I'm pretty sure it says in the first post 😃
Quoting from the first post, answer to when Round two starts:
"The second level will begin on June 16th, 2017, and those who made it through the first one will be moved on to the second."

Quoting from the first post, answer to what creatures are allowed for Round two:
"For the second level, it will be exactly how it was in 2016. You will set a creature of your choice as your profile/default creature, and it must stay the same throughout the contest (2017) in order to avoid elimination."

Lol no. Using the creature you used in level one for level two wouldn't give you any "points" or special privileges. I won't be making the decision, a random generator will. 😊
