Cast frowned harder. He wouldn't stand with a leader who wouldn't even do their own dirty work. Even CF had done his himself. "You don't have to depend on anyone else. If I join, no one's going to boss me around!" Cast growled. "Especially not if they are sitting on their lazy bum!"

"Hmm, well at least we agree on that." Sunstorm said. "We should settle down soon, it's getting late, come on, I'll show you where I live." Sunstorm trotted off quickly up the hill to his clearing.

Cast didn't move. "I told GrayFlood I'd see him when the rain stopped." Cast said, although he rather wanted to go with Sun, who was more like him than the others he'd met. But he wanted a pack, and not a vague promise of a vaguer future one.

Cast sighed. He wished Sunstorm would come with him, but decided not to ask. He headed to the place where he had left Grayflood before and waited to see if anyone would show up.

Avi led Eternal to a cave, the one near the pond that she stayed in when it was raining. "here you go" she walked in and layed down, motioning Eternal over. "what now? if your going to take revenge, you need a pan. do you know exactly where the pack stays?"

C: It had barely been 5 minutes and Cast was dead bored. He went hunting. Came back. Went hunting again. Felt sick because he ate too much. Decided to see what was taking so long.

"so your not looking for revenge? at least not now, right?" Avi let out a sigh of relief."gosh i thought i was going to have to face a wolf and actually fight them." she smiled. "so we'll wait a while for that. in the meantime, what do we do? just walk and hunt? we may come across something interesting." Avi nervously looked down at her paws, as if they were the most interesting thing all of a sudden. "maybe you could help teach me how to defend myself?

Cast made his way slowly and silently (or stepping on the least amount of branches as he could) in the direction Grayflood had told him "our cave is south of here,in the mountains" ... Cave. There. Cast smelled the scents of lots of wolves, some he had met earlier. He looked through the leaves.

EF: Eternal looked at Avi in astonishment. "But you must know how to defend your self if you've lived this long!"

yeah. this is really the first time iv been down here. I live up in the mountains. the only real threat up there is vultures trying to steal my food, and the large cats, but they stay away most of the time. plenty of food with all the mountaingoats and all. iv never had to face a wolf, but i know the damage they can do, iv seen fights, and i dont think i can survive against one. like i said, i evade, not attack." she sighed. "anyways, its late. we should get some sleep." Avi lied back against the cave wall and quickly fell asleep.

she was walking down a path, nothing like she'd ever seen before. the trees were dead and the sky was black. she started to hear a hissing sound, and eyes, as large as hers but slightly more slanted, popped up out from the black. the eyes were a startling orange-red that looked ready for a kill. the beast shot out and before she had a chance, it was on top of her. Avi howled in pain as it tore her apart, eventually all she could see was red.

Goldenthorn sat down,but Moonrose remained standing."We have decided to go over the mountains to take revenge on our old pack.Shall anything go wrong,listen for this."She let out a long,haunting howl. "Shall the Thunderfangs need us,yip thrice and howl once,and we will come asap.Goodbye,CT.Tell the others, too.We will return..unless something goes wrong."And with that,they bounded away,northward to the mountains.

Solah awoke in the afternoon to find a large lynx lying on the cave floor. She grinned. Whoever caught it must have worked hard to get it. She took a bite out of the wildcat and walked down to the stream. She took a long sip and lied down. Where was Cast and Sunstorm? they both seemed to be staying away from TF...Solah didn't think much of it and returned to the cave.

E: Every instinct screamed at her to get up. She didn't move. She was so stiff you could have propped her up against a wall. Her tail twitched. She couldn't help it. She tried to keep her breathing even. She watched CT pacing. Sleeping with one eye open a slit always paid off. A cool breeze tugged at her fur. Eternal suppressed a shiver. CT could notice she wasn't asleep any moment. She couldn't bear it. She was going to have to change position. CT's back was to her... Suddenly a call from the woods. "CT!" A wolf shouted. "We need to talk to you!" CT bounded over a bush to talk to them. Eternal couldn't believe her luck. She quickly stalked over to Avi. She couldn't risk her waking up and making noise. She used the wind like she had with Solah to move her and dashed out of the clearing.

C: Cast could have laughed out loud, it was so easy. But then, if he had laughed out loud, someone would have heard and it wouldn't be easy anymore. So he could really have laughed out loud, but it WAS easy. CF had always maintained a strict watch. CT obviously didn't bother. Half the pack seemed to be out doing who knows what. He slipped into the cave, evading Solah with ease and giving the lynx an admiring glance. At least they could hunt. He'd teach them a few things about watches though. Pathetic. Now, where is Grayflood? He wondered.

BrightStar and GrayFlood stalked the rabbits. There were about three of them, huddled together in a grassy clearing.
"Okay GrayFlood, remeber what I told you about stalking prey. Keep low to the ground, but high enough up to be ready to pounce. When you bite, aim for the neck or spinal cord." BrightStar whispered to the young pup. "I beieve you can do this! Go!"
GrayFlood nodded his head and stalked up on the rabbits. Keeping low to the ground, he crept up close enough to pounce. His blue eyes burned with antipaction. Tensing his muscles, he lept into the air, and landing on a rabbit. As the two other rabbits ran off, GrayFlood deliver the final blow on the rabbits neck. GrayFlood proudly dragged his catch back to BrightStar.
"Great job GrayFlood!" BrightStar yipped excitely "You'll make a great hunter when you get older."

I'm not enitirely sure, but I think it's has a big room, where plenty of wolves can sleep, but also some twisty caves in the back of it.

C: Cast sniffed. That was definitely where GrayFlood slept. Either he's gone out or.... Well, I might as well explore those tunnels even if he isn't in them. Cast slid into the utter blackness of the tunnel.

Lily knew no one would save her so she gave up.." I'll be trapped in here forever..." Then she noticed some food in the van...it was old...Should i eat it?" she asked herself. Then she sniffed it. "EWW! it's old!!! darn...it looked like a good rabbit." She sighed and went to sleep..dreaming of the dream she had once: The dream with her, WF and 4 pups...there were 3 males, 1 female. They weren't named....but only one did. a White one. he was a runt and a loner. so they named him Lonewolf. the other 3 wern't named...




oops..wasn't thinking there...just forget about that..😋 sorry...i'm still brainwashed from DC...but i'm STILL doing the rp.

Drip. Drip. Drip. Water falling from the ceiling. Occasionally Cast heard fluttering movement of bats. Now and then he caught a whiff of a dark scent, some huge mammal. Luckily it wasn't that fresh. Running water. His paws slipped. He stumbled.

Avi bolted upright, and instantly felt pain. the whole cave was red, and she felt like someone dropped a cinderblock on her. she could hardly breathe, and felt extremely dizzy. Something wasn't right. what was happening? she eventually lost all feeling in her limbs and fell in a pool of warm red liquid. This was way worse than the sick feeling she felt back at the oak.
It was only a dream... wasnt it? the creature, she had never actually encountered it, did she? Avi bent over to lick her fur where it hurt most, but caught only raw flesh, and the taste of blood. she almost fainted from the pain just from that small movement, but soon discovered that there were way more injuries than anticipated. thats when she realized that her right eye wouldnt open, and she felt blood trickle down her muzzle. then her breath got heavier, and black.
