"Woah, woah, woah, stop that! She was just strolling" Alice told Zia. She grabbed Zia and dragged her away from Cymoline.

"No!" Zia cried. "It'll hurt us!" She said, confused. Why was Alice trying to take her away from them? Cymoline was a threat! Zia growled and broke away. Zia caused darkness to consume Cymoline, blocking their view.

Alice caused the ground to shake and grumbled. A little vine wrapped around Zia and pulled her back. Then she saw darkness. "Groan.." She groaned. "we apologize in advance miss!" Alice shouted to Cymoline.

"She? It...? What's next, 'he?' It's they, get that in your head!" They wildy used their revolver in complete darkness, shooting when they can.
"I'm genderfluid, I go by they and them, and refer to me as Cymoline!" They retaliated the contact approaching themselves.

Vanessa grabbed her gun, mumbled a thank you and left. She groaned, not expecting so many people to be there. Her old weapon repair shop was small and quiet, how she liked it.

As she walked through the streets, she noticed some fighting involving people that were just at the shop. Instead of interfering like a normal person would, she just shrugged and went to the nearby donut shop to grab a nut blueberry delight.

Once she arrived her shabby apartment, she took out the gun. Half-examining, half eating, she came to the conclusion that despite the atmosphere of the shop being incredibly annoying, the girl behind the counter knew what she was doing.

Bryan gasped, and stood up from the mud, smiling at the guy in apology.
"I-I am so sorry. I didn't mean to, I didn't see you there." Bryan stuttered, hair drooping over his eyes. He adjusted his glasses and brushed off some dirt.

Xavier sighed and decided to let it go.
"Watch yourself more often then," he said. Xavier pulled out some tissues from his pocket and gave it the man.
"Take care of yourself now and clean yourself please." Xavier noticed he had some dirt and mud on him too, but he just wiped it off or brushed it off. Next time he catches the man do it again he'll become angrier.

"They, you idiot!" Cymoline snapped, and proceeded to use their telekinesis at the sound of the voice and lifted the source to the ceiling of the building they were in.
But suddenly, a vision started happening. Somebody pointed a gun towards a Cymoline at the ground, and a gunfire cracked, causing the vision to end. What was left of Cymoline was them one foot into unconsciousness. They quickly looked for their phone and blindly texted Lilith whilst they're in complete darkness.

Their last words to Lilith were a jumble of sssdfsdssssssdssdd.

Lilith woke up to the sound of her phone vibrating at the table. Curious to know who called, she drowzily picked it up, and looked at the text.
Surprised to see that Cymoline was not doing their usual text, she worried about them.

Lilith quickly grabbed her twin blades on the wall, and quickly headed the back door. She then ran around the streets, trying to find any sign of Cymoline.
Then she heard an echo of Cymo's yelling. Scanning the area, they looked for the source. She saw gunholes in a building's broken windows.
"That's Cymoline, alright." She dashed towards the entrance, only to be introduced by two girls and one unconscious Cymoline.
"Gah... Hope I'm not too late."

Zia hit the ground and gasped. She groaned and quickly snapped out of it, pulling herself up. Tears stung her eyes furiously. She knew everything was going to crash around her.

"They know!" Zia yelled. "I can't let that traitor live! They are traitor and they know!" Zia said, running over to Cymoline.

"Cymoline is not a traitor! You don't know anything about them! I do! I've been with them longer than any other friend has been, and that's saying something!" Lilith put her swords at its sheaths, and attempted a roundhouse kick towards the girl approaching Cymoline.
"I'll be taking them back from you irresponsible babysitters. After all, they should be babysitting you two."

"She tried to hurt my only friend!" Zia argued. She made fists at her side and they lit on fire. She shot darkness at Cymoline and glared at Lilith. "I'm just trying to help! Everyone like me is horrible." she said feeling really stressed out, angry, and sad.

"And I'll be taking Cymoline back before it gets worse." She picked up Cymoline [and their phone] with her two hands, and attempted to run as fast as she could in her 14-year-old body outside and towards the middle of the city, where Cymoline resides.

As they ran as fast as they could, Lilith used one hand to call the Facility.
"Hello? I need backup! Cymoline's unconscious, and I assume it's from one more vision."

Take them to the facility. You know where it is. A male voice, presumably her superior, responded.

"On it, sir!" Lilith ceased calling, and ran towards the Facility quickly.

