@d_u_p_l_i_c__a A creature gains a view anytime a page is loaded with its image on it. So it can be the forums, your profile, the blog, or in a signature on another site.

All stats are based on unique IP address, one view/click/feed per IP address. So you can't refresh your profile page 100 time...

I dont buy CC, mostly because I cant afford it with the economy and such smart things I cant understand. ^^" Still, I dont find the point of making a topic that 'll only cause a giant fight. .-.

I have the money to buy CC, I have gift cards, credit cards, cash too. (I don't have an allowance though)I don't get it for free. Some of it is from birthday and Christmas gifted money combined, which isn't a lot. 30 dollars the most for both....

I'm just going to say something. And this is NOT directed at anyone in particular.

I see some sort of conversation going on about how hard it is to work for CC on this site, rather than just buy it. And how some people are lucky they can just buy it.

I work hard for the money to buy my CC.

PLEASE don't fight! Please... I hate watching people fight over stupid things like this. You're both right! CC IS required to run the site, and you CAN obtain a lot of it just by hard work, but it's also EXTREMELY hard to get it. Please, just agree to disagree?

I cannot get CC. Neither can other people, but I still strive to get it by raising EC. But CC has not only become overrated, it has become more expensive EC-wise. Why must I feed 10....

I'm not sure how much Ian has left every month from CC, servers are expensive and so is living o.o I know a manga site that needs hundreds of dollars just for maintenance each month and eggcave gets a lot of traffic.

I think Eggcave should have a wishlist tool , on our profile, in the "Info" section there should be a tab put an official wishlist. We can use this when it is you friends birthday and you don't know what to get them or for your secret santa.

Guys, I understand what you're saying, BUT if there was no CC Ian would not be able to pay the cost to keep the site up and running.

And you don't HAVE TO buy CC. It's just an option.
