"One day me and Fireclaw were racing, for fun, to camp. Moonbeam said, 'Tigerclan! Run! Fight! They have got Featherstar! I ran up a tree and waited until the invading clan passed. I then leaped down and ran into Tigerstar's den. I distracted him, rolled and tussled, while Featherstar got away. I came back, after 5 days of limping, to Stormclan. I've had this scar ever since," I said. I glanced nervously at Fireclaw when Darkkit's eyes flared in rage and revenge. "I'm gonna GET him," Darkkit snarled.

I stared at Mom in sheer determination to get Tigerstar.

Moonbeam watched in vigil. He saw Featherstar asleep, she needed it after all she had been through. Her sleep seemed rough though, as though something was troubling her. He padded over to her, but what to say. She had lost so much, he didn't want to make it worse. "Featherstar, are you alright?"

I leap awake and yowl in suprise as Moonbeam approaches me. "Yes-ues I'm ok. I just promised the kits they could see their father soon." I mew sorrow clouding my eyes.
6 moons later
Silverkit died of green cough three sunrises after Winterplet died. Now was Flamekit and Icekits apprenticeing day. "Flamekit. Approach high rock. From this moment on you will be known as Flamepaw your mentor will be Moonbeam." I mew looking to my deputy. "I am sure you will teach her to help her temper. Icekit approach. from this moment on you will be known as Icepaw your mentor will be Flaretail. I am sure she will theach you alot." I mew as Flamepaw and Icepaw approach their mentors and touch noses.
"Icepaw! Flamepaw!" The clan yowls out . 'Silverkit should be here.' I think to myself.

"Not yet in six more sunrises." I mew looking blankly at the reed tunnel. "I will be back." I mew leaping down and leaving hte tunnel. I make my way to where Winterpelt was buried. "I will love you with all my heart my beloved mate. Our kits are strong and healthy. Silverkit is with you I presume?" I say talking to Winterpelt. Everyone else saw a mound of dirt where I saw my mate.

Moonbeam licked his fur as Flamepaw appoached. Moonbeam smiled at his new apprentice, "It's about time you became an apprentice don't you think?" Moonbeam joked. "You'll get your first lessons today on the evening patrol, until then check on the elders and make sure they're taken care of. I'll come and get you when the patrol is being set up, and be careful if you have to go out of camp." Moonbeam watched as the young apprentice dashed off, surely the young kit would make a great warrior one day.

Flamekit's heart soared with happiness as her first duty as apprentice was preformed. She asked the elders if they needed any help, new bedding and that was it. Luckily there was a patch just outside camp. If they needed more she would have to go deeper into the forest.

I leap up and nod to Moonbeam "The deputy's apprentice!" I thought as I gathered bedding. "Good." I mew around a mouthful of edding I trip over my paws as I return to the elders.

Icepaw~
I leave with my mentor for a tour of the territory.
"This is the river where we get out fish." Flaretail explained. "Over htere is the thunderpath."
"Winterpelt was killed by a monster there!" I mew out loud.

Moonbeam watched as Flamepaw dashed off and nearly toppeled into the dirt, "Careful," he cried playfully. He turned back to look at the Warrior's den. He would have to choose the cats to take on the evening patrol, Flaretail and of course Icepaw. Fireclaw could even go with them too. Moonbeam padded the rest of the way to the den, "Fireclaw, you in here?" he said. "I wanted to know if you were interested in the evening patrol."

I stand up and pad back to camp. I leap pnto the Highledge and pad into my den.

Icepaw~
After a long time I return to camp to see Moonbeam. "My sister is hte deputy's apprentice." I mew to my self. "Moonbeam!" I yell out barrelling into him. "Is Flamepaw ok?" I ask

Flamepaw~
I pad out of the elders den and run to Icepaw as she tackels Moonbeam. "Icepaw!" I yowl out.

Moonbeam looks up as Icepaw barreled into him. He tumbled to the ground and rolled onto his paws. He smiled as he saw Flamepaw join the fray. "It's no sparring area, but this is as good as ever." He said to the apprentices. They fought for a while, the only blows being cuffs to the ears of the apprentices. To end on a good note he let them both tackle him and he rolled onto his back, "Oh no, these terrible warriors have defeated me. I'll surely need to see the medicine cat now!" He wailed, unaware of the other clan cats staring at him in disbelief, until that is, he look up at them.

Moonbeam rose to his feet beside the two young apprentices. "Heh. I just wanted to know if you wanted to go on the evening patrol. So far it's only Flaretail and myself, were going to take the apprentices out." He paused here to look at the apprentices. Looking back to Fireclaw, "So are you interested?"

"Great!" I look at Icepaw, "Flaretail is somewhere in camp. Go and find him and we will leave out for the patrol." Moonbeam turned to his own apprentice, Flametail, "Want to go see your mother and tell her that we are leaving?" He turned finally to Fireclaw, "We'll be at the entrance in a second, mind waiting for us there?"
Moonbeam and Firepaw approached the leader's den. "Were headed out on patrol Featherstar, we'll be back shortly."
The two headed back to the entrance to await Flaretail and Icepaw.

Past: Brackenpaw was born near Stormclan borders. Her mother was a kittypet by the name of Diana who cared for her kits deeply, but her twolegs wouldn't let them stay with her, so she had given birth to them near the Stormclan borders to ensure that she wouldn't have to go through the experience of having her kits sold. Brackenpaw found this out after her mother had visited her when she had become Five moons of age. The reunion was short lived due to the fact that Brackenpaw was a clan cat and Diana was a kittypet. Though her mother doesn't live with her, the bond between them is as strong as if they were both clan cats.

With the patrol gathered Moonbeam looked out the entrance. "It's just a patrol around the borders. We are to renew the scent borders. You apprentices will get to scent the other clans borders as well. You'll need to learn them well. And if the two of you do well enough on patrol we may just do a little bit of hunting. How does that sound?" Moonbeam smiled at the two little ones. He looked up to the older cats, "Any objections?" he asked.
Then he headed out of the entrance to the border.

(Cynder, what terrotories does Stormclan border? I don't think we have discussed that yet. Except for Tigerclan.)

"The kits are too young to leave camp they need to be apprentices and six moons old." I yowl leaping dow from my den and padding to Shadowsopt thrustig my face into hers. "Any objections?" I ask.

I look at Sunkit and Darkkit. "Better luck nex time!" I taunt them "Found by Clan leader too!"
