@whereiscupcake
yeah whe n i was looking for the answer for the riddles i read almost all of the Information about them and the one that was poped out was the

Flar

Flares are a fiery dragon fully capable of starting wildfires in the wettest of conditions. Their breath is fire itself, but it's more than that: it's a dry breath that contains "drying enzymes." These enzymes bind to organic material (such as plants and trees) that causes the material to be unable to retain any moisture.

Humans have gotten in terrible accidents with Flares (where the Flar was accidentally antagonized). Humans that have been breathed upon by Flares have been instantly reduced to ash.

I mean if you get breathed on it you instantly turn to ash :I *shutters* like dude how scary is that. :\

@dragonii It isn't really a very nice thing to think about, and isn't something that you would like one of your pets to do. So, it means that if you want to hold it you would more than likely die doing so...not really worth the risk.

A lot of these creature descriptions really are the stuff of nightmares. Reading the Flar description you showed actually made me think of a incinerator...and in turn, the near death of Akane in 999.

On another note, is the find the gobbler thing starting today or has it been moved to another date? I am hoping it starts before I got to a bonfire night party (we are having an early one because the actual date is a school day for me -.-) and can at least find a few before I leave. I got left behind at the start of the Halloween fair too as I was at cadets until 11:00.

@naturegirl1999 They come up randomly on any page, so there's no 'best' way. You've just got to view a lot of pages. 😋

@whereiscupcake Started today; you can always check the blog. c;

Yay for November! And finding turkey critters around the site. >_>

How was everyone's Halloween?

@april__ *huggles turkey critters* 😋

I was actually on vacation in a hotel and people still came round knocking on doors. xD We only had a box of Celebrations and we just gave them all the Bounty chocolates as tricks instead of treats. I suppose it's better than nothing. x3

I don't usually go trick-or-treating, though. How was your Halloween? c:

@karamel

My Halloween was well, thanks for asking.

My friend and I dressed up and handy out goodie bags for awhile and then went to our town's fireworks. 😊

And that's strange. In a hotel? And that seems like a very acceptable solution. I've always wondered if people actually did tricks.

We had people start trick or treating at about 2, which I thought was strange, but no complaints about it.

Some of the kids had such adorable costumes.

@april__ Were the fireworks for Halloween or Guy Fawke's (Bonfire) Night? o_o;; We don't usually do fireworks here for Halloween. x3

Yeah... It was in England and most children are on holiday this week (back to school this coming week), so I guess there were a lot of children in the hotel. xD

They always say, "trick or treat!" but expect treats, so I thought we'd do something a little different. 😋

2pm? Maybe they were children and weren't allowed to go out at night? I suppose it's not wrong; I think people just go out at night because it's scarier for Halloween. xP

Most of the children were witches and goblins, but there was a fairy baby somewhere. ❤️

@karamel

They were for Halloween. It's a annual thing. There's a bon fire, candy, hot dogs, hot chocolate and such. It's pretty awesome.

And different is good. X3

Ah yes, they were children that weren't really in school yet.

I saw some awesome costumes. Mine turned out pretty awesome too if I do say so myself. XP

I'm also the geek that put my dog into a costume. She was very reluctant for this to take place. She dealt though.

@april__ Sounds pretty fun! We just hand out candy. Any fireworks here are just for Bonfire Night, birthdays/celebrations, Christmas and New Year. D:

I haven't seen the Angel TV show, but I looked up your character(s) (noticed a few posts up) and Illyria looks so beautiful!

That must've been adorable, though. What did you dress her up as? xD

@karamel

I'm in a small town, I'm not sure if that contributes to the fire works. The town seems to just love any excuse for events. We have so many throughout the year. I'm not complaining though. They're pretty awesome.

And no mention of birthdays. o-o I'm in denial about the fact that I'll soon no longer be a teenager. I'd like to start going backwards in age now, thank you. XP

Illyria is pretty awesome. I have a thing for strong female characters. Plus, it seemed original enough. Though, I'm still trying to get blue out of my hair.