When they were gone Zia realized what she had done. "No!" she yelled. She needed to apologize, fix things, show them that although she wasn't human, she was on their side!


Zia shrunk down to the size of a mouse and waved to Alice. She used her speed to catch up to Lilith and follow them, waiting to apologize.

Bryan nodded, and turned away in order to not face the guy.
He gratefully took the tissues and smiled.
"Thanks."
He turned to leave.

Bryan started to head to his home, to change.

There was only one thing that stayed in his mind and would not leave. There was something off about him, the guy he met on the street. Before he bumped into him, the air around him suddenly got awfully chilly. Bryan tried to brush this away but his occupation of tracking mystical got in the way. But no, the guy had to be human. The barrier wasn't fully broken yet... right?

Bryan looked around the streets. There was a donut shop, which a girl had just come out of. There were a few others wandering around, just minding their own business. They looked plenty human-like...
...But he didn't know what the creatures could be like.

Vanessa fell asleep, as it was already late night, her gun on her bedside table. Tomorrow she'd have to go to work. She worked at a rather big company, and was a simple mechanic. No matter how much she loved fixing things, she still thought the job was a bore. Fixing things like vending machines and doors were not exactly thrilling. She kept on thinking about quitting and doing something incredible, like learn how to fix guns. Then she wouldn't have to go to that horrid shop.

Xavier went on his way back to home, suddenly an unexpected person he hasn't seen in for years... Kuro. Xavier was filled with anger and he ran towards them.
"How dare you mister leave bail on our contract like that!" he shouted at Kuro. He pulled onto Kuro's shoulder.

Turning around in shock, he smiled menacingly. Kuro chuckled happily with a not to shocked voice.
"Hiya, hiya, hiya!" they replied. "Been to long has it mate!? Hey, you got dirt all over you I noticed!"

"This is not a time to be recognizing what is on me!" scowled Xavier. "How dare you break our contract!"
Kuro gotten quiet after mentioning it the second time, he lowered his head and had his eyes red.

Lilith headed to the entrance of the Facility, sliding doors quickly welcoming her. Some people approached the unconscious Cymoline and carried them to a room.
"Is Cymoline going to be okay?" Lilith asked.
Her superior entered the same room as them, and replied. "This happened once. It'll be alright. But, this only happens when they fight. Last time this happened was five years ago."
"Their last examination?"
"Yes. You should wait here until Cymoline wakes up. They're going to be weak after they wake up."
"Alright..." She sighed, worried about their safety.

(Oh my god, I go on a road trip with out Internet and suddenly everyone is on eggcave at the same time -_-)

Ruby had been flying for a while now and was about to head back home but she spotted two people on the ground (Kuro and Xavier) having some sort of argument. She hated to admit it out loud but a guilty pleasure of her's was eavesdropping. What better way to entertain yourself than with drama from other people's lives?

Ruby slowed down and flew to a much lower altitude and landed on the building closest to the pair (Kuro and Xavier) and got into a position to hide from their views as she strained an ear to listen, if they noticed her then it would only take her a second to get outta dodge.

Persephone walked out of the store once the girl at the counter said it was closing time, she facepalmed once she was outside and sighed, "Ugh, I probably looked like an idiot." On the bright side, now that it was dark it would be easier for Persephone to sneak around, and possibly find some more souvenirs to take back to the forest.

Persephone walked for awhile and spotted a doughnut shop, she had discovered doughnuts on her last trip to the human city, last time she had noted that although sweet, doughnuts were much different from the fruit in the forest. Perhaps if Persephone was careful enough she could 'borrow' one and try out a different flavor from last time.

Persephone looked around and planned an escape route should things go sour. As she looked her eyes passed over a stranger (Bryan) who looked a little uneasy, but she thought nothing of it and determined her best bet at escaping would be running across the street and using the stairs on the side of the building across from the doughnut place to get to the roof, from there she could jump from roof to roof.

Persephone smirked at her dangerous (and reckless) escape route and took a deep breath and pumped her self up before heading towards the doughnut shop.

Cymoline opened their eyes, seeing that they're not in the building anymore.
"H...Huh? Why am I at the Facility again? The last time I came here was 5 years ago... Why am I here now?"
No response. They were in an empty, white room, with a camera, a door, and a bed. As they looked towards the camera, they felt a bit off. Their head started to pound very loudly after they collapsed, and their eyes are half blinded by the attack.

