cole noticed a small dog pile of pokemon outside a nearby cave. while everyone else battled, he curiously walked over.

Rocky charged and rammed into the smelly dodrio head first, knocking it to the ground, and backed off shaking his head quickly and wiped off his horns.

cole walked over, noticing they were all sound asleep.

Flandre used Flame Charge energy and turned it into a flame sword. She quickly charged towards to Dodrio and slashed him apart.

the dodrio exploded.

aurora woke up in the middle of this, seeing a growlithe nearby and something exploding into a bloody inferno.

she stood up, knocking over the whole pile and ran away screaming.

blake slowly woke up, and seeing that aurora ran off screaming, he face palmed.

blake:

"aurora! get back her-"

bruno:

"guys! someone's gonna attack us! they found out where we were! run!"

they ran off, finally getting tired of running away after a while. they got to a tree and started panting.

"Brats..? My child, I am far older than you..." Lucille chuckled. "Anyway, we should be off. The Boulder Quarry is just up ahead, and we'd love to be the first to see the treasure." She smiled sweetly. The team walked off into the direction of the quarry.

Later, Hibiscus opened the map again. "Acacia, you've really outdone yourself!" she said, looking at the messages Acacia had written, "You've done a lot of research on this place, huh?" Acacia nodded, smirking proudly. "According to the research notes, Boulder Quarry is a long and winding dungeon maze that sends exploration teams in circles. We need to be careful exploring it."

Lucille strolled over and looked at the map. "Yes, it does seem like that." she said, "Well, there's no use talking about it. Let's explore it!" Her antennae raised cheerfully. She walked straight into the quarry. Giant red stones peaked out of the ground, making an elaborate chasm-like maze.

"I can't say I trust them..." Lucille sighed. "I mean, they're fire-types, and it would be detrimental to us if this is a trap." Her antennae drooped. She really didn't want to sound mean, even if Flandre and Remilia weren't there, but the team needed to press onward.

"I guess I don't, either... I mean, they called us brats! We're older than them! They can't just DO that!" Acacia said. "Well, I guess they're gone. Let's go deeper into the quarry."

A few floors deeper into the quarry, the group came into a large clearing in the cave. It was a huge chamber, and it seemed oddly similar to the clearing where they met Groudon. On the other side of the chamber was a forked road.

"Yikes..." Hibiscus whined, "This place doesn't look familiar... Which way could we possibly choose?"

"Maybe... Maybe we got lost without even realizing it..." Lucille said guiltily.

"Oh no! Don't tell me we're lost!?" Acacia exclaimed, "What should we do now..? We should just keep moving forward... Right?"

"Before we entered... Those rescue notes you wrote down explained this..." Lucille said, "This is probably the complex labyrinth. So instead of getting worried about being lost... Just keep in mind that this is a place where everyone gets lost, so it's only natural for us to get lost! W-wouldn't that help you relax?" Lucille was trying her best to stay positive and be a motherly figure as usual, but even she was getting a little nervous.

"I guess so..." Hibiscus muttered. "I think this might be a detour... But eventually we'll figure it out... I think. Let's just keep going and see."


"Wait! You!" a voice reverberated through the chasm, in a deep, booming voice. "You! Where did you come from?! This is my... How could you not know this is Aggron's territory?!"

"Really?" Lucille replied. "We didn't know, honest. I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to intrude..."

"Graah-hah-hah!" Aggron boomed back, "You didn't know... If you didn't know... then allow me to teach you... What happens to those who trespass here!"

Meanwhile, Rocky was so intent on staring at the Aggron that no one noticed the gang of Dodrio sneaking up behind us.

"Come on out, Lairon!" Aggron boomed, and the walls shook. The two walls on the sides of the room exploded open and six Lairon stampeded out, surrounding the team.

"GRAA-HAHAHA-HAHAH!!" Aggron cackled in a deep, horribly raspy voice. He dug himself out of the ground in front of team Verdant, closing off all possible areas of escape with his massive body. "We show no mercy to those who invade our territory! That's the law of this land!" he thundered, his voice echoing off of the mutilated cavern walls.

"I'm s-so sorry to have accidentally trespassed on your territory, sir..." Lucille stammered, "B-but we really had no idea it was yours! Please, we really had no intent to invade your land!"

"Besides, don't you think it's a little... Unreasonable to attack us without even listening to what we have to say..?" Hibiscus added, surprisingly calm despite her circumstances. "We haven't done anything to this place... And we don't intend to fight."

"But..." Acacia slyly offered, "If you're really going to insist on fighting... We'll be happy to oblige!" She lowered her head intimidatingly, showing off her curled, leafy horns.

"Hmph! You lassies are really cheerful... However!" Aggron rumbled back, "That composure... How long can ye keep it up?" He demanded, lowering his head and brandishing his three razor-sharp horns to match Acacia. "Let's go, Lairon! Get 'em!"

since half of team universe were fire types, the larion wouldnt be much of a problem. on the other hand, mason would have a hard time fighting the dodrio, since they were part flying types. rocky head butted into a larion and growled. when he was furios or angry, he wouldbreath embers intead of normal air.and if his expression was worse, he might even breath fire. but sometimes hes just using flame thrower.

shae and cole used flame thrower, shifting from all the larion.

Remilia and Flandre were in the forest, collecting Berries. Nepgear and Sparklecore joined into the fight. Nepgear used Moonblast and Sparklecore used Psyshock.

One Lairon used Metal Claw on Nepgear. She got hit. It was super effective, so she was quite weak after that.

despite steel being hard to bite, rocky used bite on one of the larion. he used flamethrower while his jaws were latched onto the larion.

mason decided to help fight the larion, because he would be strong against them. he kickedd one in the jaw.
