yup for day 4 i found a site that said the dr congo used to have 10 provinces + one capital city, so it's the closest thing i found that matches that clue i think. not 100% sure it's correct but yeah xD

I definitely think more often/consistent creature rotation would be extremely helpful to liven up the whole Questing/VEND feature.
