It's back! Egg Cave's annual Easter Egg Hunt is on! Find the 30 eggs that have been hidden around Egg Cave to receive your prize of 1 creature (the Alleniwer) and 4 indestructible toy items (Egg Painting Kits).
Easter eggs will looking something like this: (and be clickable). They can appear on anywhere on any pages of Egg Cave. When you see one on the page, click on it to claim it.
The Easter Egg Hunt will be open today through April 21 at 11:59 PM ECT.
We'll be honest: we have made the Easter Egg Hunt more challenging than ever before this year. Eggs will become more difficult to find the closer you get to finishing. Don't stress if you don't find them all in a day — it might take a few! We hope you're up for the challenge!
To balance ourselves out though, we have also made another change that we think you'll like a lot: once you successfully click on and collect a hidden easter egg, you will not see the same easter egg displayed again. In other words, you will never receive a "you have already collected this egg!" message like in years past. Every time you see a hidden egg, it will always be a new one.
Easter eggs are hidden in different places for each user, so there isn't any use in sharing where you found them with others. Their locations and links are unique to your account and are completely randomized.
You are permitted to find Easter Eggs on any of your main and side accounts; however, you are only allowed to claim your Easter Egg Hunt prize on your main account. Abusing multiple accounts to get multiple Alleniwer creatures is not allowed.

@musical_slytherclaw Not sure if it works on phone, I'm using a laptop but I've been clicking random pages trying to find eggs, the lil' egg guy has helped a FEW times as well. I just managed to get another which is 11/30. Oh and good luck everyone with collecting eggs!

@musical_slytherclaw If you click Easter Egg Hunt at the top of the page it brings you to the Easter page with the prize, eggs you have to find, etc. There is a lil' egg with eyes and legs, underneath will be a different sentence every time you refresh. It may give clues.

I'm not sure changing it was the best idea. I'll give it 2 full days. However if count=0 on day 3. I will say it's no use & take it as a sign that I need a 3-month break from the site after the event. There will be cave event exceptions, & I'll come on just 2 grab them.

@playermocha345 The way I read it, you need to collect all 30 eggs on one account to claim the Alleniwer. Then, just for kicks, you can collect again on your other accounts but NOT collect the prizes. So 1 prize creature per person, not 1 per account.

It's my first Egg hunt but I don't know where to look,I tried but I don't see any eggs at all, may somebody help me, please!

@isathebelle They really are tiny like in the blog post. I found my first 2 in the Thief shop and at the Oasis, with a bunch more in the archives. The archive ones where mostly around the creature names, but all the ones I've found are near Egg Cave text on the white background.

@cosmia I got 7 from there... Well, I guess it depends. But click exchange is like two great things at once: finding eggs and getting your creatures stats at the same time. 😉

I couldn't find any in two hours, maybe I have a bug? ☹️ In previous years I found all of them I'm used to their size and everything but now I find nothing I went through all the pages many times fed coves went through the archives over and over...I'm about to give up now

@isathebelle Previous years, the TS and Oasis where places to refresh to catch eggs. As a result, they were the first places I went and refreshed about 10 times each before they showed up. I'm still refreshing there to try to get a creature, but no more have turned up.

I really don't think you should have listened to those who complained about the hunt being easy eggcave. Games should be relaxing. This is painful on the eyes and unpleasant.

@cosmia It would be so much more enjoyable if we had a setting for the easy or harder version with the harder version giving out bonus prizes etc. This is just one extreme to the other ... and F U N is nowhere to be had. Least favorite event now ☹️
