Daniel's smirk faded as he was caught up in deep thought "Well,actually your routine was really good..."Daniel said with a warm smile(not a smirk) "Ahem,although it was only thanks to Skitty."Daniel added clearing his throat as he was back to his cocky self,while taking a seat next to Bella and Cloud who was watching Cody deal with Skitty. 'That reminds me...'Daniel thought taking out Arcanine's Pokeball and looking in Harley's direction.

"Wait wh-"Daniel was cut off as Swampert was nailed with a ver powerful leaf blade attack,Daniel couldn't help smile on the inside because of the ridiculous name."Swampert?"Swampert gasped surprised as if thinking 'What is wrong with this guy?' "Swampert use Hydro pump along with Counter!"Daniel added trying to mask his nervousness."Swamp."Swampert groaned at making a movement,he spun around and hit Gallade with his massive webbed arm while using Hydro pump.

"Gaaal!" He was pushed back by the Swampert, the attack damaging him well.

Garett cringed. He could tell just by looking that it had hurt. He knew that the enemy knew what 'vegesword' meant now, so he'd have to try something new.

"Number two, Gallade!" He called. He watched as the Gallade got up again, slowly, and formed a STAB Psycho Cut which was coming at the Swampert.

Cloud pulled back slightly, flustered, from the group hug. She shook herself and regained her composure for a moment before replying to Daniel. Surprisingly, his tone was polite and with seemingly genuine curiosity instead of the usual snark.

"I think so. I'll have to announce the results soon."

Cloud answered, brushing her black bangs out of her silvery eyes.

Bella brightened up a bit hearing a nice comment for a change,"Hey Daniel,what's up with you,you know being nice and stuff,did Harley poison you?!?"Bella said teasingly
Bell a walked over to where Cody was with Skitty and returned Skitty to her Pokeball."What's up with now too??"Bella said to Cody, a glint of cheerfulness in her eyes as she flashed her glance noticeably from Cloud to Cody,a smirk appearing on her face.'God Daniel is rubbing off on me,great.'Bella thought rolling her eyes.

Personally I think cloud should have the decision,she knows a lot and will judge fairly, also since appeals are scored 1-30,30 being the best it would be hard to compare that to votes. Also just incase I vote for Janet!😸 Nd for Margot's battle I vote for Cody 😊

That's fine by me if you'd like to do it that way. ^^ I'd also be fine with what the others suggested. It's ultimately up to you. Also, could Margot be a last minute entry on contests if she doesn't make it through to finals?

Crystal watched with intrest as dust covered the field. Why did Pokemon moves ALEAYS SEEM TO EXPLODE?
She shrugged, knowing she'll never get it.
At that moment, a Zubat came fluttering down onto her hat.
"Tran. What's wrong?" she questioned the Ditto/Zubat, blinking. Tran started to tug at her hat firmly now, worried.
Crystal decided it was best to follow him.

Cloud just smiled and rolled her eyes at Belle, still perky as ever. She grinned and raised her eyebrows at the brunnette jokingly. Cloud looked down at her list of competitors, scanning the list quickly. Small scribbles and messy red marks lined the margines of the page.

"I thikn just about everyone entering the appeal round has gone. I should be announcing the results pretty soon."

Sirius turned back toward the battle and saw the Skarmory using steel wing and the Braviery using brave bird diving at each other. When they hit each other smoke and dust surrounded the pokemon. Sirius sat their tense waiting to see who had won.

Solley got up from her chair and walked over to her brother,"You did good out there Daniel.Using Flygon's best features and natural features should help you out,and Bella Skitty looked adorable out there,Making sure she Showed off her tail and using the whole field was a great move,also you used a variety of moves which should also help,just try to be careful on your entrance."Solley saidntrying to get the two from stop bickering for once.

A man in a refined, fancy suit walked over to Cloud. He pushed up his thick glasses and handed Cloud an envelope before huddling away. In a small, elegant print, the handwritten word "Results" was printed in the center of the envelope.

"Looks like it's time to announce the results!"

