ALRIGHT PEOPLE!!! Yes, alright, your charries have nothing to do, I GET that, but I only have THESE characters:

Alexin - talking to Katie and Opaline
Devidia (The Woman) - talking to Leo
Eytan - unconscious
The guard - feeding Miki
AND THAT IS ALL!!! I can't reply to EVERYONE you know! There is more than ten RPers in here and I am starting to regret ever making so many characters! I regret ever trying to please EVERYONE!!! I tried to make everyone have something to do and always figured out a way for someone to not get bored and tried to suit everyone's taste but I AM GETTING PISSED AT DOING SO!!!

Katie calmed down a bit and slowed down her breathing. Her heart rate was turning back to normal slowly, but it was getting there. "Don't let me go back into the cell. I'll die if I do go back, of course none of the other scientist here care... but you do right?"

Katie's eyes grew big as she looked up to Alexin, "I want to go home." She murmured, "I want another book." Katie however wanted the book more, considering that home was probably never going to happen.

Though, I can't blame you, it's not like you can work magic. I've been patient because I realize that sometimes it takes a while for someone to get to you. It's just a matter of waiting. c:

By the way, I want you to know I really appreciate your efforts to keep everyone happy, you are doing a very good job. People just want you to do it faster because they don't want to wait for a post or two.

'Course, I'm used to having to wait so I suppose I'd have more patience for it. So anyway, just take your time, this is supposed to be fun. Let's keep it that way before... Nevermind. ^^;

The sound of beeping machines and human speech lulled Eytan back to consciousness. The next thing he noticed was the pain coursing through his body. A small, aching part of his neck was dulled, by what he guessed was morphine. By the time he'd managed to crack an eye open, the pain had turned agonizing. With a whimper, he'd looked around, vision blurry. His sight could distinguish only shadows at first, but after the black spots in front of his eyes disappeared, he could see better.

Quickly, he recognised the medical wing. The walls were white-grayish, the beds were spotlessly clean, dim light seeped through the windows. Everything was a snowy white color... Even the air lacked any smell.

Angling his head to the right, he caught glimpse of a raven head on the berth nearby - it was the girl who he'd spoken to earlier - Katia. A few beds away sat another experiment - Christa, who he'd sat next to at lunch.
"E-ey.." he rasped, barely adubile.

Now completely used to Miki's voice ringing through his mind, the guard listened intently. She seemed to be proposing a friendship between them, which he wanted to gladly accept. However, hence his experience, he was wary to come close to an experiment. True, she seemed kind and inncent - a troubled girl, that he would gladly offer help to.... in normal circumstances that is... Staff members were shunned and fired if they were in a close connection with an experiment.

But... he guessed it wouldn't hurt to at least see what it would be like to communicate with Miki. If only just for a while, before he was assigned to another experiment. He liked her presence...

A small, makeshift smile formed on his lips, the corners of his mouth going upwards slightly. He nodded, emerald eyes flickering brightly.
"I'd like that. Acquintances it is." he smiled, scooping up and bringing another small piece of beef to her pale lips... "Now eat" he urged, looking over the girl's thin arms. She seemed underfed and weak. He frowned upon that.

"Do they feed you enough here?" he askd, preparing himself for the velvety voice that he hoped would answer.

"I don't usually get fed a lot, everyone is impatient and throws away my food before I'm done. But I can't really do anything about it. That's okay by me, though. I can see why no one would want to waste their time." Miki seemed to sympathize with the ideals of the people stuck caring for her, rather than feeling sorry for herself. She didn't want the guard to feel bad for her, it was unnecessary sadness.

The mocking smirk that had before occupied Devidia's face, now melted into a blank expression. Her icy blue eyes hardened to the point of piercing Leo's similarly colored orbs. She stared coldly, lips pursed, not letting any expression pass through. Her hands that hung limly by her sides, now were gripped in angry fists, knuckles whitening from the pressure. She seemed unphased, dull, but with a closer look, one could see her struggle to remain emotionless.
"It was not my fault." she stated, her voice sounding like an angry fist. The memory of her husband passed her thoughts, making her cringe in hate. He had been the guilty one, NOT her!
"He left me no other choice." it sounded like a pityful explanation.

It was of her knowledge that Leo had remembered, but it was not everything that he knew. She remained, standing unmovingly in front of his cage. Her crimson red lips parted, as if to say something more, but she quickly shut them again, shaking her head. "You\ll understand." she stated, coldly as before, every ounce of care of compassion gone from her voice.

And with those words, she turned on her red-heeled shoes and walked away, taking wide, proud steps. It seemes that even after the conversation, she regained her pride and acted as if nothing had occured.

Even though Katie had started calming down and Alexin could feel her heartbeat come back to normal, he still continued stroking her hair, until her state would return to normal.
"It's alright Sweetheart, you're not going back." he cooed, not exactly sure if he would keep that promise. But the girl seemed awfully distraught. It saddened him to see her in such a state.
"It's alright, it's almost time to go outside. You'll go out in the gardens." he reassured with a smile on his face. The gardens, even in winter time, were a beautiful place to go. "Everything is covered in snow, even the trees are white."

The willow tree that he had mentioned to Opaline earlier crossed his mind. "I have a pretty tree to show you, it's like an igloo." he chuckled, hoping to cheer both her and Opaline up. "See? It's alright."

Calming Katie up, he glanced sideways at Opaline, flashing her a small, guilty smile. It was cruel, to talk enthusiastically of the oh so beautiful outside world when both he and Opaline knew she wouldn't have the chance to see it. ...But she would see it, someday, he vowed that, determination gleaming in his pale eyes.

