo noticed Tanglepath's annoyed look.

"Once you have returned to the Realm of the Living, there will be another voice in your head. That will be Mehay. She will preform as an aid and guide you when making decisions. You will also have powers when you return. You will be able to with stand high temperatures and breath even in the most thickest of smoke. Also, I suggest you stop making rash and stupid decisions, for example what you pulled today. You can only die if your death is heroic and just. If you fail, well, Meyhay has a special place for all the cats that have failed her," Leo's eyes sparkled in amusement.

"Your role is the Heir. Your job as Heir is to use your spirit's domain to give to others, using it to keep others happy and content. I hope you will do ok with her. Mehay is much like you, but I don't think that's a good thing. Both of you are quick to act but not to think. Be careful. I will be watching." Leo put a large paw gently on Tanglepath's head. Tanglepath felt a horrible feeling start to stir inside him. Like he was being squeezed to a small hole.

Tanglepath opened his eyes. He felt sore and was still laying on the ground.

Come on, time to get up. And make it fast. Tanglepath quickly got up and shook the dirt off his pelt.

Very good. Let's go find the other spirits. I am Meyhay by the way. Now move it. Let's go. Hurry up! Tanglepath sat down. "Listen here Mehay. You don't own me. I don't know who the other spirits are. If you're staying in my head, we do thing MY way."

If you would like to see your precious Moonsplash again, you will listen to ME. Now let's GO! Go to the cat named Nighttalon. Tanglepath quickly got up and started looking for Nighttalon.

Nighttalon saw a to put it nicely bedraggled Tanglepath. In truth he looked like he'd been struck by lightning. But of course, that couldn't happen.

"Hello," he meowed.

"Hey. I have an important question, and please don't think I'm crazy when I ask this. Do you have an annoying, bossy, little voice threatening you to do stuff? Please tell me you do."

Wolfwind, stood up from wherever she had last gone. After she helped Moonsplash Ecl had fully taken over and now she wasn't entirely sure what she could or couldn't see anymore.

She sighed heading into camp before she spotted Ari bounding around her, and heading off to Tangleath and Nighttalon, the she-cat never able to reach camp as she spotted the duo.

Two more have awoken, oh joyous days the end is upon all of us. the fox chirped, far too excited for this moment. Quickly now, go speak to the Knight, Heir and Rouge. The time of judgement is nearly upon us Seer.

A scowl crossing her face Wolfwind approached the cats and spotted Tanglepath and Nighttalon. "So I see Tanglepath has been chosen as well. What a lovely change of pace here." she grumbled as she approached the two of them.

Wolfwind glanced up as Amberflower joined up with them.

So MistClan would have ended up Medicine Catless if not for this prophecy or whatever. Good to know. she thought bitterly. Well if what you all say is true we all would have ended up dead anyways.

"I assume Nighttalon gave you the basics of what happened? I would have been there but Ecl had errands to perform and I don't recall much after helping Moonsplash earlier." The she-cat explained sheepishly.

Dawnpaw twitched in her sleep, rustling the branches and scattering moss from her nest with her movements. The she-cat's ears flicked as if she were listening to something and her muzzle pulled down into a frown.

Coyotepaw

Coyotepaw opened one eye in annoyance, his rest disturbed by his denmate's racket. He narrowed his eyes in confusion as he watched Dawnpaw fidget in her sleep. Whatever, he thought. it's probably just a passing nightmare. The tom then close his eyes and snuggled deeper into his nest.

Coyotepaw was just about to fall asleep when a particularly loud clap of thunder made his eyes snap open again. Grumbling in annoyance, he was about to close his eyes when a drop of water dripped onto the top of his head, followed by another. Soon enough, a constant stream began to cascade down onto the apprentice.

Climbing out of his nest, Coyotepaw narrowed his eyes to get a better look at the leak before he exited the den with a huff. "Just great," he grouched. "Right when I was about to fall asleep again."
