"You may now call out your Pokemon!" Garett heard the announcer say,

He grabbed the Great Ball with a small, indigo dewdrop on it. "Garchomp, I choose you!" He called.

As soon as Garrett was done announcing his Pokemon, Margot hurled her Pokeball forward, yelling, "Ramses! Let's go!" The fire Pokemon emerged in a flash of light, letting out a feral snarl. He lashed his tail and bared his teeth, hoping to achieve some form of intimidation. The houndoom and garchomp formed a ferocious-looking pair.

Cloud watched the battle transpire, her face set in an emotionless expression. She couldn't believe that Giselle was making her do this, watch Pokemon hurt each other until they coudn't stand up.

The Pokemon seemed to be enjoying the fight though, their adorable faces contorted into snarls and growls of all kinds. Cloud could hardly stand it. She closed her eyes shut tight, pretening that it would act as a barrier between her and the gruesome Pokemon violence.

Garchomp grinned, a mixture of silliness, happiness, and readiness. "Garrrr CHOMP!" She said happily, waiting for the battle to begin.

Cloud stared at the Garchomp on the arena field, shocked. Its mouth was twisted into a... smile? It was enjoying the grotesque violence about to occur. How could this happen? How could trainers put that into their Pokemon's minds, that hurting others is FUN?

Ramses let out a bark, wondering what was taking the trainers at the other side of the field so long. Margot smirked, shaking her head a little. "He takes himself very seriously," she murmured to Garrett. "Your garchomp looks great out there. Can she handle this cold?" They probably still had a moment to talk while the audience gawked at the Pokemon, before attacks were ordered.

Garett had been watching the Houndoom, and could easily see what Margot meant. "Yeah, Garchomp can handle the cold," he said.

"Good," she murmured back, now staring directly across the field. "I was out in the snow for a few days once with a kid who had a Shelgon. We ran into some trouble and the Pokemon tried to use Dragonbreath, but with all that cold over the last few days, it couldn't spit an ember." She shook her head slightly. "That thing went down faster than its trainer could snap his fingers." Margot was frowning now. She crossed her arms over her chest, still not looking away from the other two trainers. "Some trainers just don't know how to handle their Pokemon. It's a sad thing. That same kid had a combusken that he'd been feeding food with chilies--I'm surprised the thing didn't have a stomach ulcer." Her tone was brutal--vicious, even.

"Well,Zorua is a good option and I also have one of my starter pokemon, dewott!,"Janet answered,"I've trained them both pretty well, plus, type isn't everything in battle, it's just an advantage."

"How should I know?" Spike asked, rolling his eyes. But then he glanced quickly at their opponents then leaned towards Daniel and muttered, "but if you have a pokemon with Earthquake... Now would be good."
He knew he had little choice but to use Taya: the others would NEVER work well in a team because of their tempers, or other obvious reasons. Well... Shelly... Let's not go there.
Earthquake, obvious. It's powerful, and since Taya stays airborne, it could only affect the enemy.
He sighed and leaned back. "Hope they hurry up, I want this to be quick."
He could feel his pokemon giving him glares from their pokeballs.
Admittedly, not Taya, who was humming with anticipation, or Viva, who was lost in thought, or Shelly, who simply looked disdainful...
Actually, just Dratini and Lous.

"Fine,I'll use Swampert." Daniel replied flatly

Daniel moved away from the rest of the trainers and stepped outside where Butterfree burst ot his Pokeball.

"Free-fre-free!" Butterfree sang happily while he flew around in the snow.

Daniel threw some poke block in the air ,Butterfree happily caught it twirling and swooping around.

Spike gave her a sidelong glance, seeing that she was his opponent, he made a face and shrugged. "I'm Spike. Nice to meet you, I guess," he sounded gloomy.

Can there at least be no limit to how many times we use a move? Like, we can say they get tired, but it will be too much trouble to look up how much PP a move has....

@sakura - Okay, Sol can use Blizzard, Beat Up, Slash, and Dig. XD *Finally figured it out*

Melody gritted her teeth, and looked at Sakura.
"Ready?" she asked her partner. "Zorua looks exactly like a Sneasal...."
She stole a quick look across the field, looking at the Garchomp and Houndoom, that were ready to fight.
"Sol, Come out!" Melody shouted, and held out her Pokeball in front of her, releasing Sol.
The Sneasal materialized on the battle ground, it's nose up in the air, looking cool and confident.
"Ready Sol?" Melody questioned her Sneasal.
Sol smirked back at her as if to say, "Aren't I ALWAYS ready, you fool?"
