Say hello to Dark_link. @satoshi818{Shadowpaw}I was woken by the shaking of Snowpaw but still lay in my nest hoping to stay asleep for just a little longer.It turned out that I wasn't destined to as Madpaw, gruffly shoved me to my paws. She seemed to have changed after her encounter with the wolf, she had grown quieter-almost completely stopped talking- not to mention she had become ruder than before."Come on, Blazestar called a meeting, while you were still staying in dreamland." She snarled, her eyes-no longer just orchid, but having dark red spots through them- glowed with a strange light.{Blazestar}"It has come to my attention that we have some apprentices to be made warriors, and a deputy to appoint." I called out as the cats gathered. "Madpaw, Shadowpaw, Nightpaw, Thornpaw, and Hollowpaw, step forward." I commanded.As the cats walked up I smiled. "Madpaw, from this moment on you shall be known as Madpath, StarClan honors your integrity and sharp-mind.Shadowpaw, from this moment on you shall be known as Shadowbrook, StarClan honors your dedication and courage." I meowed, touching each apprentice on the shoulder."Nightpaw, from this moment on you shall be known as Nightflare, StarClan honors your generosity and caring." I meowed gently touching my nose to the she-cat shoulder. "Hollowpaw from this moment on you shall be known as Hollowfire, Starclan honors your strength and endurance. And Thornpaw, from this moment on you shall be known as Thornwhisper, StarClan honors your compassion." I meowed.{Madpath}I forced a smile as Blazestar gave me my warrior name, but truthfully, I wasn't all that glad. I would have preferred to stay an apprentice a little longer, /Ah well best not to linger on what might have been.\ I thought shrugging.I looked up as Blazestar silenced the cheering. "We still have to appoint a deputy and it is with the utmost of thought that I appoint," he meowed his voice scanning the crowd carefully."Waspclaw." The words seemed to rip from his mouth before he had the chance to stop them, and afterwards he simply sat there, staring at the tom a shocked expression on his face.

A spark of hope lit inside me. / Maybe he see's me for the loyal warrior I am!/ "Well done Waspclaw!" meowed Redleaf beside me. "Thank you, Blazestar." I meowed. "I accept this offer."{Mossmoth}Pride for my old apprentice burned inside me. "You really did it!" I meowed to him.{Lavenderpaw}"I wish we got our warrior names!" Meowed Snowpaw. "But were to young." I meowed back. "We have to train more." I saw a spark of suprise in Snowpaw's eyes. "Does that mean you want to be a warrior now, instead of a queen?" She meowed with hope in her eyes. "Yes" I meowed. Then I cheered the names of the new warriors. "Thornwhisper! Madpath! Hollowfire! Shadowbrook! Nightflare!" I cheered Shadowbrook and Thornwhisper's names the loudest.

And Nightflare and Birdsong, you can join me for a hunting patrol." Then I turned to Hollowfire. "And could you take Snowpaw out training?"

You certainly deserved your achievements." I meowed warmly.{Nightpaw}"You'll be a warrior before you know it." I encouraged the apprentice I was sitting with before getting up to figure out what needed to be taken care of.I padded over to the medicine cat's den to find my mentor.

@emilianagerson @poe @dark_link{Mallow-water}I walked deeper into hte herb store desperately trying to find the small store of comfrey I had tucked away for safe-keeping. I turned at the sound of pawsteps nearing the den entrance.{Madpath}I nodded to Waspclaw before turning to Shadowbrook and Lavenderpaw, "We'll see if I can't convince Waspclaw to let us do some battle training with your sister afterwards." I meowed to Lavenderpaw before bounding out of the camp.{Nightflare}I smiled at Birdsong's praise, "Well, we did pass the assessments they gave us, It's not really that big of a deal." I meowed suddenly uncomfortable in my own fur.

@emilianagerson @poe @featherstar_stormclan[Stormpaw] I yawned, stretching the sleep from my tired limbs before shaking the debris from my pelt. I felt like I had missed something while I was asleep, something semi-important. [Sootpaw] I bounded into the apprentice den, smirking when I saw that Stormpaw had woken up. "You missed it! Some of our denmates got warrior names!" I stated excitedly, my tail twitching back and forth.

