@poe @featherstar_Stormclan{Waspclaw}"Yea, then a few days after, Lavenderpaw and Shadowbrook came back from patrol carrying Madpath, they say she fought a bager then fainted, but while she was fighting the bager, she had the shadow of a wolf over her. I'll meeting the cats how went on the patrol once they wake, to get more detail." I meowed.

@emilianagerson @featherstar_stormclan{Nightpaw}I was close. Almost to camp. Above me, I heard large wings beating. Slowing my pace, I looked up to see the largest bird I had ever seen flying above the treetops with dark feathers carrying it through the night.One cry from the enormous bird seemed to curdle my blood and sent me racing, faster than ever, the last leg of the journey. I careened right through the middle of the camp, then tripped over my own legs and feet as I tried stopping. I skidded and managed to regain my balance, narrowly avoiding the few cats awake at this hour, and preventing myself from tumbling through the camp.Finally standing still, I took time to recover my breath from the frantic race back. I didn't know what about the prophecy made me feel this kind of urgency; the feeling tingled in my paws and I had to get here as soon as I could... But what now?I had to tell Mallow-water.

I meowed."I just got made deputy today, other then that everything in the clan is normal."{Mossmoth}I sat up in my den and yawned. Nightpaw was rushing into camp, i shrugged. /Startled apprentice./ I thought. I slowly walk out of camp, I felt like night hunting. /I'll hunt at the border by the lake./ I thought.

@emilianagerson @poe {Viperfang}"That seems rather strange when you think about it." I meowed. "Why would a shadow wolf be anywhere near Madpath? And what does it want with her?" I asked. "I probably should go, I'm getting tired, and it's rather late. Come see me soon again, alright?"{Mallow-water}I stood up, my fur bristling as I heard a cat crashing into the camp. "Nightpaw!" I snapped as I recognized my apprentice. "What is going on with you?"

@emilianagerson @featherstar_stormclan{Nightpaw}I ducked under the sharp tone of the medicine cat, then tried to slowly articulate the issue at paw."There was a prophecy," I began with a hushed meow. "It mentioned a lot of death, murder, and darkness. There were four beings in it. There was a lion, a wolf, and a fox that dies. And the way she said death, it sounded as though Death was a fourth. It was so strange and ominous. I was scared, so I ran all the way back here to tell you."

Once I was inside Waveclan land, as hiss sounded from a bush as a gray-blue figure stepped out. "Mossmoth!" I meowed, startled, "What was the hiss for?"{Mossmoth}I narrowed my eyes, "I saw you, with her." As Waspclaw opened his mouth to protest I cut him off, "Don't lie to me Waspclaw, I know what I saw. Why are you meeting that rouge?" I spat.Waspclaw flattened his ears, but I knew he would answer me."Viperfang is not all that bad you know." He growled, "She has a heart to, she just made a mistake when she.." He trailed off.I remembered the day Viperfang was exiled very well. "How can you defend her when there are her claw marks on your pelt?" I hissed. "They are not claw marks." He mowed," They are rosebush thorns." I knew he ment thats what he would tell the clan they were and I should not tell any other cat.I thought about it for a second./If I tell, Waspclaw well get in trouble, and his position as deputy may be taken away. If I don't tell, I know he well see her again. But, if she does not hurt him, maybe its better for the both of them. Before Viperfang left, Waspclaw had almost never snapped, and when he did he would say sorry right away. He never spoke disrespectfully of his leader and even though his heart was set on being the best warrior and deputy, he always worked hard on staying the best, but never was rude about it./ Mossmoth remembered how when Viperfang had left the light had faded out of his eyes. And after all these moons, she saw that light in his eyes again when he was talking to Viperfang. "Fine." I meowed, "I'll keep your secret as long as the rosebush does not thorn you again."

@poe @emilianagerson{Viperfang}As I stood to walk after Waspclaw's reply, I heard voices from just inside Clan land. I shook my pelt, before heading towards the small rockfall area I had claimed as my territory.{Mallow-water}"There's no need to be scared. Have faith in what StarClan tells us, and no harm will come to you." I meowed, licking my apprentice between teh ears. "Now let's go tell Blazestar what happened during the ceremony."

