I really appreciate this guide and its usefulness. But I noticed the recent conversation and there was something I wanted to say for a little while.

I would like to point out and remind users that the price at which a creature is traded is not always necessarily their value, especially when looking at individual prices. Sometimes a user might over offer to guarantee the trade/just to get a trade over with/generosity/simply because the creature is being traded when there are a lot of users online to notice and make offers in the first place/etc. And trades for rarer creatures can be a bit more difficult to rely on since they are already few and far between and the total price typically already relies on the total estimated values of creatures that one was traded for.

I just want to remind users not to get too caught up with the values listed here and use your own judgment too!

That being said, I think this guide is a wonderful resource and hope it sticks around, keep it up the great work bugdie! c:

@budgie

Since the 2018 monthlies have been around for awhile now, should they be bumped up a bit?

@budgie I've seen zomini go for 100cc-1k cc. Do you think the value went up since it came out?

@stevepat2002 Woah, really? That's a huge range of prices o:
Likely a bit more than 200 atm since there arent many that I can see on the market, I'll give it a bump

@budgie noticed not many krusdots circulating the trade center/auctions anymore, last one I got was 50k in auctions. Price going up at all? (My prices have been inflating like crazy XD)

@stevepat2002 They're pretty recent, I couldn't imagine one going for more than 50-60k atm

@prairie honestly I think that's an under offer based on how little you see them on the market. But they may be csp rereleased?

@stevepat2002
I've seen other users have higher offers of 20k, but I think most of those offers come when someone really wants the creature because it's a dreamy.
And if the are where CSP rereleases for creatures pre 2017 csps, then they'd likely start with some of the lower/less popular things to test the water, like Lem/2016 csps, maybe 200cc csps, but I highly doubt that they'd start with more demanded stuff, like Onny/Macbot/Encalop/Seiren/Oscoa/ect, because quite frankly, that wouldn't be a good way to test things. (as far as I see it)

@budgie I feel like the Wackalama should be worth more... Maybe about 150CC? It was priced in the CSP for 200CC...

@shadowfaxe Before it was in the CSP it was available in the cove, though. But it probably is worth more by now ^^

I got offered 4000cc for the sharken, 6500 for the onabi, and 5000 for the Dianesia. So I just took it haha not sure if that was a good trade or not.

@budgie what do you think a special date (4th of july, christmas, etc.) would add to a creatures value?

Female

budgie • 4 July 2019 at 6:32 PM

@stevepat2002 It probably depends on the creature, the date it was stolen, and who's buying. Since a lot of people if they wanted a creature on a special date would likely find/steal/buy it themselves

@budgie I think 800CC is a bit overpriced for a Meerna? At least, I haven't been able to sell one at that price.

@foxbit That's fair, would 400-500 seem more on par? o:

@budgie I'm not sure. I guess the price depends on popularity, and it doesn't seem to be a very popular creature?
