Stoneclaw prepared for dawn patrol. If anything jumped at her, she was going to bite it's head off. She felt extremely confident this morning... maybe a bit over confident.

Dustshine woke up. She stood up and stretched slightly. She walked out of the medicine cat den slowly. To see what was going on.

I reached out and pinned Tigerclaw down hard. "I wouldn't do that if I were you." I hissed. "I think you better stay put, you might be strong cat, but don't forget im a lynx. I might not be as big as the others, but I can still rip you to shreds.

{Snowpaw}
I scrambled to my paws and ran as fast as my paws could carry me, even faster then I had ran to catch the rabbit. I was so scared. I had to get to camp. I had to tell Sandstar.

Sandstar got up slightly later than the others. She had a tiring night last night. She had terrible dreams. Sandstar stood up and walked out into the camp. She saw Snowpaw running extremely quickly towards her "Snowpaw! What's wrong?" She asked panicking.

Meanwhile Frostkit looked at Icekit "Where to navigator!?" He asked sharply. Icekit looked at him "Umm... Yeah! Just over this hill! Follow the pro navigator!" He said. Snowkit rolled her eyes but followed.

Dustshine saw Sandstar wake up and run towards Snowpaw. She stressed and ran towards her "Is anyone hurt?" She said panicking even more than Sandstar.

Stoneclaw hadn't left for dawn patrol yet unlike some of the other cats. She was on her way to go and check on her sister when she saw the leader and her sister standing next to Snowpaw. She ran towards them "Dustshine! What's going on?"

Dustshine looked at her sister "I have as much of an understanding as you do" she said casually.

The three kits came next to a border. "That's clan territory that is." Snowkit said. "No. It isn't Snowkit, don't worry. We won't be in trouble." Icekit said casually. "Yeah. For once I agree with our navigator. It'll be fine. You worry too much" Frostclaw said nodding. "DON'T LIE TO ME!" Snowkit yelled. "I know that's clan territory! Mother told me a clan lives up here. And you shouldn't agree with the 'pro navigator' he can't tell the difference from right and left!" Icekit looked at her, his confidence fell slightly. Frostkit started to pull her by the the paw but she shook him off. She was the eldest by three days and the strongest. And Frostkit was the youngest but absolutely had to be leader, as usual. Snowkit looked at her brothers "Fine go then. But your not my responsibility anymore." She said starting to climb a tree that looked over the camp. She watched her brothers walk into clan territory. She wasn't going to rescue them if they made a mistake, it was their fault.

Frostkit led Icekit into what his sister said was clan territory. He didn't care what his sister said. He was a big strong tom who knew what he was doing, he wouldn't take any fake advice from his sister. He walked into the clan camp confidently with Icekit behind him walking not so confidently. Frostkit heard a yell of "LEADER! INTRUDERS!" Before two plain grey cats ran up to them. One of which pinned both of them down with each paw. "Look what wandered into clan territory Dustshine!" She said laughing. "Let me go!" Frostkit said trying to bite her. His brother did the same but Stoneclaw didn't give them a chance to. "STONECLAW!!! They're kits! There not fully grown warriors! Leave the little ones alone" Dustshine said. It was obvious now that the one pinning them down was called Stoneclaw.

Snowkit jumped down from her tree and into clan camp. "I told you two, but you never listen do you?" She said looking at her brothers "Sorry about them. They never listen. I told them this was clan territory but they don't care at all. Now brothers. Come on!" She said looking at them. "Don't go" Stoneclaw growled "We'll let the leader decide what to do with you when she's not busy."

I stopped running, breathing heavy. I managed to gasp out a few words. "Tigerclaw...Gone mad....tried to..kill me!" I flopped down on my side. "He didn't hurt me, he was just going to go right to the killing blow. But I gave him a few scratches." I purred

Sandstar looked at Snowpaw "Lead me to him please Snowpaw" She said calmly "Was anyone else there? Anyone hurt? DUSTSHINE!" She called.

Dustshine heard the call and ran to the leader's side "How can I help leader?" She meowed.

