This year's birthday creature is the Revelca! You can find it in the Cave through the rest of this month. After that, it will go on sale in the Cash Shop for 200 CC during the month of August.

We're excited to introduce the biggest change to the Cave that we've perhaps ever made... BAITING!
Players with verified main accounts that are at least 1 month old can now bait and target specific creatures at the Cave. You can use bait to increase your chances of receiving that creature (it's not a guarantee!). Here's how it works.
Only main accounts verified via SMS are eligible for baiting. Your account must also be at least one month old. Verify yourself at Main & Side Accounts. The Cave will look no different for unverified and side accounts.
We're excited to bring back another 500 CaveCash giveaway for today and tomorrow only! You're entitled to claim this reward from your main account only (limit 1 per person). Anyone caught taking from a side will have their CaveCash, creatures purchased with that CC, or items purchased with that CC removed.
To deter multiple accounts abuse, unactivated accounts and accounts less than 3 days old cannot claim this prize. The giveaway closes tomorrow, July 21, at the end of the day Egg Cave Time. Was wondering about the baiting. It's it possible for one of the the three creatures selected can be a seasonal or LE creatures (such as holiday, Birthday, CRW, ect?)

In addition to baiting, it may work better if the three creatures randomise again after you've used up a bait? More incentive to use up items repeatedly that way ?

@sapphire12 I thought about that too, and at first I was thinking that would make it more exciting; but then I realized with it only being a chance for a creature it could be frustrating if you finally have one come up that you've been trying for and don't get it.

...I've been hoping for a Wynerl (male or Nb, and want to catch them myself) and have had no success for over a month. In this whole time I've only seen three females. It feels at times like they've retired >.< So I'm hoping this new baiting feature will help out.

@sinthr - Yeah, it kinda stings being left out of a pretty big chunk of the site now all because I currently have no way of verifying. Just this one simple little thing locking me out of so much stuff. If there were other non-SMS methods, I absolutely would verify.

So the bait feature only offers a 20% increase. I got a monthly in my rotation of choices for the 22nd. Used the 1st bait, failed. 2nd bait was too expensive. Not likely to use it again. It’s just a little too fussy for not enough bonus. Maybe if I had a stockpile, maybe.

I finally got to try Baiting today and I have to say that I'm disappointed... 8 attempts at Baiting and nothing... What seemed like a fun novelty ended up being something very expensive with no results...
Overall, the Daily Challenge wheel spin brings exactly the same result but for free. I'm disappointed, I wouldn't use this feature again. It was the 1st and last time I used it ☹️

I find the baiting to be kinda pointless if its only a 20% chance. I don't find the monthlies that much and when they do show up finally in the rotation for baiting, im thinking yeah finally! WRONG fails and i get a egg i don't want.

This site really should be upgraded badly considering what people pay for these fancy monthly CC eggs. I honestly feel like this site hasn't been upgraded sense it was released. It's a nice pet collection site, don't get me wrong but i feel its going toward more of a p2p site. ☹️
