"Oh, hey." He said shyly. "My name is Jaxie and I am a sorien. This is my friend Silentsounds and she is a ringtail. Who and what are you?"

Ariana looked over to the knew comers, not sure of what to make of them. Nero glared at them, while Tikk hid behind Ariana not wanting a fight. Ash landed and asked, "What do you want?"

Ariana looked at the new creatures. They've made one mistake of survival so far, you don't speak your name until you know what the other party's intentions are, she criticized.

Nero smirked at Rodrop's response. Tikk slightly moved closer to Ash.

Rodrop shook off Melanie's paw. He pointed his tail at the new creatures.
Thea went to Melanie's side and Melanie moved closer to the others, pulling Rodrop with her again.

"I'm hungry." Rodrop said as he picked up a berry to eat. He swung his tail away from the 2. He can surely get distracted when it comes to food.., Melanie thought.

"Oh." Rodrop said muttered. He rolled the berries to the back of the group and stood there, picking one berry to eat.
"Okay. Go, or just tell us what are you here for." Rodrop said.

Ariana watched Rodrop. She thought this might be a good way of seeing how they handle situations like this.

Tikk was standing next to Ash. "Do you think we're going to fight them?" She whispered.

"No, they're outnumbered and about our age," Ash whispered back, "you'd have to be stupid to do that. It's something Nero would do."

Nero felt the urge to sneeze, but didn't.

Jaxie nervously hopped from foot to foot, before re-introducing himself. This time he tried to be as polite as possible to not upset the newcomers.

"Hey, I'm Jaxie. I'm a sorien, and I can't find my parents. I know several creatures here, so if you are wanting to know anyone just ask me who they are. This is Silentsounds, and she is a ringtail. She's very clever, she knows a lot about plants. I would like to know who you are and which species you originate from. Can you tell me?"

"I'm a Gryp, for future references" Ariana replied, "and your parents most likely died from the attacks. You're lucky to be alive."

"I'm a Corlinn and she's a Tokk," Ash said, pointing a feather at Tikk.

Nero was about two meters from Jaxie and Silentsounds, "I'm a Sherth."

"I'm not telling, the two too." Rodrop said. Melanie and Thea looked at each other.
"I'm Melanie and this is Thea. I'm a Mirdouse and Thea's a Texu." Melanie said.
"Argh.." Rodrop mumbled.
"You haven't answered my question yet."
He pointed his tail at them again.

Jaxie took a deep breath to speak, but found that he was starting to distrust these newcomers. And that way the big red rat was pointing his tail at them... it was like he was about attack. Jaxie hopped nervously, before turning to Silentsounds.
"Yeah, let's go look for berries."

Ariana glared at them as they left. "Come on," she said, continuing the journey. Ash took flight once again, leading the group to the cave.

Tikk somehow climbed her way onto Ariana. "Ahh!" She said, "I can see it!" She jumped off Ariana and started running forward. "Race ya!"

Nero slowed down, not wanting to be apart of the race. Ash sped up, Ariana smiled slightly and moved faster.

Rodrop and Melanie ran as fast as they could, catching up with the others. Thea tried to too, but couldn't go as fast as the other two.

SilentSounds found that the Rodrop was very rude and was about to go on a giant rant if someone was going to bother her. She found some berries and other plants that might come in handy if any of them are injured or sick. The herbs she had in her tail and the berries on her paws. "So Jaxie what did you think of the other creatures?" She asked him.

Gryp slowed down to be next to Thea. "Would you like to beat the others?" she asked.

Ash was trying to over take Tikk, who was much faster than she looked. Nero was behind them, pretending not to care.

Jaxie looked around as he popped an unripe berry into his mouth. "Yuck!" he said, making a face. Then he remembered that Silentsounds had asked him a question.

"I don't know, but they don't seem very nice. They seem a bit scary, and rough. I don't think they'll make very good friends, they don't seem very open to friendships..."

Jaxie heard a rustling noise, and turned his head in curiosity. He was just in time to see a ruby red creature yawn and roll onto her back. "Hey there!" he called and waved.
