"Alice!" Zia called, and jumped down. She landed on her feet without flying and winced. "Oops." she said. "Please, don't think I'm a freak! I'm on your side! I promise!"

"It's ok! I don't mind it" Alice said."Anyways... Again... You can finish whatever you're doing, I was just on my way to go somewhere". She broke away from the hug and walked out. Again. Alice ran towards the apartment, bumping into someone ( @niale Kuro). "Sorry!" She said, then dashed off.

Lilith ran towards the Facility's entrance room, her superior awaiting her.
"Glad you can make it," he said, "I was worried you'd get lost again."
"Hey! Are you saying that I don't know the way around this area? I go here almost every day!" Lilith interjected. She may be 14, but she's intelligent. She was the youngest out of the Outside Expedition group. "Anyways, I hope we don't lose anybody in this expedition."
"Vi-Vi was an energetic girl." He said as Lilith mentioned about losing somebody this expedition.
"Of course! Being part of the first expedition groups, she did the very first expedition, nearly half a century ago! Unfortunately, that was her last. A strong myth quickly ended her life with a swift stab. But why would you mention Vi-Vi?" Lilith asked a somewhat simple question to her superior as both of them walked to a door.
"You'll see," he grinned. He opened the door, and a young girl sat in front of a corner.
"Is that..."

Digit turned at the open of the door. They were shocked to see somebody arrived.
"Huh...?"

"Vi-vi?!" Lilith was so shocked. She found Vi-Vi in the living... But she was dead. "How? I thought Vi-Vi's..."

"Advances in cloning caused us to get a copy of her memories, mind, and personality prior to death, and then we made this robot self of Vi-Vi. She has little to no emotions, as we were unable to add them. It's going to take a while for her to get her emotions back, as she'll need to learn them naturally."

Digit felt a bit shy, but she approached Lilith and her superior.
"So answer me. How did I end up here? Last time my eyes were opened, I..."
They hesitated to speak.
"Got killed. Why am I still alive?"

Bryan looked at the girl who had just walked him behind him. There was, once again, something off, she was acting strange. She stood there as if she was waiting for something. Bryan though about asking her if she wanted to order first, but after a tough day like the one he had had, he thought he deserved something in his favour, no matter how insignificant.

He went up to the cashier and scanned the glass (container?) that showcased the donuts. He soon went with the raspberry donut stuffed with vanilla cream.

"You sure you don't want the deal? Add a cup o' coffee for just a few coins." The man behind the cashier said.

"Nah, I'll take the donut."

Alice finnaly reached her apartment. She unlocked the door and stepped inside. There was only two rooms, a bathroom and living room mashed with a bedroom. On a desk sat her laptop, a gift she got from a old friend of hers. She sat down on an office chair infront of the laptop. She received an email.

Persephone saw the guy from before step up to order, this was her chance, everyone in the store would be paying attention to the person ordering or their own conversations, her heart was beating at a quick pace as she stood up and drew as little attention tp herself as possible as she managed to sneak into the kitchen.

The other human workers were relativity busy enough with other things to not notice Persephone as her eyes quickly scanned a tray of freshly baked doughnuts, she licked her lips before quickly grabbing a doughnut with pink frosting and purple sprinkles.

She was quitely about to slip out of the kitchen but her eyes widend and she flinched as she heard a human worker shout out, "Hey! What are you doing?!" She'd been busted, and now came the second half of the plan, running for it.

With Persephone's newly acquired doughnut in hand she made a mad dash towards the exit of the shop, she grinned as she ran past other humans in the store.

He got up from his work chair and exited his small apartment room and the apartment. Xev walked passed buildings and lights, then finnaly found the place he was looking for. He entered the old and abandoned building, waiting for Alice.

Alice scowled. "Psst, that thing is the mythical thing. Her name's Zia. I don't know what type of creature she is, but she's really getting on my nerves" Alice whispered softly to Xev. "Want to take the friendly way, or forceful way?" she asked.

"Let's do friendly first. Then if she doesn't co-operate, we go forceful" Xev answered.


Alice walked towards Zia and waved, Xev behind her. She putted on a fake smile.

"Urgh... I just need some time to think." Digit sat back at her corner, until speaking again. "...Lilith, right?" She said without looking behind.

"Yes?" Lilith responded.

"Stay here," she replied, "you seem like you know a variety of what has happened."

Lilith's superior headed outside, closing the door behind. Lilith sat next to Digit. "Of course I know! You're an inspiration!"

"Tch," she replied in disgust, "how am I an inspiration? I died, how will that inspire people to be like me?"

"First, you're so skillful, and intelligent. I heard you know a lot about technology" Lilith replied. "I wonder how did you be like that?"

"Learning, but none of that really matters anymore since I was programmed to have vast knowledge of that."

Lilith then thought of something. "Hey," she said. "How about we go outside the Facility?"

Digit felt like that was a fight response. "N... No! I can't. I'm not supposed to go outside yet. I'm still a 'prototype,' they say. I'm a bit 'buggy,' they say, that I'm 'incomplete,' they say. I feel fine."

