Kyle purred to himself before settling down to sleep once again. He fluffed up the pillow, then hugged it softly. The experiment glanced around one more time before closing his green eyes.

Alexin walked down the hallway towards his room, injured hand tucked to his chest protectivly. He knew all too well that he was out of danger, but by habit, he walked hunched over. There wasn't a soul out in the hallways. Things seemed to have quieted down a bit, so everything drowned in dead silence...

His legs still struggled to hold him up. For some reason, even after being reassured that he wasn't infected, wasn't too much hurt and was out of danger, Alexin still shook uncontrolably even at the thought of having to go back in the cage room. For today, he was free of duty, hence his injury but tomorrow it would be inevitable coming face to face with the vampiric project.

Finally reaching his room, Alexin leaned onto the doorframe, shakenly fddling with the lock with his free hand. After a good five minutes of battling with said stubborn lock, he succeeded in opening the door and nearly tumbled inside. He complied in gently pushing the door closed before proceeding in. His bed was thankfully near - his legs only handled making two steps before giving out on him and letting him fall into the fluffy matress face-first. He sobbed again. Tears slipped anew, despite his attempts to hold them in, and he found himself curling on the small bed. Feathery wings hugged his shaking form gently, engulfing him in a warm, safe coccoon of white.

At least in his own little world, he wouldn't get hurt...

@jupiter_hollow I feel sorry for Alexin, so if he sees him, Fang MIGHT say sorry.

Yeah, I should probably post. Oh, but when you made alicia, it was nihgt, right? So when is dawn? 😃 Evenes shall go weird at dawn and Alexin has to come back to work then and Aizel will wake up then. Technically, all my chars go active at dawn XD Oh and another thing, Evenes is good at sneaking between bars (caterpillar FTW!) and may release herself and Fang (cause poor Fang is miserable of being in a cage, like her) but since she's slow, she could be catched easily. And Fang, well, he could do his job. 😋 But actually, I have a feelings things would go better off without the apology. >.>

Dragging her legs to the next pile of leaves, Evenes only gathered them lazily in her arms, retracting herself bck to the darkness of her cage andstocking the food near the corner where she sat, probably puting them there for later, if her food was brought late again.

Sitting there again, she glanced at the girl in front, cocking her head in curiosity.
"Aren't you afraid of me...?"

It was truly strange that Alicia simply stood there, unphazed by the lazy-moving black-skinned creature that sat in darkness, watching her with intense obsidian eyes.

The light from the windows, however dim it was, stirred the winged scientist from his dreams and lazily, he extended his wing, pulling it down to shield his eyes from the intruding sunrays. The bed had warmed up, his wings provided a fluffy banket but no matter how much he wanted to remain in his cocoon, he rose up, groaning as the cold floor met his feet. He'd slept clothed so didn't bother changing, just slipped into his shoes and exited the dorm room groggily. Along the way towards the cage room, he (tried to) metally prepare himself for meeting all the experiments again. The crying winged girl, her snappy companion and the vampiric project as well. Something about them made his back flinch with goosebumps. It didn't take long for him to reach the heavy double doors again but before entering, he paused in front of the door, taking a deep, comforting breath and pressed the doorknob.

Upon entering, however, he felt what little confidence he had waver.

For the fourth day in a row, her eyes fluttered open and a sight of barred walls bid her good morning. Rightening herself from laying position, Aizel growled, taking hold of the bars in exasperation and giving them one light pull. Nothing..

A few cages away, however, the black-skinned girl was huddled in her corner again, engulfed by darkness and slept peacefully, like she intended to do the entire day.

Alicia woke up again, preparing for another day. She yawned and took a shower before chaging into a pair of clean clothing. She then got up and started walking towards the cages room, constatly rubbing her eyes and yawning. She then walked through the door, but accidentaly bumped into Alexin, "Whoops! Sorry." she said, still a bit drowsy.

Arla crossed her arms and peeked from her wings and looked up. She then crammed herself into the corner, not wanting to talk to anybody.

Faren was just chewing an old bone from a past meal. He sighed as he threw the bone on the floor of his cold metallic cage.

Garry entered in the room, "I trust you two to take care of this room today. Call me if you need something." he said before leaving the room.

Alicia felt her hands shake when Garry got in. She never felt comfortable around him or Mimosa. Since apperently they were her family, yet she was the only experiment, so she felt like they were superior.

He walked in, looked around worriedly and then got rammed into by a scientist. The newly grown antlers barely missed his white head and he pulled back to dodge them. Pausing to look at his persucutor, he found it to be a frail young girl, about his age, that now retreated into a corner flusteredly.

Instantly forgetting about his own situation, Alexin angled his head to look at the girl in curiosity. Once Gary entered, he drew back, of course, but noticed her getting even more nervous in his presence. The older scientist exited and he hurried to walk over, noticing Alicia's trembling hands. He frowned.
"Are you ...alright?"
