Dreamer backed away from the two she-cats.Although she had no intention of fighting,she quickly got into a fighting stance"How do I know that you aren't lying?'She hissed."For all I know, you could be just like them..."For just a moment, her fierce gaze had softened as she spoke.Although Dreamer tried to hide her sadness, a single tear dropped to the ground.

Scarsky smiled at the kit's attempt at a fighting stance. She shook her head, a wistful smile on her face. Scarsky thought the idea of the kit coming back to WindClan with Shallowstar and herself was a good idea. The kit had a good build seemingly for WindClan territory.

Dreamer looked up at Shallowstar coldly."I don't have a mother or a father."She hissed."However,I might follow you,but first, can you tell me what clan you're from?"

I'm just going to change her past just a little bit.Anyways, her Mother is now from Riverclan(I would rather have her be from Thunderclan,but apparently,that isn't a choice at the moment...),Her father's from windclan and the clan she'll join depends on what happens during the roleplay.Her mother is the one who abandoned her and the cat that she had always thought who was her father always mistreated her. Also,her real father is in starclan now and is the one who protects her from the dark forest.

Scarsky was surprised at the icy edge to the young kit's voice, but she brushed it off.

"Be wary of your sharp tongue, kit. A sharp tongue is always good, but be careful not to draw more blood then you intend."

Scarsky said with patience, pleased with her wise-ish comment/suggestion to the young kit.

"WindClan. You'll be better off there then you seemingly are now, and you won't be alone."

Dreamer suddenly calmed down after Scarsky answered her question."Windclan."She spoke rather cheerfully."Sounds like a nice place.I think I'll go with you after all"She purred.It was almost like she was a completely different person."But wait..."Dreamer started."What are your names exactly?You never told me after all."

Scarsky noticed the sudden change in Dreamer's personality, and, to be honest, found it quite odd that the kit faced such drastic personality changes.

"I assure you, WindClan is a great clan. I am Scarsky, a young warrior. This is my leader, Shallowstar. Do you know much about the clans? And what is your name, kit?"

Scarsky inquired, wondering if the kit even know about the clans. Most loners, rogues and kittypets thought of clan cats as legends.

"Yep!" she meowed."There used to be four clans that were led by an larger clan's prophecies!The larger clan is made up of all the spirits of the many cats who believed in it.That clan is called Starclan.Then there's Riverclan,Shadowclan,Windclan, and Thunderclan!However, something happened a long time ago and caused them to seperate into 16 more clans.Those clans were Fireclan, Snowclan, and a bunch of others.There are also loners,like me, and rouges.From what I've heard, The clans separated because the cats of Starclan failed to communicate lately."She explained"I don't get that last part though.I mean, Starclan almost always communicated with me at least once a quarter moon. Especially a certain Orange Tabby-tom.I believe he said he once lived in Windclan and his name was Thundersong.He also told me he was deputy at one point,but died of an incurable disease.Do you know him at all?"Dreamer asked."I almost forgot, My name is Dreamer!"She purred afterwords.

The last bit of information was new to Scarsky. She didn't know of any Thundersong, but maybe this Thundersong cat was before her time in WindClan. She shot an inquisitive glance at Shallowstar, but then continued.

"Dreamer. That is a nice name. Of course, it is a tradition that all kits names end with 'kit', so would you mind if we called you Dreamerkit? Or Dreamkit, perhaps?"

Scarsky purred, leading the way back to the WindClan camp.

Icestar glared around the Camp wearily, hissing softly. Icepath quietly stalked in, carrying a few delicate stems of catmint. "This is all..." she murmured worriedly. Icestar pushed herself to her paws. "Don't worry about me." A rasp tinged her voice, and a coughing fit ensued her sentence.

Fireclaw bristled as he heard coughing from the waterfall. it had been three sunrises since Icestar had come down with greencough. Maybe training his apprentice would get his mind off her? "Ripplepaw?" he called, "Up for hunting?"

Windpaw rested her chin in her paws, a mewling sound escaping her throat. Her mother, leader of the Clan, sick... ot good. Sighing, she pushed herself to her paws and padded into the clearing, her eyes bleak.

