Alright. I meant like the feature of hiding rant threads or having the option. That could possibly take time to implement on the site as a whole?

Yes. In any discussion, generalizations will be made. YES, I agree some rants will warrant attention, but is it NEGATIVE attention?

For a person that reads a criminal justice book (being me because that's what I do when I get really bored) getting arrested for busting into a rant to some stranger is not entirely justified.

However, you will get strange reactions, looks, or however a person will deal with that.

Yeah. It's like, they replace 1 or 2 letters, and you can sitll tell what the word is. On another site people were misspelling the word with letters that still make it sound like the word. I hope that doesn't start on here ☹️

@dionaea You say welcome to the real world. A) This is a virtual site. B) People act differently on the internet than they do in RL. This is a suggestion, which can be used to make egg cave a better place. I think egg cave would be a better place without rants, and for some reason people think rants...

But sometimes I think eggcave needs to grow up a tiny bit, I mean this is such a sheltered site and while I like it like that for the most part, it also makes it harder to fit in on the tougher sites.
