You're so right!! Istg his phone still rings up from doctors & nurses several times while I'm trying to comfort him or while watching shows. It's very conflicting that they still bother him during off periods.. he just can't ignore them cuz patients' lives are involved ;w;

Idk I guess I was wrong to think that doctors deserve to get some good rest because they handle lives and can't risk to make mistakes. I would be able to tolerate 24 hours but 36 is too far of a stretch.. and to think most of the time my bf still has to work overtime beyond 36 βΉοΈ

Unfortunately it's a common problem in 3rd world countries βΉοΈ everyone's overworked.. unpaid overtime shifts, low doctor to patient ratio, unpaid leaves, and mental health is not popular.. They glorify people who can handle all those while shaming those who are "too sensitive"
