Zia sat down and smiled. She then heard quacking and glanced up fearfully. She saw a duck along with ducklings and laughed, running towards them.

"Or maybe put her to sleep." Alice responded. That pill was still there, wasn't it?

Cymoline exited the building, and gravity jumped towards the park, landing behind a bush. They loved to jump around, especially when one of their powers is to change their weight and gravity, causing them to be lighter and float, as if they're in space.
They then felt the ground shake. Was it an earthquake? They looked around, but the shaking stopped.
"Huh? What's with the sudden quake?" They spoke aloud, and quickly covered their mouth, as their hiding spot has been breached.

Digit then headed into the group chat Cymoline was in as she walked around the area, trying to look for anything suspicious.

Ari walked along the streets blending in with the crowd ignoring everyone. They were taking a daily walk just to get some fresh air. As they passed a bookstore, they decided to go in. Grabbing a few random books they sat down to read. Not really reading, just surveying the crowd.

Cymoline's phone started pinging. Confused to know who's there, they decided to check it out. It was a pink text asking the location of a mythical creature.

The park. Poor myth doesn't know what a picnic is, yet she's in one.
I'm pretty sure she spotted me. I better bounce ASAP.
Keep that thing distracted. I'll be there shortly.
Don't worry; two people got it under control.
Alright then. Just try not to die.
Alright! Who are you, by the way?

Digit's eyes flashed with a map of the Enigmisphere. She marked the location of the park, which was a few blocks away.
Her wings became larger, as she flew low on the ground as if she's wearing a jetpack.

It's Vi-vi, but you could call me Digit.
I'm supposed to be finished by the end of the expedition, but...
For short, I'm just a prototype. Eventually the final product will be more scanning, more electricity, and a myriad of other things I'm too lazy to explain.
Alright. So you caused the explosion?
At the facility? Sure, let's go with that.
Anyways, I have no time to talk. I'll be there shortly... Cymoline?
Yes. I'm going to sit here. Patiently. And this is boring since I'm not doing anything right now.

V nodded slowly, with her head hung low and walked over to the vents, took out her tool box and began working. It was a bit awkward this late at night, but whatever.

Suddenly, the ground shook and V fell off her ladder, onto the floor. She felt the other girl in the room call in surprise as well. V screamed, as she fell on her left hip. Her bone ached and a sharp pain shot through her leg.

She screamed in pain, caressing her leg, and squeezing her eyes shut.

Zia tilted her head slightly, and followed the others. "Do you not want a picnic? Want to go somewhere else?" She asked kindly.

Lilith stood up as she noticed the repairwoman injured.
"Good thing I brought a first aid kit, and the fact we'll get hurt often."
She approached her, and quickly reached out for the kit in her backpack. Lilith then grabbed a bandage tape and scissors to cut it.
"Hold still. If you move, I'll mess up." She quickly wrapped bandages around the injured areas, using scissors to cut the other bandages when there was already enough on one area.
"I wonder what caused that ground to shake?" After Lilith finished treating V's wounds, she texted Cymoline.

Cymoline noticed that out of all things, their phone would ring.

C: Lilith? I thought you're asleep!
L: I was but somebody came here to repair the vents!
C: Out of all the places, they decided to visit your run-down shop?
L: Nope! My superior decided to let me stay in one of the bedrooms in the Facility tonight!
C: That's where I live as well...
L: I dont see your room anywhere! Are you sure you live here?
C: Yep. 18th floor.
L: How convienient. I live one floor below you!
C: ...
C: Anyways, I have to go now. I'm awaiting for somebody called "Vi-Vi."
L: Thats Digit! I cant believe youre going to see her as well!
L: You see the people going on the expedition were going to have her as a surprise and that we were going to get an item from a human village so that she would leave the prototype stage!
C: I was told about Digit's code considered almost done. Is that what they meant by that?
C: Anyways, you can answer that later; Vi-Vi's here.
L: See ya Cymo!

Digit made it to her destination. She saw the picnic group and Cymoline cowering behind a bush.
"I'll just grab the myth once the timing is right..." Digit waved at Cymoline in an effort to get their attention.

Cymoline looked up and waved up to Digit. The girl approached Cymoline with a blank expression.
"What are you doing, hiding behind that measly little bush?"