It was a pumpkin costume! But on top of it there was a large spider attached so she had a few extra legs.

But! I never asked. How was your vacation?

@april__ Well, I need to move to your town. xD I live in a small village just outside of a bigger town, and it's pretty much a place you move to if you want to retire. >_>" (The location is beautiful; near the River Thames.)

But hey, you can wave goodbye to hormones! 😋
*ahem*

I'd imagine it looks pretty cool with odd blue streaks in your hair. c: I used to want either neon blue or purple in my hair, as I have brown/black hair. I think it'd make a nice contrast, but I'm not so confident in going to school like that. D:

D'aww! It looks pretty cute in my mind. x3 Any trouble with her walking? xP

It was awesome! We went to Oxford to look at some colleges and we went shopping. I bought more than I expected to. e_e;; Oh, and we witnessed a student protest. It was very exciting to see a huge amount of students just crossing the road (the cars weren't exactly happy, mind you). xD

@karamel

It's beautiful here, too. Surrounded by ocean and lots of lovely nature things. ❤️

And maybe. I'd rather continue being in denial about the adult hood thing. Being 18 was one thing, kind of in between. But 20 is kind of... No.

It doesn't look awful! I used to always have funky hair. But now that I'm going to University and work I try and keep my hair... Normal.

Lol, not so much after awhile. She's a very hyper dog. She adjusts. She broke her leg once and that didn't slow her down even though the cast was bigger than her.

Ooh! Looking at colleges. I can't wait to move and go to the school I want to go to. ❤️ I'm just doing some basic courses right now at a local university.

I've never actually seen a protest, but I can imagine the cars weren't too happy. XP

@april__ Well, you might be 19 on the inside, but 20 on the outside. 😉 It certainly won't stop you from doing the things you love! (... Unless it's teens-only. Then, erm...)

I don't think it looks awful, it's just that I don't think it will suit my (rather boring) personality. xD My hair isn't 'funky' or crazy at all; just completely straight and brown-ish black. It's always just up in a ponytail; I've never done anything else with it (apart from get it cut).

Lol; it must be tiring for you sometimes. xP What breed is she? c:

I actually want to go to America to study because I much prefer their educational 'style'--plus my A Levels will apparently get me extra credit because they're considered 'difficult'. 😋 I want to study English or Computer Studies, but they're quite different from each other. xD
Good luck on your courses! And I'm certain that if you try hard enough, you'll definitely get into the school you want. c:

@karamel

Meh. I'll continue to be in denial for a long time. 😋 And you're right, it won't stop me from doing things. I suppose I just feel it's one of those lines where I'm supposed to suddenly grow up and have my life together. xD

You don't need funky hair but if you want to give it a try, you should go for it!

She's a pomeranian. Very hyper though. The rest of her litter wasn't. I swear, she can jump like she's constantly on a trampoline.

I considered studying in America, but I love Canada too much. And thank you! I'm sure you'll fair well as well. 😃

I am just reading about it now, it's gretat that he got his dream. It must have been amazing for him 😃

Though, I don't think he needed to be dressed up as a hero. He already is one for not letting his ilness let him down and carrying on with his life. If it were me, I wouldn't be anywhere near as positive as him.

How is everyone doing in school~?
Anyone sick of it yet, because I know I am
I think we should have 4 days of school and 3 days of weekends. Really, it's not fair there's 5 days of school but only two days of the weekend. :c

@newlife Gah, school sucks! Most of my teachers hate me and I have piles of homework :/
I totally agree! Or at least they could space out the days, maybe put on of the weekend days in between the weekdays... or something...
Idk?

@newlife

I have the opposite. X3

I have two days of school. Then again, I set up my University schedule that way. And my days end up being from 11 am to 10 pm. Buuut. I prefer it.

I'm sick of school though. My semester is over in two weeks though. 😊