"I see," Lilith replied, "but it's getting late, and I'm going to leave tomorrow," she added, and stood up, approaching the door.
"See you later?"

"See you later," Digit replied, "Lilith..."

Digit went on to Sleep Mode for the time. She had nothing to do but look at a wall, so sleeping would be the best idea in her mind.

Lilith looked at the time. 9:30 PM. Curfew really didn't exist in the city, since everybody is confined in one place and almost everybody knew each other. She looked at her superior when he said something.

"Lilith, for tonight you'll be sleeping in a room of your own, and tomorrow morning we will head out as early as possible. I expect you to get tons of rest, especially since you're young." He escorted Lilith to an elevator which led to the 17th floor of the facility, then a door in an empty hall.

Lilith opened the door, and saw a somewhat large room. There was a large couch that was pointing towards a large TV. On the wall in front of her was a window, and the walls were dark wood-colored. In one corner was a bed.
"Seriously, you're letting me stay here for the night? It looks like a fancy hotel room!" She ran towards the bed, and jumped on it.
"Man, I need to sleep for once."

The doors closed, and her superior left. Lilith fell asleep so easily because of how tired she is.

Vanessa got up, expecting the sun to shine down on her exhausted face. She checked the time sleepily, and gasped at the time.

It was the same night, and it was only 9:30. She had only slept for 2 hours. How was that possible? It felt like a night of sleep.

She attempted to fall back asleep but she suddenly got a call on her cell. Annoyed, and tired, she picked up the cell to see who was calling. It was her employer, a man named Charles. He was basically the most annoying person she ever met, and bossy.

"Hello?" He asked.
"Hello. Is there... anything you need?"
"Yes. Yes, big boss wanted to get a packet of crisps from first floor vending machine."
"And?"
"And? And? Vending machine #2AcV was the one that wasn't working. I'm telling you, you had one job. Fix the vending machines on that floor. Thats all I ask of you."
Vanessa cursed herself. She had forgotten to fix that one machine, and thats the one the big boss decided to use?
"I'm sorry. I will get there now."
"You better be sorry. I looked useless standing there, I was embarrassed and blamed because of your fault. I want to see you in 2 minutes."

Vanessa grunted. She mumbled a response, hung up the phone and put on her clothes. The icy night wind blew at her face as she sprinted across the streets. Soon she arrived a large building.

It was white, and Vanessa knew it all too well.

The Facility, it wrote, in large bold concrete letters.

Bryan was paying for his donut and was about to take his first, definitely most enjoyable, bite out of the sweet donut when a shout was heard and a girl ran out.

It was the girl he saw earlier, the strange one. It came together, she must've been waiting for someone, in this case him, to order so she could sneak in for a donut. She was a thief.

He checked his watch, 9:30. It was late, but he was intrigued. After she ran out of the shop, he casually went out the doors, and donut in hand, ran after her.

Cymoline saw a person about to shoot a helpless person down the ground with a gun. Upon further inspection they found out that the one about the shoot was themselves, although they were a few years older. They then realized the helpless person was an older... Lilith? They looked like her, except she was more mature.

"I know what you're going to do, but why waste all your anger at me...?" The dream figment of Lilith quivered in fear, her eyes nearly at the point at crying. "We've known each other for eight years, I didn't expect you to turn against me and the Facility..."
It was at this moment that Cymoline realized that this dream was in the future, where they were three years older. They wanted to leave this dream, but for some reason, can't. All they can do is watch painfully as their older self is about to kill a lifelong friend.

"Don't...!" They said, which alarmed Cymoline's older self to react, and shot the gun towards them, a flash of light surrounding their vision.

They alarmingly woke up, their heart pounding with a rush of anxiety, tears going down their eyes.@ This was the most scared they have dreamed in their life.
"N... No. I wouldn't dare kill Lilith. She is my friend, and nothing about that will change." They got out of their bed, put on their usual clothing, and looked at the clock.
"Man... I barely slept, did I?"
Cymoline shrugged off the time, and headed outside their room, going down a hall, and eventually outside their apartment complex.

Cymoline walked down a road. Eventually they saw the same... "Creature?" on the way.
"Hmm. What's going on over there?"
They hid inside a broken building, looking out and seeing what's going on. They wanted to know what was that... Thing's purpose was. Besides, no myth was ever allowed, and Cymo was about to see what will happen next. They have seen myths get captured, and taken to the Facility. They never knew what happened afterwards, since they don't work in the Facility anymore.
The thought of never being in a picnic at all... Myths really lack any sense of entertainment in their lives... They thought, and then chatted to a group from the Facility on their phone.

Good news.
I found a myth.
It appears that somebody else from the Facility has got them, however.
They'll take it from there.
Hopefully they'll be able to capture the myth.
Third time some myth has been caught this week. It's only Saturday, give us some slack, myth!