Sandstar looked at Dustshine "I need you to follow me and Snowpaw. We might have some hurt clan members."

Dustshine nodded before saying "Also three cats are in clan territory. To be exact, kits. I left Nightpelt in charge of them. He will be taking them to the nursery."

Sandstar nodded "I am eager to meet these kits after we deal with this situation. And I'm sure Nightpelt with look after them perfectly well."

I shakily got to my paws and nodded, "Okay, Lynxfur with holding him down right now, in the hilly clearing." I walked and lead them to the hill were Tigerclaw was, sure enough pinned down by Lynxfur. I went up and grabbed the rabbit I have killed, glancing narrowed eyed at Tigerclaw.

Sandstar looked at the scene. ''Lynxfur! Stop pinning down Tigerclaw please.'' She said ''Stop fighting, the both of you'' she looked at each of them in their turn. ''Also, Snowpaw told me that you threatened to kill her Tigerclaw.'' She said looking straight at Tigerclaw ''Snowpaw has already told me what she knows. I want to know why you two were fighting, starting with Tigerclaw.''

Dustshine rushed to the two of them ''Are either of you hurt?'' She said looking at them.

Meanwhile, Nightpelt led the three kits to the nursery. Once they got to the nursery he looked at the kits ''What are your names?'' he asked.

Frostkit wasn't going to tell this cat who he was and nor was his brother. They didn't trust him whatsoever.

Snowkit looked at Nightpelt. ''I'm Snowkit. The plain grey annoying one there is Frostkit and our rubbish navigator known as Icekit'' She said with a smile.

Nightpelt looked at her. She was a feisty one. ''I'm sure your brothers aren't that bad Snowkit'' he said smiling.

Stoneclaw rushed in. ''I want a word with the white one with stripes'' She said.

Snowkit looked at her and followed her. Was she in trouble? Most likely.

Stoneclaw looked at the kit. ''Tell me, why are you here?'' Stoneclaw said looking at the kit.

''It's my brothers fault'' Snowkit said ''My name is Snowkit. I advised my brothers not to come here due to it being clan territory. But as usual, they didn't listen to me. They came into clan territory and when you pinned them down... I know they might be the most annoying brothers ever but I don't want them dead. I jumped in because I worried about them''

Stoneclaw looked at her ''I am no murderer Snowkit.'' She said calmly ''I am Stoneclaw. I will ask if the leader agrees but, do you want to be a part of our clan?''

Snowkit looked at her ''I would like it. It would be better than wandering around in the wild, having to eat... Crowfood. It's disgusting!'' She meowed ''I'll ask my brothers though. They normally disagree with me, for fun.''

Icekit and Frostkit ran in. They watched there sister look at them and meow ''You joining the clan? Or is it just me?'' She said.

Icekit said ''Your not alone Snowkit!''. He stood next to his sister ''When I'm an apprentice I want to learn to be a medicine cat!''

Frostkit looked at them ''HOW DARE YOU! I don't want to join this silly clan! I'd rather prowl the forest freely than be a clan cat!'' he growled.

Snowkit lost her temper ''FINE! Go and eat crowfood for the rest of your life! Go if you want. I won't miss you. We won't need you. I'll see you again one day brother, by that day I'll be a warrior. I will have learnt all I could learn, I will learn more than you for you shall never, ever learn what I will learn here. One day if you wish you may battle me. You will watch me tear you apart. Go, I don't wish to be in your company anymore.''

Frostkit looked at her shocked. Everyone else looked shocked too. ''Fine, see you later you bunch of crowfood!'' He growled while walking out of clan territory.

Nightpelt and Stoneclaw looked at eachother. ''Okay.....'' they said in unison.

Stoneclaw looked at the kits and Nightpelt ''I'll head to find the leader, see you later'' she meowed. Stoneclaw ran in the direction she saw the leader walk. She ran past the area of dawn patrol and found the leader, Tigerclaw, Lynxfur, Snowpaw and Dustshine standing together. She looked at Lynxfur pinning down Tigerclaw. ''What did I miss?'' she meowed casually.