Lilith was escorted to the room Cymoline was in, and opened the door.
"Hey, you okay? What happened?"

Cymoline looked back at Lilith, who had just came in. "Yeah. I was fighting and eventually found another bloody vision. Then suddenly I ended up here, in the same room where I ended up after fighting in the examination after the same event happened."

Lilith plastered a nervous smile. "Y-Yeah. I had to rescue you, even though your text was hard to read. It's also close to 9:00 as well."

"Shouldn't you be going home?" Cymoline asked.

"Right. I need to head home, but I won't stay there. They're asking me to remain here to rest. We're leaving tomorrow, remember?" Lilith looked at Cymoline like they forgot something. "I won't be able to help, call, or repair anything while I'm gone, so you better take care of that gun of yours. I'm the only one who repairs that for you for free."

Cymoline blushed. "You're right... Anyways, I better head home, too."

"Lucky that your home is literally a walk away."

"I'm not taking anymore examinations, but that still doesn't end my affiliation with the Facility." Cymoline laughed, and exited the room, said a farewell to the workers, and quickly gravity jumped to the entrance of the apartment complex they lived in, and ran towards the spiraling upstairs, and eventually entered their room. They lept towards their bed, and slept.

Lilith did the same - head for home. Her backpack is in her room, as well as all the neccessaries. If she's going Outside, she better not leave empty handed.

Bryan shook off the uneasy thoughts that were circling his head. He needed something sweet, to throw the edge off. As the first thing that came to mind was the donut shop across the street, he headed there.

The donut shop was welcoming, one of the only structures around that had pastel coloured walls and bright lights. Bryan tiredly walked towards the shop, eyes gazing down at his sleeve as he tried to remove an uncomfortable spot of dirt that was getting rather irritating.

He looked up and almost ran into a person (again.) Thankfully he stopped just in time, and instead went around her. (Persephone) He went through the doors and looked behind. She looked nice.

Persephone let out a tiny squeak of surprise as she she almost ran into a human (Bryan) on her way to entering the building, he managed to stop in time and walk around her, though. As he entered Persephone noticed that he (Byan) turned around and looked at her, she hoped he wasn't suspicious,

"There's no way right?" She muttered quitely to herself. Persephone looked around the doughnut shop, there were a good amount of tables and chairs to sit down and eat at, so she sat at one and looked around the shop a bit more, there didn't seem to be anyone in the shop who would pose a threat.

Persephone spotted a set of doors, which presumably led to the kitchen where the doughnuts were made. She formulated a plan, she would wait for the next person to order, then she would sneak into the kitchen and 'borrow' one of the doughnuts ordered and make a mad dash to her escape route.

Persephone took a deep breath to try to sooth her racing heart as she giddily waited for the next customer in line to order. It was nerve wrecking but exhilarating at the same time.

Alice finished reading her book. She didn't realize how hungry she was, so she decided to get some food. The donut shop was the closest food shop close to her, so she quietly padded over. Alice felt a strange feeling as if she would be robbed any moment. She didn't trust how she feels, so she shook the feeling away.

Zia ran up the hidden staircase and perched on the edge of the building. Doing what she does to relax, although she normally does it inside, (the building has a raised wall on the top) She wrapped her legs on the wall and hung upside down from the building. She stretched out, watching everyone walk by upside down.

Lilith looked at the donut shop as she passed right by it. She quickly ran towards the back entrance of her home, and entered it. Nothing felt out of the ordinary. Lilith then ran upstairs and grabbed everything she needed in her room: a campfire kit in a small little box, another myth tracker, which was disabled, and her backpack, which had everything else she needed.
She failed to get any data last time she went. This time she brought a notebook and a pen. Although archaic in her city, it's still considered useful to record things.
She then headed outside with her things in the backpack, and locked the doors behind her. Then she ran as fast as she could to the Facility, which was a long run away.

Zia yawned, and fell asleep upside down. While she was sleeping a bird flew over and cawed, startling Zia awake. Her legs unwrapped and she fell, but then stopped by flying. She laughed, and raced up to do it again.

Alice stopped. Her feeling was really bugging her, so she turned away from the shop. There was always the market.
She went past the building where Zia stood, looking up. Zia was flying. She groaned. How she wish she could fly too.