Sucks to be a myth.
It's strange how mythical creatures are able to get in.
I know. The walls are literally shut tight, save for the main gate in the northern part of town. Nobody should be able to get in or out without permission.
Since when was the last time the walls have been fixed.
at least five years ago. idk thats just how i remember it.
It confuses me how the walls were able to be broken down again. It's been barely a decade.
Anyways, I'll keep on hiding. I don't want that myth to see me. I fainted again.

Cymoline exited their chat client. They wanted more info on the myth. Once the three made a move, they will follow ahead, whilst keeping themselves hidden from them.

Vanessa entered the building, avoiding eye contact with anyone. It was always embarrassing being the person who fixed the vending machines. She was referred to as the 'janitor'.

Vanessa didn't even know what this company did. Though she did know it was very secretive. And that its vending machines broke often.

She went up the stairs, she wasn't allowed to use the elevator.

A few minutes later, she was finished with the vending machine. What? She's efficient.

She arrived her employers office which was down the hall, and knocked on the dark brown wooden door. She opened it, and there he was, sitting at the desks, chewing on a chocolate bar.

"About time!" Charles said.
"Sorry."
"Eh... whatever. You know i give you too many chances."
Silence.
"Sorry about that too."
Silence.
"May I... leave?" V asked.
"Yeah. Go on."
As V turned to leave, Charles let out a shriek.
"Oh! No! No! One more thing. 17th floor. Air vent is broken. Need you to fix."
Vanessa let out a sign, hair drooping over her eyes. At this time?
"That'll require me to enter rooms..."
"Rooms'll be empty. No ones using. Now, go on ahead."

He doesn't pay me enough. She thought.

She climbed up the flights of stairs until she reached the 17th floor. She hadn't been to this floor before, and all she saw was an empty floor and loads of rooms. Nevertheless, the venting system was the same.
One by one she entered the rooms. She was nearly done until she attempted to open the last room, but it was locked.
V assumed someone was in there, but she could not care less. Charles would've wanted the air vents to be fixed, that was her one job. Plus, nobody important would be in that room. The importants stayed on the top floor.
She checked her watch, it was still somewhat early. She knocked on the door. @nightmaremoon12

Lilith woke up to the sound of a knocking door.
"Ugh... Better answer..." She rolled down her bed and to the floor, falling down. After a moment of silliness, Lilith got energized, stood up from the cold floor, and then approaching the door, opening it.
"Yes? I'm busy sleeping. I need to sleep for the expedition tomorrow, so keep your explanation short and simple." She had a tired expression, and wanted to sleep.

Cymoline sighed, looking from behind the door. They wanted to find out the myth's intentions other than trespass.

Digit felt like she was ingulfed in darkness in her dreams. She couldn't feel but experience her death over and over again.
N... No!
She saw herself repeatedly stabbed multiple times, and her cries of wanting it to stopped were unheard to others. She wanted to open her eyes, but she couldn't open her eyes to the white room. Eventually she started to awake from her dreams.
Help...!
She awoke from her nightmare, the dream causing her to be forced to wake up.
"Why... I can't even sleep anymore. I want to get out of here!"
Digit rushed towards the door, and attempted to open it, but to no avail.
It's locked... I don't want to be here anymore...! She used all of her ability to kick the door open, until using her fists to charge electricity, and punched the door.
There was a small explosion that was heard in the Facility, as Digit noticed that the door was open.
Finally, I'm free from this heck. Why would they keep me here asylum? She then ran towards the exit, not caring about the scientists seeing her escape.
"I'm free." Digit looked around. The city felt different to her. Nothing like she saw 50 years ago. Her electric wings appeared, as she floated around the area.
"First order of business is to find that myth who killed me. Then hunt the myths in this city." Her voice started to become less organic as she said it.
"This won't be difficult."

"I just need to come in here, to fix the vents. That's about it. I know you're sleeping, but I need to come in here. I want to sleep as much as you do, so please let me in."

Vanessa waited for a response, as her shoes clicked against the floor and her hands got sweaty holding tools.

"Make it quick," she replied, "we'll be gone for a week." Lilith moved out of the way so the visitor could enter. She walked towards her couches and began to sit, awaiting for the repairperson to fix the vents quickly.

Suddenly, the small shake from an explosion from the ground floor startled the young lady, causing herself to stand up in confusion, and fall on the ground from the shake.
"Huh? What happened?"

Alice dug around for a picnic basket. Finnaly she found one woven by her dead mother. She grabbed a few apples from the fruit basket, made some sandwiches from leftover vegetables, and grabbed a 1 liter Sprite bottle, and stuffed it all in the basket. The bottle stock out because it was a bit too big. She rolled up a small blanket and dashed off towards Xev and Zia, carrying the stuff with her.

"Follow me" Xev commanded. He decided to go nice on this thing. Atleast for now. Xev walked to hill near a pond. He beckoned the group over.


Alice reluctantly walked towards Xev and putted the food down. One by one, she started unpacking, getting everything out of the basket, except the pill, and laid them on the blackest she putted down.
