There are people who will breed their Valentine's dragons. Holiday dragons [exclusive event ones] will usually breed a multi-clutch of 4 eggs IN THEIR BREEDING EVENT [e.g. Valentine's will probably breed 4 eggs during the Valentine's Day breeding time]. You can only hold one, and if you don't choose one before 30 mins after breeding, they will all be automatically abandoned [auto-abandoned].
If you just hold one, the other 3 will go to the AP [Abandoned Pile] and people will be quick to catch them. That's why the AP is full right now; people are abandoning their stuff to make space for the V-day eggs.

You can get the Magi Dragon [http://dragcave.wikia.com/wiki/Magi_Dragon] in any biome [Alpine, Coast, Desert, Forest, Jungle and Volcano are all the cave biomes]. I can breed one for you as well.
They're pretty common.

So, if you use the BSA list [above], you'll find the Splash BSA:
"This BSA was given to Shallow Water Dragons, shortly after their initial release."

To get a Shallow Water dragon, you must breed Water x Magi.

There are other dragons that need specific breeds to produce them, such as Geodes [Stone x Stone/Green x Green/Stone x Green], etc.

I've caught and abandoned countless dragons, but I ended up two new Valentines, a 2nd gen Rosebud, a 3rd gen '09 Valentine, and a 3rd gen Ice. 😊 I released a messy '09 Valentine, but I didn't get the 2nd gen I've been looking for to replace her. I've also been searching for a 2nd gen Sweetling with an Alt Sweetling as a parent. I've come across several, although I didn't get any. There's always next year, though. ^^

All holiday dragons, excluding Vampires which can bite year-round, can only breed around their holiday. Yesterday was the last day to breed Valentines, although they still may be appearing in the abandoned pile. Every year, there's also a new dragon that is only available on the holiday. (:

The OLD Valentine's were only allowed to breed from February 9th - 16th (I think) this year, to let others have a chance of getting one.
The NEW Valentine's for this year were dropped for ONE DAY only (14th) in all the cave biomes.
