Hello! Welcome to egg cave!
Basically, you go to the cave to adopt creatures, and feed them so they don't die. You can put them in the click exchange to help them evolve. You can also trade for other creatures, and get certain backgrounds to display them with.

I hope I'm explaining this clearly! My apologies if I'm not.