I nodded and did as told, then turned to Dustshine "Im fine, Snowpaw gave Tigerclaw a few good scratches to think about. I found him standing over her ready go give a killing blow. What kind of monster is he?" I hissed

I looked narrow eyed at Tigerclaw, waiting for him to speak.

I had walked back to camp when I noticed that their were news kits. I turned to them and asked "Where did you all come from?"

I turned to my apprentice Blazepaw, "Okay, pause for a moment. What can you scent?"

Sandstar looked at Snowpaw ''You scratched in self defense Snowpaw. Just don't scratch him again.'' she looked at Tigerclaw ''She is your apprentice. As a mentor I expect you to help teach your apprentice and share your knowledge with them. Not standing over them and being prepared to kill. Lynxfur, I know you tried to protect Snowpaw and I appreciate that you care about the cats in this clan. But from now on, I don't want to see or hear about any fighting amongst the clan.''

Stoneclaw stood next to Lynxfur ''I'm glad your alright'' she said with a smile ''I thought you were gonna be in big trouble. Luckily not. The leader was kind on you this time and I'm glad she was.''

Snowkit looked at Foxlily ''Hi. It's a long story. Ask Nightpelt, he's better at explaining these things.''

I dipped my head to Sandstar, "With all repsect, Sandstar, I think you are greatly under reacting. For if I had not of stepped in, Snowpaw would be very dead at this moment. And we all know its a monsterous crime to kill another clanmate. I think the cat you ought to be scolding and exiling is Tigerclaw." I could see Snowpaw was about to add something snappy, but I covered her mouth with a paw, not wanting her to make a rude comment, even though I had a few in mind to say.

The two kits followed Foxlily to the nursery ''What is this place?'' Icekit asked.

Ace looked down from the hill at Viperfang, "oh I see that you don't want me here right?" he hissed.

Darkshadow raced up to Sandstar "What happened?" he asked

The kits looked around excitedly. ''Hi'' Snowkit said looking at the queen.

Blizzardtail went and sat next to Heathersnow. There was a trail of four kits following her. They all sat next to her.

Woodtail came rushing in ''THEY'RE HERE!'' He meowed. He then sat by his mate.

Then Whitefeather ran in. ''So those are my siblings?'' she asked. She watched her mother nod.

Stoneclaw looked at Lynxfur "So back to dawn patrol then?" She said with a smile. She was angry at Tigerclaw's actions that day. And she actually felt that she had a slight crush on Lynxfur now.

Snowkit ran up to Heathersnow and so did Icekit. They sat down and smiled at her.

I sighed and repeated myself. "We're on the dawn patrol.What can you scent?" I meowed kindly.

I nodded, although I was hardly in a patrol mood. I was worried about Snowpaw, and it bugged me how calm Sandstar was. But maybe patroling with Stoneclaw would help. "Yeah, lets go."

{Snowpaw}
"Im fine." I snipped. I was all but fine. I was in fear, in shock, in fury, I didn't know what to feel. I felt my paws shake, I stopped them right away. "I'-i'm fine." I repeated, more slowly and unsure this time. I didn't want to be around anyone right now, I had to get away from others. I bolted of in another direction, going outside our border lines, not caring what rouges I might encounter. A random rouge would be better then letting a clanmate see me in the state I was in. I found a silent spot and sat down. My paws were trembling again. This time, I let them.

{Foxlily}
I could see the nursery was getting a bit crowded, so as much as I wanted to see the new kits, I slipped out to make some space. I noticed Tigerclaw walking into the cave, grumbling something. I noted he had light scratches on his muzzle and some nasty ones on his belly. "What happened?" I questioned.

{Heathersnow}
I purred at the new kits, wondering where they had come from. I was going to ask Foxlily but she had just left. "Im Heathersnow. I help care for all the kits of this clan."

Stoneclaw went to the main hunting area. "I smell rabbit." She meowed just as a rabbit appeared. She pounced on it and held it down before going for the neck. "There's another one over there Lynxfur!" She meowed.

The two kits looked at Heathersnow curiously. Snowkit meowed "I'm Snowkit and he is Icekit".
