@aizel @world @candyluver6789 They arent in any exact location. Eytan and Alexin are in a clearing and Tessa + her gang are watching them from the shadows 😊 @ninjagirl

Without saying anything, Tessa cast a gentle glare that told Katia to not make a sound. The albino that was attacked was now bloody and bruised, he was cowering in the glare of another stone faced hunter.

Tessa was confused. Why was this hunter protecting the lab experiments?? She decided she would wait this out. Of course, knowing your enemy is how you end up defeating them.

@misty Actually, Alexin doesn't know that the bat is the shifter Fang XD Neither does he know that the platipus was Steve and since Laura didn't shift in front of him, he doesn't suspect her to be a shifter either.

Having stuck around at the very end of the group the entire time, calmly trotting behind everyone else, without a word. He'd decided not to hurry furward head first like usual, but had fallen behind, taking his time to observe everything around them. A few strange things had caught his attention - alike the markings on the trees around and the fact that they seemed to be surrounded by willows mostly, which meant they were probably near a water source.

At the dark-haired girl's demand, he followed absentmindedly, pondering on whether to stick around or bail on the group - he was more than aware that he was better off alone.

However, once Tessa had crouched behind a bush, he plopped down quietly next to her, observing the albino, eyebrows raised in nonchalant surprise.
"Two hunters fighting?" the blue-haired boy questioned. "What for?" he had apparently not seen the bat scene unfold and was now confused.

Tessa shook her furry head, signaling silence. Then she stopped and decided to fill him in. She spoke to him so lowly, it almost sounded like a whispering growl.

"A shifter attacked the albino and now he's hiding it." She said, slipping her gaze from him to the clearing. "If we ever encounter them again, we can play on that."

Vincent's eyebrows shot up in confusion. "He's a protector? He's on our side?" the boy whispered, a bit louder than desirable, but thankfully did not get heard. "Hm, think he could help us?" he continued, but in a quieter tone.

The albino drew back, startled by the deafening sound, and nearly stepped back, nearly tumbling down on the ground. He seemed nearly ready to cry, sobbing in embarassment and trying to pry Eytan's stone fingers off his collar.
"Pathetic." Eytan only bothered to hiss, before letting go of the cloth and letting Alexin fall back onto his side.

Unfortunatelly, it was his left side, where the pocket holding Fang was. Inwardly, Yang let out a cry, from the impact of the ground, but also from worry. Seconds after reaching the ground, he stuck a hand in his pocket, taking out the bat, which was thankfully unharmed. Alexin's ribs had taken most of the fall, so Fang had been safe.

A relieved sigh escaped his lips. But when a tanned, muscled arm swooped down to grab the furry animal from his palm, Alexin tried to pull it out of Eytan's reach, but fruitlessly. The older hunter now gripped Fang tightly, threatening to break the animal's fragile spine.

Tessa shifted back into her human form. She felt safer. Her eyebrows knit together in thought.
"No. The other hunter has too much control on him....but..." she bit her lip. The albino had shown such kindness to the shifter....

She heard a cry and her eyes snapped back to the clearing. The stone faced hunter was holding the shifter, threatening to break the bat, it was in his eyes.

She growled slightly, shifting back into her wolf form, ready strike.

Terrin was walking around at a pond, of which had a small hill bearing a rocky waterfall, it's water flowing down peacefully as he walked around on the moist grass.
His boots squeaked slightly and he narrowed his eyes, his face not showing much emotion but determination to finding the experiments.
"For my father." whispered Terrin to himself, and turned around quickly when he heard sobbing coming from the woods behind him.

Terrin raised an eyebrow and started to cautiously walk into the forest mostly full of willows, his hands clenched into a fist.
He saw a clearing up ahead and some people, one of them were on the ground and, Terrin saw, the other was standing above him intimidatingly.
Terrin noticed they weren't any of the shifters, because he just about knew all of the experiments from over the years.

He stepped out into the clearing and walked over to them, his eyes still narrowed a bit but his eyebrow was raised.
"Who are you? And are you a hunter?" said Terrin with a hint of the same determination in his tone.

Fang twisted around in the larger, and undoubtfully meaner of the two hunter's hand, and let out a loud screech. He twisted his furry head around in an attempt to bite the hunter's fingers. His fangs were bared, and his wings were pinned to his sides. Fang could barely control his anger, and was about ready to bite a nice chunk out of the hunter's arm.

"NO!" Alexin lunged forward, actually daring to oppose the bigger Yin and reaching out to reedeem the injured bat from Eytan's hold. IT didn't take the older hunter much effort to stop him from doing so - merely holding Fang out of Alexin's reach was enough. The albino could only scratch at his sleeves, unable to do anything more.
"It's not an experiment, I swear!" he pleaded, watching the animal squirm.

"You're lying." Eytan only retorted back, glaring fircely at the white boy.

"It didn't do anything, the bite was an accident." Alexin hiccuped, tugging painfully on Eytan's right hand, in fruitless attempt to reach Fang.

'Who are you? Are you a hunter?' a fairly familiar voice rung out behind him and Eytan turned sideways to see, not letting go of the bat just yet. It was another hunter from what he could see - strong and muscled like him.

"Aye." he only replied. Intrigued as to why the hunter was wasting time on them and not looking for the experiments, Eytan pityfully flung the bat back to Alexin and turned aroundd fully to face him.
"I'm guessing you are too."

Thankfully, alexin had managed to catch Fang in mid air and now hugged the bat to his chest, stroking it's little head quietly.

Fang was already growing bored as he watched the drama unfold. He used his unharmed wing to slap Alexin's face as he was hugged tightly to the hunter's chest. Once the deed was done, he stared at the figure that had appeared in the clearing.