I called at the entrance to his den, quiet enough to avoid bothering sleeping cats, but loud enough that the leader would hear me.I felt nervous. How would he react to this vague prophecy? What if he was upset or disappointed in me for not understanding it?

@featherstar_stormclan @emilianagerson {Nightpaw}The way he said 'Thank you, Nightpaw' sounded very much like a dismissal. How could Blazestar dismiss me when he had some idea of what this might mean? Far be it for me to question our clan's leader, however, so I simply dipped my head respectfully and took my leave of the den. I felt at once exhausted from the recent turn of events, and giddy like I would never sleep again.Maybe I'd have to stay awake a while longer.

I padded out of the apprentice den into camp, I heard Nightpaw's meow, "He didn't tell me what he knew." /Who?/ I wanted to know more, so I padded into the medicine den, "Will you deserve to know." I meowed, hoping not to be kicked out. /They cant kick me out! I'll leave when I please, and thats after I hear whats going on!/ "So..." I meowed, "What are you talking about anyway?"

"What happens there is kept between medicine cats and if necessary the leader."Dismissing the apprentice I turned to Nightpaw, "He needs time to think about it, he might have heard about it before but it could have changed. He needs to figure things out before we do anything concerning it."

"So, it does have something to do with a lion.You tell me what you know, and i'll tell you what I know."{Fox}I narrowed my eyes. I never knew more then one rouge lived by the lake, it had always been the one.Pretty thing. I remembered when she first setttled there, she had the scent of Waveclan on her, I guessed she was an exile. But what was with this other cat? I lived past the Waveclan border, near the lake. I growled. There was something about the brown cat... I had to find out who he/she was. I dont like strangers, and he/she left a while after he/she visted the other rouge. The other rouge had gone to sleep, so I padded out by the lake to were the cats had been. My plan was to pick up his/her scent and find out if I knew them, or where they came from.

@emilianagerson @poe {Viperfang}Laying under hte rocks I watched as a shadowy figure passed around me. I silently slid from my perch and slid along behind hte tom, mimicking his pawsteps and staying a wolf-length behind him.

I sniffed the ground. /Waveclan, and its Waspclaw!/ I snarled, remembering my brother, how he almost killed me. /Whats he doing seeing a rouge./ By the scent, I could tell the other rouge was a she-cat. But right behind me, her scent seemed fresher. /She's behind me./ I turned around to see the she-cat, silver and brown. "You'll have to do a better job sneaking up on my then that, pretty. Dont worry, I mean you no harm, i'm Fox." I sneered the meowed.

@emilianagerson @poe{Viperfang}"How cute. You think you could harm me." I purred twitching my whiskers at Fox. "Now may I ask what you are doing on my land?" I demanded, digging my back claws into the pebble and sitting down, covering them. I pricked my ears and listened to the surroundings, every chirp of the sea birds, every splash of the fish.I kept one eye-my left eye-on the WaveClan border, and the other-my right eye, the twitchy eye- on the tom. /Let's see how well he can think under pressure.\ I thought. Smiling at the tom I wrapped my tail around my paws, "You have oh say ten fish-leaps to answer my question and get off my land-" I began, "-unless you have a rather good reason to be here, in which case I'll let you leave with both your ears."

@featherstar_stormclan @poe{Fox}"Oh how adorable." I sneered, letting the word adorable roll on my tongue. "A she-cat that thinks she can fight me. Look deary." My sneer turned to a growl. " I just wanted to know that strange cat that was here, seems he's Waveclan. And seems he is my brother. I think I remember seeing you at the Waveclan camp. Wasp was, opps, I mean Waspclaw was trying to have you share a sparrow with him when I came. I asked to see my brother and sister, I bet Waspclaw never told the clan what happened while we were alone. But its a long story, I would have to tell you our history, are you up for that? Or should I leave now?" Then after a pause I added, "But if I tell you my story, you will have to tell me yours. The one of why you left Waveclan."
