About victory day turning things into coal

So... does victory day turn cc or things in the strongroom into a lump of coal? If so I would feel sooooooooo bad if someone's 5000cc got turned into a lump of coal! Same thing with cc travels and stuff like that. In case it does happen I already transferred all my precious things, but I would mainly like to know if things in strongroom could be turned into coal. And also I heard that items in auctions and possibly trades could also be turned into coal, is this supposed to happen? Oh and also another random question should you ping site staff for questions? I'm just gonna cuz idk yet soooooo @Ian just tell me if you don't

I think it's Victory Day stuff only, but I don't know. Until Victory Day ends I am not turning my cc into vouchers. Just in case.

@wigglytuff @togepi360 this shock happened to me earlier with my Autumn Scented Candles CC travel. However, it just added a coal to my inventory, so i can assure your precious items are safe.

EVERYBODY WHOS READING THIS! A way to not lose stuff...
1). Keep all cc in cc, not vouchers!
2). If you wanna keep it in vouchers, Split up your cc as much as you can(if you have 200, break it up to 4 50cc vouchers) so that way only 50cc at a time will be turned to coal instead of all of it!(if you don't mind having less inventory space)
3). For precious items, you can transfer them to an account that does not use the ark victory day thing. Speaking of that, @Ian, are sides allowed to visit ark victory or asteroid?
4), Lock items, but so far, do NOT put in auctions tho. They still change to coal, even if someone has already bid.

Any other ways? Post here!😃

@wigglytuff I had one one the new slimes in a trade lot but it changed to a piece of coal ☹️.

Only item in your INVENTORY can be changed into coal. So, move everything in STRONGROOM and the items are safe. I did that and 2 times got that 'something went wrong' and I could claim my prize again. Just like if an item would be turned to coal.

Ideally, the event should not be affecting items that are locked in the Trades Center or Auctions, items from the Cash Shop Park such as CC Vouchers, or items that are shown as r100. Unfortunately, we have reports of these aforementioned items being turned to coal. This was not intended and we apologize greatly for it.

Until we make an announcement that these glitches have been fixed, please keep ALL your items in your Strongroom if you plan on visiting the Ark Victory Day activity. Please Contact Us directly with a Ticket if you had a Cash Shop item changed into coal so that we can investigate and reimburse you for it.

(Also, no, you should not be visiting the Ark Victory Day prize page on side accounts. As with any activity or event, it should be done only on your main account.)

Thanks @Meteoroid! @ Jellifysh 's Autumn candle or whatever its called cc travel got turned into coal. And another couple of questions... are you supposed to ping site staff while asking a question? I asked that earlier, but it might be off topic, so...