"You mean I could've hid in a better place than this?" Cymoline sighed. The other bushes were tiny, and the nearby tree to hide in was basically far away. "This is the only bush that I could hide in. Anyways, keep your head low."

Digit ducked, as she scanned the strange girl. They were a bit close, so they were able to do a quick scan.
Collecting data from every single Enigmisphere files...[/colors]
She quickly looked over files of people, footage of security cameras, and a myriad of other things as her eyes flashed multiple colors.
[color=pink]Name: Zia Surname: Unknown as of now. Species: Unknown... as of now, but surely isn't human.
She said in a monotone, inorganic voice.
"So, did she use any powers? I can't get info out of nowhere - Info must be filed, or nothing will be registered." Her voice went back to normal.

"Well..." Cymoline replied. "She blinded me with the power of darkness, and I suppose she used fire. That's all she did when I fought her."

"Hmph," Digit replied.
Known powers: Darkness Manipulation and Fire Manipulation. Unknown if these are the only powers she has or not.

Cymoline then spoke. "How did you get all that information?!"

Digit replied very quickly. "By scanning, I get every single data from confidential information that the Facility has, like security cameras, files of residents - including you, Cymoline, and many more."
She sighed, then looked down.
"It's boring..."

Explanation to Digit's Scan ability.
Digit is built to be a myth hunter and tactician like her living self used to be. Her scanning ability is confusing, but once you see her use it, it'll get a bit less confusing.
When she scans, she takes every information that the Facility has recorded. Digit is unable to get info out of thin air.
Because of that, she can only get fragments of a non-resident's information and they can only get info by rumors, and secruity footage.

TL;DR - ...scan by thought, ear, and sight. [parital] info obtained...

Zia heard someone around them. She ran around the pond looking for people. "Hello?" She said, a little nervous edging in her voice. "Anyone there?"

Digit grabbed Cymoline's arm as both of them quickly flew towards another area to hide.

"We were almost caught..." Cymoline whispered.

Digit nodded. "Now would be a good time to capture this myth." She muttered her words, as she didn't want anybody else to hear.

Zia shrugged and went back to watching the ducks. She sat at the edge of the pond and stared at them, watching them play with a smile on her face. One duckling came up to her, but the mother quickly snatched it away.

Xev shrugs. "I don't know if she could be a threat, maybe give her one more chance?" he asked.

"Wow, first time I saw you sympathetic against somebody." Alice murmured.


Alice facepalms. Of course, after months of making that pill she had to throw it away. Maybe use it on somebody else?
She picked up a sandwich and ate. "Over here Zia! We have sandwiches if you're hungry!" She shouted

Zia ran over to the others. She smiled. "Thank you!" She said. Zia heard rustling in the bushes and jumped in front of Alice. She growled at whatever it was and flames grew on her hands. She saw a rabbit jump out and relaxed.


Her hands were still searing hot when she took the sandwich, burning Alice.

Alice sighs, looking at her burnt hand. "Xev, give me that aloe Vera" She told Xev

Xev took out a small tube from his pocket and handed it to Alice.

Alice grabbed it and squeezed green goo onto her hand, and spread it around. The pain seeped into the Aloe Vera. Threat, I should have believed myself earlier Alice thought.

Zia looked at the burn, not saying anything. She saw an ant crawl on her hand and screamed, flinging it off by flames. "What was that demon!?" she asked in panic.

Alice excused herself and ran behind a bush. She willed herself to become invisible. just me and my dress, just me and my dress, just me and my dress she thought, closing her eyes. When she opened them, she was not there anymore. Slowly she exited the bush and walked behind Zia silently.

Zia shook her head. "I-I can't." she said, her voice breaking. Suddenly something startled her. She began to shoot dark arrows at something in the bushes, but stopped halfway through when she realized it was just the wind. She laughed nervously.

Alice suddenly put her hands on Zia's shoulders, squeezing them, and stopping Zia from moving. "Either answer, or get no mercy." Alice whispered to Zia in an emotionless voice.

Zia ripped out from somethings grasp. "Quit it." She said, feeling nervous. She turned to Xev. "Why do you want to know?" she asked, tilting her head. She sighed. "Fine. My mom hated me.." she said sadly.
