Budgie guide has it listed at 200 cc. Eggcavity has it listed at 407k EC. So 100 CC?

Umm... Dunno. I usually go by value guides (for creatures) and what it's selling for in shops (for items). Unfortunately their are only 4 in the stores and the lowest price is around 8 mill. Can't find any in trades or auctions.

Inus are listed on Budgie as 270k ec (they are not listed on eggcavity for some reason).
So like 250k each sound ok?

There is a bit of a gap in prices for the rainbow moon. One lists it for 100k and the next 400k.

I think was a prize for the egg hunt one year?
Tulips in the Sunshine are the same thing, lowest i found is almost 8 mill. I cant find Morning Flowers at all.

I logged into my side and checked on the items. Apparently the Garden Of Lillies, Garden Of Marigolds, Sakura, Tulips In The Sunshine were prizes for completing the easter hunt in 2019. The morning flowers are an travel added this year to Dragold Den's prize pool
