but i didnt find Democratic Republic of the Congo used to have 10 reigons but i did find that peru used to have 11 in 1822?

Almost forgot to do this one, oops! The wording on this one is vague, and maybe a bit confusing? Just the "there used to be ten but now is twenty-five plus one region" made me second guess this a lot. I'm going with Democratic Republic of Congo ONLY for the wording of 10->25, as rather than regions it's made up of 25 provinces and a capital city, no distinctive regions that they've self-designated as regions vs. provinces. The only other thing I could think of would be the Republic of Ireland and it's local government systems, but yeah!

yup for day 4 i found a site that said the dr congo used to have 10 provinces + one capital city, so it's the closest thing i found that matches that clue i think. not 100% sure it's correct but yeah xD