Cloud said excitedly, a convivial glint in silver eyes. She ran back on stage in a whirl of black hair.

"Welcome back to the Mistletoe tournament! We have a few more rounds before final results, but let's see the winner of the appeal round."

Cloud said into the microphone, just as anticipated as the audience.

"And the leader in the appeal round is..."

Cloud ripped open the envelope, her shining eyes scanning the paper.

"Janet with Elli!"

The crowd launched into a wild applause.

"Now that the appeal rounds are over... Let's see if things will be turned around in the battling portion of coordinating!"

((Okay, it's been four days, so I figure that everyone who wants to vote has voted. X3 The final results are: Cody with three votes, and Margot with four.))

The dust cloud fanned out over the arena with a whoosh, darkest at the center where the two bird Pokemon had collided. A few seconds passed. A hush fell over the audience.

Margot leaned forward, concern in her eyes. 'Get up,' she willed her Pokemon. 'Get up!'

The silence was profound.

Without warning, a silver figure burst from the top of the dust cloud, screeching mightily. The Skarmory spread its wings out fully, bellowing its victory, before swooping back into the dust to circle the arena.

Margot bowed her head, an incredulous and relieved smile springing up at her lips. The crowd was roaring.

The referee jogged into the center of the cloud, presumably to look at Braviary. After emerging, he declared, "The winner of this semi-final round is Margot Abeln!"

Sirius leaned forward as the cloud began to clear and the all of a sudden the Skarmory leaped out of the cloud. "Wow", Sirius said looking at Flame. "What an amazing battle." Then Sirius headed to watch the coordinaters.

Cody watched as the massive clouds of dust cleared,Braviary manage to get back into the air onlynto flutter valiantly next to Cody and collapse into a sitting position showing he was done."You were awesome Braviary ,you put up a good fight."Cody tackling Braviary in a headlock hug,Braviary returned with a grateful chirp and smile as he got to his feet.Together Cody and Braviarynmade their way toward Margot and Skarmory,"Good job Margot your a great trainer,me and Braviary hope you win the whole thing."Cody said happily holding out his hand to the older trainer.

Daniel was surprised that Janet had gotten one of the highest scores although he bet it was pretty close,'Huh,oh well battles are up next so I'll use my new Roserade,but still I'm surprise that I didn't get first or that Bella got fir- wait,I did not just think that.'Daniel thought rolling his eyes when he heard creepy muttering from the corner. Daniel cautiously approached Harley making out what he had said."So you were trying to trick us?"Daniel said stepping out with a solid glare set on the surprised Harley.

Cloud congratulated Janet then moved on to the scores.

"Our friend Janet here scored 29, very close to that perfect 30."

Cloud revealed, scanning the note card again. The audience stood, paralyzed by the suspense that clung to the air in tense waves.

"In fourth place we have Sakura with 23. In third, we have Harley with a score of 25. In second place... We have a tie! Bella and Daniel have both scored an even 27."

Cloud exclaimed, surprised. She couldn't wait to see what Bella and Daniel would say backstage.

after dealing with Harley witha good ember attack on his hat,Daniel turned back toward Bella a everlasting smirk spread across his face,"Pure luck I guess."Daniel sighed waiting for the girl's outburst with amused him so much."But I know now it wasn't your fault for slipping up,but don't worry I took care of that."Daniel added turned away to hide his facial expression.

Bella watched as the scores appeared on the screen,"A 27 for Skitty's first try,that's great!"Bella said,only to hear a very familiar voice behind her."That was not just luck!Well...maybe the assist part but,who cares!?Skitty tried her best an-"Bella was cut off from her fit when Daniel added an apology which made Bella blink in confusion."What do you mean took care of that?"Bella asked now curiously stepping in front of Daniel to see what his expression was. When suddenly Harley stepped out extinguishing the last embers from his hat while shrieking "My baby!My beautiful hat!"Harley sobbed,"Oh well!"Harley chirped again pulling out a .....Sparkly light up Cacturne Hat...
