Evie was about to reply, when Damon's computer flashed on. It must be something urgent. She sent him an inquiring look.
"Kiddies? Out, now."

Blaine look immensely irritated but stepped outside. Raven looked outraged and lingered for a moment before stamping outside.

'Kiddie? I'm like the same age as you!, Annabell thought, but held her tounge.
As they all filed out into the hallway, Zach spoke up.
"Okay, it seems like all of you know each other in some way, but I have no idea who you are. So, I'm just going to stop all introductions at this point, and tell you what you are to me."
Zach pointed at Blaine, then Raven, and Annabell.
"Gov' lap cat, Can't fight, Blond."
He then turned to Jade and Summer.
"Honey Badger, Hot head."
Finally, he pointed to himself.
"...Person. Okay, I think we can skip introductions now."

"Why does everyone only recognize me by, "Blonde?" Annabell complained, looking at her hair.

"Who can't fight?" Raven laughed loudly. "You were pathetic!"
Then she actually saw Blaine properly. "Oh, hey, it's you," she said, surprised.
"You?" Blaine asked questioningly, surprised. Then he recognized her. "Huh. Hi, Nevarda."
"It's Raven," she smiled.
"You changed that too? Okay then," he replied, unphased.

"Captain Invisable." Annabell laughed. "So...We're going to France? Strange..."

"I'd love to go to France. Strasbourg is closer to Milan than Paris. But still hopefully in reachable grasps."

"Five. Nine." Two acknowledged them.
"What now?" Evie glared. The guy was so annoying. This should of been HIS work. Two always managed to dump work or duties on others. And there was no one to keep him in check.
"There's been... A little trouble has come up with that S.O.F.T.Y. mission of yours," he answered vaguely.
"Yeah, like we just found out there's GLAEROES sulking over there!" Col's screen came up. "God, Two, get to the point. This is WAYYY outta their league." He meant the newbies.
Evie fell into a chair in exasperation. "Then what're we gonna do, huh? Who're we gonna send?"
"Hey look- One wants to send Four and Nine," Spike said, almost happily.
Silence.
"I mean, you and you," Two pointed helpfully, as Col and Evie didn't seem to be getting the message.
"... Two," Col said slowly through gritted teeth, "who does it ACTUALLY say to send?"
"Whoever I want," Spike said, smiling, then his screen went black.
"[yeep]," Col swore.

"Eh, there's nothing really superior I can name." he shrugged. "Except for the fact that i'm pretty lucky. And overally awesome."

Summer sighed and decided not to make the problem worse. "How 'bout arrogant? Is that on your list of 'superior qualities'?" she said. Or at least she wanted to. Instead, she quietly mumbled to herself "and overally self-centered.".

"Lucky. Charm. Clover. Leprechaun," Raven pondered randomly. "Mm, I like Hairy Leg better. Suits you."

"You can come back in!" Someone called from inside. Was that... Four? Blaine tilted his head slightly in a questioningly manner then re-entered the room.
Col was in there, (teleported?) looking just as irritated as Evie normally did, and Evie looked about twice as irritated as usual.
"Change of plan, kiddos," Evie scowled. "Apparently, you get us to babysit you."
Pause.
"But I'm not changing any freaking diapers, got that?" She said angrily, then marched off.
Col sighed. "Sorry about that. We'll be meeting at the Western gate in twenty minutes time. You can wear what you like, but nothing extravagant, okay? We're going to be orphans, remember."

"Shadow, you're just mad because I didn't spend enough time thinking about what your nickname would be. Actually, I never really spend time worry about that. So, nevermind."
Then Col walked out, and had explained everything.
After he was done, Zach remarked, "Yeah, because I have a bunch of sparky disco pants in my closet."
Annabell grimanced. That mental image will never disappear from her mind, never, ever again.

Summer thought for a second. Orphans. What do they wear? Images of little orphan Annie in her tattered dress came to mind, but that probably wasn't the case nowadays. And the sparkly disco pants? Yeah, um, mentally scarring.

Col went back to his room, navigated the floor with difficulty (but he was used to it) and examined his walldrobe. He then mentally compared it to Evie's.
"... Hmm," he mused, looking at the seven exactly identical sets of clothes hung up.
Then he looked at the giant pile underneath him that had long since spilled out of the walldrobe and all over his huge room, and wondered where all that crud had came from.
This was going to take a while.

Evie was looking into hers at the exact same time.
Sorry, correction: she was walking through it.
It was colour-coded, and brown was at the far end.
The walk wasn't as short as you'd expect.

"... Yeah, well, cya Charm," Raven rolled her eyes and went to get changed.

Annabell didn't really have much variety to choose from, except for the clothes she'd came to IoD in. (Luckly, the blood stains had come out of the shirt from soaking it in the sink for a day.)

Blaine didn't have much to chose from either, so he just decided to go the the Western Gate early. He met Shadow there, but neither said anything to each other. They were thinking the same thing;

Zach appeared randomly at the Western Gate, dressed rather simply with the little clothing that he'd bought in the months upon months he had been at IoD.
He was then followed by Annabell.

Summer put on the most casual outfit she had: A pale blue blouse with jeans torn on the right knee. A reminder of the day she fell down the stairs on her first day of Super School. Stupid punk, shoving her around. Summer reluctantly zipped up her backpack and left the room.

Jade wasn't going to France looking fugly.
She rushed through her hair, which, only took up a comb. That's all there was.
Slipped into a pair of white jeggings, and pulled on a floral tanktop under a grey cardigan.
Then she headed for the Western Gate.

Kaylie silently hid behind people so she wouldn't get noticed by Jade. Of course, she had slid the diary into the pocket of her white blazer.
Already at the Western Gate, she braced herself for Jade.
