Lyon slowly begins making his way back to the river, carefully searching the path to find what he lost.

"What are you looking for?" Raina asked.

Lyon is startled by Raina's voice. "Oh, I didn't see you there. I thought you left already." He tries to change the subject.

"Heh," Raina shrugged nervously, "I wanted to get a drink." She narrowed her eyes. Raina felt like there was something Lyon was hiding.

"Uh huh." Lyon says distractedly. He quickly glances at the ground multiple times.

"Is something wrong?" Raina looked at the spot Lyon was glancing at. "You seem to have something on your mind." Yep, confirmed. He was definitely hiding something. Now just to find out what exactly he was hiding.

Jaela noticed Raina was father behind her and she turned around. She saw Lyon and Raina flying near each other and she grinned. She started toward them.

Lyon shifts awkwardly on his feet. Was she ever going to leave? He wonders if he should pretend to head back to the cave and wait for her to leave.

Raina pressed on, "Are you sure?" Maybe Lyon was just, uhhhh.... having a bad day. Maybe he wasn't hiding something. Something important.

Jaela stopped by Raina and Lyon. "You coming, Raina?" She asked, referring to the river.

Raina looked around one last time and flew towards Jaela. "Yeah, I'll come."

Lyon waits until the two are out of his sight to begin searching again. (By the way, I'm not going to be online much this weekend)

(Ok!)Raina flew with Jaela towards the river. "Hey, don't you think Lyon is hiding something?" she whispered.

Lyon thoroughly searches the path for the item he lost, but can't seem to find it. He realizes that the only other place it could be is the river...where Jaela and Raina are...great. Now to figure out a way to avoid being caught.(Does Lyon want to hear this?)

Lyon approaches the river. He sees Jaela and Raina talking to each other. He hopes they won't notice him.

Wait, what? Lyon accidentally overhears Jaela. Thousands of questions rush through his mind. He slowly backs away, but ends up stepping on a conveniently placed branch. Shoot...

"What!?" Raina exclaimed but then slapped her hand on her mouth. "Hehe, I didn't mean that in a bad way. I thought I was a human once, but..." Suddenly she heard a crack and turned her head to the direction the noise was coming from. "Is someone there?" she called.

Jaela cursed under her breath in surprise and looked toward the sound. She dismissed it as a fleeing deer and turned back to Raina. "It's alright. I was born a human, then I hit my head when I was four, woke up almost a year later and I had these." Jaela flapped her wings.

Lyon's heart was pounding after almost getting caught. He decides to give up on his search and heads back to the cave.