Dreamer frowned."If I really have to do that again,than can my name be Starkit?The cats that met me in my dreams gave me that nickname after all and in my opinion,it sounds a lot better than Dreamkit.Besides,I only changed my name to Dreamer because of how often I see them in my dreams."
As they walked along the path,a large and plump rabbit hopped along the path.Allowing her instincts to take over,Dreamer caught and killed it with ease.However,taking it back with her was a challenge due to its large size.

Dreamer sighed."I'd still rather be called Starkit..."She muttered to herself."Besides,I only know about all of that info thanks to Starclan...Also,can one of you carry this rabbit for me?It's hard to carry it when it's almost as big as you after all."

Shallowstar picked up the rabbit, "You know, if you ever did become leader. Your name would be Starstar. Would you like that?"

"I don't plan on becoming leader, and if I do, I'll just change my name again.I'd rather just stay a warrior though.I mean,what's the point of having power?You just have a small army under your control.To tell the truth, that doesn't sound like fun to me at all.Also, if there were more cats that weren't power-hungry, we could avoid many wars as well."
She answered."But then again,without our little squabbles and arguments, this life of ours would actually seem a little boring...However,that's just my opinion.I'm sure many others would disagree."Dreamer shrugged as she gazed upon the starry night sky.

Icestar got up and growled crossly, staggering across the clearing. As a fiery pelt nudged her, she glared up and her eyes swam with confusion. "Graaawr!" she snarled, shoving the cat aside and running out of the Camp with her eyes closed, confusion filling her mind and spilling out the edges.

Enemies everywhere... dark forests ahead... Cold, chilling water... Broken tw-

Her confused thoughts broke off as she started coughing, a wracking cough that sounded like splintering branches.

Fireclaw and Icepath burst through the undergrowth, and stopped by Icestar. Fireclaw whimpered, his chocolate brown eyes frightened. Icepath stepped back grimly from where she had been checking Icestar. She uttered one word- "Blackcough."

When Scarsky reached WindClan territory, she heard a cat yowling for help. She ran to the source of the noise and found a cat from another Clan calling for help. Scarsky was pretty sure the cat's name was Icepath.

"Icepath, what's wrong?"

Scarsky asked anxiously.

Icepath stared at Scarsky, eyes pleading. "Icestar has Blackcough, but we don't even have a shred of catmint! Please, help us! You'd be helping all of RiverClan!"

Scarsky flicked her tail at Reddapple. She gave a short nod of thanks to the medicine cat, seeing that Scarsky couldn't help for this situation at all.

"WindClan is glad to help,"

Scarsky said, but she knew that RiverClan would be in their debt later for this.

Icepath grasped the catmint in her jaws. "May StarClan be with you! RiverClan thanks you from the bottom of the river!" Dipping her head, she started to race back. Hopefully no one else was sick- the RiverClan medicine cat had her paws full.

Scarsky had forgotten about the two cats who had saved Shallowstar's life. Now WindClan and RiverClan were even. Too bad, because they could've used that to their advantage...

Shallowstar nodded to Reddapple, 'Go help, she needs all the help she can get."
Reddapple ran after Icepath. "Wait up! I can help! I know you have too much on your paws, so I'll help releive it. I have my well trained apprentice at my camp."

"Sure!" Ripplepaw called as she looked up from chatting with Hawktalon. (Just chatting. Nothing more.) She happily followed Flameclaw out of camp, and promptly tripped over a vole before killing it by breaking its neck.

As they returned to camp, Ripplepaw with a carp and vole in her mouth, Ripplepaw took her carp to the queens, but froxe in horror as she saw her "mother"/leader sick with blackcough. "Icestar!" She wailed. She raced across the clearing and buried her nose in Icestar's fur (wherever she is). "It'll be OK." Ripplepaw mewed. Icepath will come back. She going to get catmint, I know she going to come back with it. You'll be OK. You'll see." Ripplepaw whimpered.

As she and Icepath walked in camp, she saw Ripplepaw burying her nose in Icestar's fur. "No! You'll get sick!" She ran over, and took the apprentice away form the sick leader.

Icepath padded over to Icestar briskly, touching her nose to Icestar's forehead. "No worse..." she murmured, then turned to Reddapple. "I'm going to make a poultice of colsfoot, catmint, and feverfew... Do you think that will work?"