@poe@featherstar_stormclan@dark_link{Waspclaw}I dipped my head to Birdsong. "Thank you." I meowed then I turned and lead the patrol out of camp. I stoped once we were at the stream. "Ok." I meowed, flicking my tail for the others to stop. "This is a good place to hunt."{Lavenderpaw}"Great." I meowed as I follow Madpath and Shadowbrook out of camp. /I have lots of training to catch up on!/

@dark_link @emilianagerson @poe {Madpath}We had headed pretty close to the far end of the territory when I caught the scent of badger, my fur prickling I gestured to the other cats of the patrol to wait while I checked it out.{Nightflare}I nodded before tipping my nose up and scenting hte air.

@featherstar_stormclan @emilianagerson @poe [Stormpaw] I rolled my eyes, licking the back of my paw and glancing up at Sootfur. A thought crossed my mind that would take both our minds off me missing the ceremony. "Wanna go hunting?" [Sootpaw] My eyes lit up at the mention of hunting. "Yes!" I mewed excitedly, tail lashing back and forth. "Race ya!" I said before bolting out of the den and down to the coast, hoping to find some prey on my way out.

@featherstar_stormclan @emilianagerson @dark_link{Nightpaw}As I walked into the den, I began saying, "So I was thinking maybe I'd go farther out into the territory to look for more comfrey today."{Birdsong}I wandered off to search for prey, scenting the air. Catching the scent of a vole, I crept closer, searching for my prey.

@poe @dark_link @emilianagerson {Madpath}I looked up at the sound of bracken breaking in front of me as the badger scent grew stronger. I moved to turn, but it seemed that my mind didn't want me to leave. And without hesitation, I turned back to the badger scent and unsheathed my claws, a cold seeping through my body as it broke through and appeared before me.{Mallow-water}"That's a rather good idea." I meowed, "I'll come with you and see if we can't find catmint either." I added, flicking my tail and walking out of the den to wait by the camp entrance.

@featherstar_stormclan @emilianagerson @dark_link{Nightpaw}"Two sets of eyes are certainly better than one!" I meowed, following a few steps behind Mallow-water. I knew I'd enjoy the company. Hard work was always better with others around.{Birdsong}I could see the vole, only partially obscured by the vegetation ahead. I got as close as I dared, then I sprung forward. My legs were still able to carry me fast enough to grab the vole in my jaws. I was thankful I wouldn't go back with nothing. If we headed back to camp without me catching anything, they'd surely have more reason to get me in the elder's den. I shuddered at the thought of retirement.

@dark_linkThe ever so old warrior Birdsong doesn't have an apprentice. XDBut I don't recall what other warriors don't have apprentices already.

@emilianagerson That prophecy thing, I'll PM about it because it's building again, I recommend Snowpaw meets her animal soon. @poe @dark_link{Shadowbrook}"Go to camp and get as many cats in a patrol as you can I'm going-" I broke off turning as a thud sounded near-by.The badger was now up against a tree, and what appeared to be a dark shadowy wolf-thing, like before, was looming over Madpath-it was actually growing off of her-with a paw raised.

@featherstar_stormclan Could I get a debrief on what the prophecy is? Unless the med cat apprentice isn't supposed to know. @emilianagerson @dark_link{Birdsong}It seemed the hunting patrol was finished when I got back to the area the three of us had started in. I carried the vole I caught early on, as well as a small bird. The bird was a good catch, I could back up my warrior abilities with that, albeit not a lot.

@featherstar_stormclan @dark_link @poe{Lavenderpaw}I turned to see what Shadowbrook was looking at. A shadowy wolf above Madpath, growling, I wanted to yowl in horror but I was frozen with fear. Fear of the bager and the wolf, and fear of what might happen to my former den-mate Madpath. I slowly padded back and half-hid my self behide Shadowbrook. I knew I was acting like a kit but I did not know the first thing about how to fight bager's, or wolf's.

@poe It's rather long, so I'll PM it to you. And the med-cat's don't know about it yet. @emilianagerson {Shadowbrook}I just stood there, terrified at what would happen to Madpath. Lavenderpaw had hid behind me and I knew I should do something, but I didn't know what.And it seemed almost as soon as it happened the shadow disappeared and Madpath collapsed onto the ground.{Mallow-water}I followed Nightpaw, scenting the air every now and then trying to catch the scent of herbs.{Nightflare}I nodded to Birdsong as I re-joined hte group. I dropped a squirrel and mouse next to the tree before waiting for Waspclaw to re-join us.
