@sony
I appreciate the apology, I do, and I accept it. I have noticed that many users don't seem to think about the artist behind the art, or the feelings of those involved.

Try to think of being at an art gallery, with a hundred or more people there, along with the artist. You clearly wouldn't sta...

@chowchow2012

I don't exactly agree with the alternative coloring of creatures. Although it would be neat, I think it would create a fuss among displeased users, possibly like the unhappy users of the discontinuing of the CC gifting & re-release of the Christmas creatures. I don't think we nee...

Nah, it was number 3 xD I didn't made any trades xD
I made a trade on July 1st (WITH YOU!) , but not July 2nd xD

3- I have two cats
4- I have 7 pets

metaphor • 1 July 2013 at 11:42 PM

@mrsgiggles

I thought the same thing at first (regarding the younger age demographic here), but then I remembered other sites where everyone is 13 or above, and to be honest, they can be just brutal--and they get to cuss.

How edgy is that?

And as far as being extreme goes, I kinda have to admit t...

wallie987 • 1 July 2013 at 11:06 PM

@pirran
Yeah, I have to admit - EC is probably the most extreme site I've ever been on - regarding almost everything. xP

pirran • 1 July 2013 at 10:54 PM

@mrsgiggles
I've worked for pet sites for seven years, and this is the most insulting user base I've come across in that entire time. Yes, I do get them occasionally, but they do tend to come with constructive feedback and as often as I hold my "chin up and take everything in stride", peop...

mrsgiggles • 1 July 2013 at 10:49 PM

@chowchow2012 It's a slippery slope, and doing this will make Egg Cave more like another site than anything else.

And given the drama that already exists over CS and retired eggs, there are going to be fireworks, LOL, if there are several variations of a CS or LE pet!

chowchow2012 • 1 July 2013 at 7:45 PM

@more

Do you want me to show you the site were this concept is located?

@pirran
It is pretty rare that an artist makes their presence known on EggCave, unless word has gotten out that they are one of them.
However, I agree with everything you've said here thus far.
I appreciate that struggle you went through to get these cave creatures done for us, and everyone on thi...

Orderedchaos • 1 July 2013 at 3:42 PM

@kalateevolk There are multiple artists for this site, not just one who is "getting lazy". And this kind of nasty behavior happens every time a new artist's work shows up, and to a lesser extent every month even with returning artist's work.

@pirran I heartily agree with everything y...

pirran • 1 July 2013 at 3:24 PM

First off, I created the Feggle and Pogknot. The Feggle was a sample piece I did after Ian had asked for a single creature, and the Pogknot (the egg and all three stages) was done within a five hour time frame due to another artist not pulling through on time. (I was also unaware of user suggestions...

Hello,
I found this site and decided to join up cause it looks interesting. I hope I can meet some interesting people and have some fun conversations. ^^

indigochan • 1 July 2013 at 11:51 AM

@kalateevolk I know it's probably a coincidence, but what if Riggert is actually Syber? I know somebody who suggested a creature design that was added to the site, but it had a different name than what they had suggested. /Badlywordedyes

sony • 1 July 2013 at 11:22 AM

@kalateevolk
Whaat? xD
That's obviously the 3rd one xD
Your name isn't /actually/ kalateevolk.
Or is it? 😱

Mine was the 3rd xD I don't like music without words :|
And I don't like rappers xD

sony • 1 July 2013 at 8:18 AM

@whispers
You're welcome 😸

Yeah, there are too many insects on this site already =(
The eggs weren't fascinating at all, and the concepts were too simple, like... these were the debut of an amateur artist, not exotic and wonderful creatures they had created =(

Well, I practically thought it look...

@ashfire @featherstar_stormclan @dramatic @animallover94 @nyan

Clive and Mariel Heraldi were still in the Food Court- alone for that matter, and were having a heated conversation about how seven equalled five. Mariel frowned as her brother had laughed to her about it, and had whipped out her phone...

It's a Smilodon, I love it so much! This site lacks tigers xP This needs to be made 😱

bubblez • 29 June 2013 at 5:55 PM

@dancingismylife1998

Fed your feature😊

skylark • 28 June 2013 at 10:14 AM

@dramatic

Don't stress it. c: The site has to be refreshed, let EggCave catch up. ^^
It'll be correct really soon, there's just a lot of links of your creature. (:

kalateevolk • 28 June 2013 at 8:57 AM

Ok, so I was still on hiatus when the gifting CC feature was taken away. I was just curious as to how much my Paret is worth in EC.

Thank you and have a nice day 😃

piucca • 27 June 2013 at 7:36 PM

@newlife
Webpage, or layout?
Those are very very different.

I think the current layout is fine and works.
If anything I might make a few changes to it.

As far as making an entire web page, I like egg cave and all, but do not wish to use my day up creating it and running a site like that.

chaotic • 27 June 2013 at 6:47 PM

@iloveu2 - Feeding now!! =D Thank you by the way as well! =D AND for going on the site^^ I hope it because successful!! 😱

chowchow2012 • 26 June 2013 at 7:29 PM

Well glitter-graphics has not allowed people from posting "eggspam" because of the ridiculous amount that people have been posting.

So does anyone have a site to immortalize or something?

I really need to immortalize but no time, glitter was my only source so please help?

sky • 26 June 2013 at 1:40 PM

I actually had come on this site as @Fate, I had a year long hiatus, so when I came back the first egg I had stolen is Narcotic, he wasn't originally starred.

Deleted • 26 June 2013 at 2:34 AM

i joined. 😉
with a little promoting, your site should do great!
@piucca

piucca • 25 June 2013 at 11:04 PM

Good to hear everyone.
Again, if anyone sees an issue, just point it out 😃

@newlife
Thanks 😊
It is just a prefab site.
I don't want it to be too fancy, no need 😊
Though, if I ever have a question I now know who to bug hehee