Having been shortly brought to the small cramped cage after the eventful breakfast, the amber-eyed girl near Fang's cell sat dully on the serrated jail bed, staring at the other experiments. When the red-headed boy in her cage was roughly shoved back in his cage, she stirred, standing up and approaching the bars of her cell warily.

Looking him over, she winced slightly. He seemed badly beaten, bruises lining his chained arms and shoulders. His shirt was slightly ripped, by a few cuts on his chest. His left arm, the fingers on his arm to be exact, ended in a terrifying burn. The skin around the burn was crimson red, the burn itself varied from peachy orange to sieckening yellow. It was a bad wound, one that could affect inner nerves if not treated.

She frowned.

A few minutes later, after Fang had been brought in, she noticed a small creature hop cheerily over to his cage, squeeze through the bars and nestle in his palm. It seemed to be a bunny, she mused in confusion. She wondered what a rabbit would be doing in such a place.

The young man nodded, understandingly. It was of his knowledge that most staff members in the prison tended to be overly rude and hateful towards experiments which took time to be dealt with. However, he wasn't bored, nor annoyed. Rather eager to take care of the girl. it was probably because of her abilities and inabilities. He had never seen something so unique. True, he had observed other experiments, but by now, Miki was the most intriguing of all.
"Well, we better change that, right?" he said, referring to her feeding problems. He didn't mind having to feed her. She was interesting to talk to.

Logan decided to shift into a different creature, because the boy named Fang had a kitten on his lap. He decided to go with a large cat, and morphed quickly. "Fang," He said, and pawed the boys leg.

Katie turned to normal and smiled, "Have you ever read 'The Last Unicorn'?" She went to retrieve it and handed to Alexin, "It's really good, I love it." A smile appeared on her face as she showed him pictures in the book.

Her hair was slowly coming out of the braid, and swooping across her shoulder. Even though she was only a child, she was quite pretty. Katie took a piece of loose hair and wrapped it around her finger, a habit that she had since she was five.

Miki began to cry. "I'm sorry, I'm just so..." she sniffed as she said, telepathically. "so happy..." the tears ran down her face as she smiled. She found it much easier to smile this time, for she truly was happy. Suddenly she felt the urge to use her arm and wipe the tears. She knew however, that it was best not to say anything yet. She needed to make sure the guard wasn't going to tell anyone about it when he knew.

"So, what's your name? I'm Miki." she said. She seemed to have gotten over her extreme happiness.

Taken aback by Miki's sudden tears, the guard drove near slightly, concerned if the girl was alright. But when her voice boomed in his head, tingling in joy and happiness, he smiled. She seemed emotional, jumpy, the resolution of her voice equalled seeing her jumping around. It was enough prrof that she was overjoyed.

Letting out a quiet chuckle, he reached out, using his thumb to gently wipe away the tears from her pale cheeks. The crystal drops of water trickled down to his finger to his palm, nestling there and blending with his skin.
"Calm down, don't cry." he ordered again, tenderness lacing his voice. "I'm Samuel." he answered curtly, wearing his name with a fair amount of embarassment. As if afraid to say it aloud. "Miki's a nice name." he commented.

So... she was Miki... Hm, how innocent that sounded to him. She seemed so little and tender, pale as snow, like an angel would be. "Miki" he mumbled, the name sounding strange on his own lips.

"No, I haven't" he answered curtly at Katie's question. She seemed excited to show him the book so she ran out, to go retreive it for him. She was jumpy all of a sudden,recovered completely from her shock.

The moment she had exited Opaline's cell, the older girl had asked him a question. He snaped back to reality, blinking in comprehension.
"Y-yes. I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to bring it up. It's just that-" he motioned to Katie's cage. "I'm sorry. But I p-promise I'll come visit you during that. S-so you won't h-have to be alone. Th-they'll be let out in about half-an-hour." he stated, in a stutter.

When Katie came dashing back with the book in her arms, he smiled. "The Last Unicorn." he quoted, takin the offered book and peering through the pages. It was well drawn, with a magical Unicorn story inside. It must have been heaven for Katie to have read it. "So, tell me what it's about." he wondered, hoping to bring the girl's mind away from all the trouble.

"T-that... That is my father's name." Miki told him, amazed. She had always liked how her father's name sounded. She wanted badly to be able to say it herself. What were the chances that the guard assigned to her would have the exact same name as her father? She wondered if it was coincidence.

"Well, it's about this unicorn that finds out that she might be the last unicorn! So, she goes on this journey and meets a magical wizard and then turns to human and almost loses all her memory about who she was, but it turns out all right in the end! You can read it if you want." Katie smiled.

"Is it really snowing! I've only seen pictures, where I live... Lived." Katie stopped a bit then continued, "it never snowed, I've only seen pictures."

Opaline slowly approached the two,she bend down a bit to look at the book curiously. She blinked a couple of times as she was watching the colorful pages as Alexin turned them.

This kind of book wasn't something she would usually be interested in but it was so lively that she could feel herself become more cheerful as she observed it.

-"That's very pretty." She commented in a voice so low it could barely be heard.

Opaline looked at Katie, interested in hearing her response to what the book is about.

Christa turned as she heard somone say something and she saw that both Eytan and Katia were both awake. She smiled with relief, "How are you guys feeling?" She asked them and she looked at them with concern. They had been shocked pretty badly and she had been worried, even though she wasn't friends with them. Christa didn't like seeing people hurt or dead.
