Brendon sighed taking the sandwich ''Tomorrow a inspector is coming...and she will look around the place to see if its okay..DO NOT and I mean DO NOT say anything about what the witch does...she can easily deny it and then the following night she will beat you the hardest if you said anything you were not supposed to say...'' he explained.

"That witch! what right does she have to keep us here?" she frowned and then stomped to the window looking out to the distance and sighing.

This was so unfair.

Aizel sighed. She walked over to her bed and sat down, looking at her feet, deep in thought. As the other people fell asleep she stood in the same position. The witch beat them up too often. Even little Lizzy had bruises and cuts and even burn marks. She was cruel, evil, a monster. Aizel sighed again. How long did it have to take for someone to notice their suffering? She wanted to get out fo this place, but she just couldn't. It wasn't possible.

''ALRIGHT YOU BRATS GET UP! KATIA YOU WILL WASH ALL THE WINDOWS EVEN THE TOP ONES USE THE LADDER,AIZEL GO AND DUST AND CLEAN EVERY BIT OF THIS HOUSE! BRENDON YOU KNOW WHERE THE BOILER IS ABOUT 2 MILES FROM THIS HOUSE FOLLOW THE PIPE AND TURN THE HEATING ON!'' she barked giving everyone lists.''I will be back in 3 hours make sure you get that finished!'' she shouted walking out.

Brendon got his shoes and tied them. He got up ''Be back in half a hour...i need to turn the [yeep] boiler..even if the heating doens't work half the time..'' he said walking out.

Aizel waved him goodbye and proceeded in dusting the kitchen.

The road to the boiler was a whole hour away and the path was all rocks and sand so she sighed as she saw Brendon head west towards the machine.

Katia was standing on a window ledge. The ladder was faulty and it was safer that way. She turned and waved at Brendon.

Brendon waved back his sheepish grin could easily be seen even from nearly a mile away. A clanking noise ran through the house as the pipes steamed and heated up nearly a hour later.

Half an hour later


Aizel was done with her job but with unease noticed that Brendon hadn't returned yet. She walked outside and looked west, searching for the boy. Nothing.

She looked up to the house where Katia was rinsing the last window and called out to her!
"Hey, Kat! You done?" she asked her.

The house juddered, and Katia lost her balance. She clung on to the 6th floor window ledge and was narrowly missed by a falling vase. She heard a crash down below. Kicking her legs off the wall, she tumbled backwards until she reached the ledge. Thanking her small stature and cursing her sprained arms, she scrubbed the windows again.

''HEY! YOU OKAY?'' called a familer voice. Brendon had reuturned un noitced.He was watching Katia. He picked up the ladder and pushed it agaisnt the wall again. ''Stand on it don't worry i'm holding it!' he shouted.

Katia laughed, sitting on the ledge as the two teens pushed up the ladder. 'yeah, I'm fine. I'm nearly done here!' she cried, scampering down the ladder.

Brendon laughed but he stopped ''Guys...'' he said pointing as a car pulled up and two women stepped out. One women had a clipboard and she was wearing a suit and witch was talking to her.

And..you didn't get him to dye his hair back to his normal colour? make sure he has his normal hair when i return..and who are you children?'' she said turning to Aizel and Katia.

The woman smiled ''Ah good good..'' she said nodding and turning back.''I will now look around this place if you don't mind!'' she said nodding the witch nodded and followed. Brendon rolled his eyes when they left and he sat down on his chair.
