it was becoming night time.

zero:

"im bringing this to my den. you guys can visit if you want."

zero dragged the huge beartic to his den and started a fire.

Parsee quickly but securely buried Madoka into the snow outside her den and nodded.

Parsee:
"Oh, thanks."

She smiled and patted Blacky.

I dubiously glanced at the Electrike. I wasn't about to give my name to just any Pokemon I met off the 'streets.' "What's your's?" I asked simply, then turned my attention back to my injuries.

I quickly finished cleaning my wounds, the salty taste of blood in my mouth. I'd been wounded worse before, but the gash on my side seemed extremely deep. Looks like I'm adding to my collection of scars I thought silently to myself, trying to keep a cool and straight face.

I glanced upwards at the darkening sky. I better start digging out some kind of shelter, I thought to myself. Unless I WANT to freeze to death.

I furiously scraped at the icy ground, trying to break through. Finally, the earth crumbled beneath my paws and I began to shape my new, temporal den. I managed to carve a messy hole in the ground. It wasn't very big, but deep enough into the earth to shelter me from the harsh climate.

I glanced sadly outside. "I tried to help Madoka..." I wasn't going to eat any of the Beartic. Fortunately, I still had some Apples. "Do you want some?" I asked Parsee.

"It's not your fault. Madoka would've died in this cold environment anyway. Fairy-types aren't bred to handle extremities like this tundra."

Siku pawed the ground, examining the Beartic's bloodied pelt. The fur on his back stood on end like pointed icicles. His blue, ribbonlike tail flicked back and forth curiously, impressed and a little intimidated by Zero's power.

"I'm impressed that you were able to take down a Beartic." he said, slightly flabbergasted, "It won't provide much meat, but it's a good find anyway. We can probably make weapons or necklaces out of it's teeth and bones as an alternative."

Siku knew how to use every part of a fallen enemy's body, as it was customary not to waste any valuable supplies in his culture. He dislodged a few teeth from it's skull. They were huge and barely fit in his paw.

"This would make a lovely necklace, da?" he said, happily rolling it about in his paw, "I needed a new necklace. I guess today is my lucky day!"

I edged backwards a bit, my eyes never leaving the Froslass. I shifted my weight uncomfortably.

"Gywn," I answered back, not bothering to hide my mistrust.

Aibek

I stood back to examine my handiwork and shrugged. It wasn't the best or most comfortable den, but it'd keep me alive. I'd learned over the years not to complain.

I crawled into the tight space, throwing snow on the entrance as I went down. I curled up, and closed my eyes. My ears were pointing straight up, listening for any sounds outside. That was the only problem about the den. I couldn't get out fast enough to get away from a attacker without some warning.

(at the apple part vv)
Chandeliene didn't want to follow the Pokemon. She took the apple together with another uneaten one and dragged them to the nearest tree, then started to eat.

zero noticed a grim look on BC's face. he didnt say anything.

zero:

"here, let me get a poiece of wood."

he trotted outside. he thought 'it must be because i killed that beartic...shes never gonna be proud of my kills.'

he got a piece of wood and dragged it back. then he shot some electricity from his nose and there was a tiny flame.

zero:

"you know when lightning strikes trees and it starts fires? THAT is what i was trying to show you guys."

the tiny flame grew a little and swayed in the tiny breeze cming through as small hole in their den.

My silver eyes fluttered open. My head felt foggy and cluttered from sleep. I shook my head, trying to clear the drowsiness out of my mind. I silently scolded myself for falling asleep. The last few days were apparently really beating down on me hard. At least I hadn't been murdered in my sleep..

My small den was cozy and warm, making me not want to get up. After a few moments of just listening to my own breathing, I heaved myself upwards. My head broke through the cold layer of snow covering the entrance. I blinked upwards at the starry night sky, shaking the wet snow off my dark grey and black pelt. I've must of been sleeping for a couple hours, since it was much darker than when I had fallen asleep.

I shivered from the sudden cold, my white, misty breath was visible in the frozen air. I inhaled deeply, searching for the scents of any Pokémon who could possibly be my next meal. The heavy scent of blood and raw meat was coming from a den to my far right. I padded towards it silently, my ears listening for any sounds that were coming from inside. Just barely, I could hear talking and the crackling of flames. I recognized the scents of that Electrike and Pikachu I had seen not too long ago and some others I didn't recognize as well. I considered attacking them for a moment, but decided against it since there seemed to be a good amount of Pokémon in there.

Turning around, I scanned the darkness around me for any easy targets. With my night vision, I could make out the shapes around me easily. I trotted forward, the soft crunching of snow under my paws. Soon, my pace increased into a sprint, and I shot across the icy land.

Gywn

My breath caught. Go in? Go in where?! There was no way that Froslass could know of me and my siblings den hidden far into the snow. Trying not to panic, I attempted to slow down my breathing. It's okay... everything's okay.. she could of easily meant something else. I tried to convince myself.

I stood there, staring at the Froslass with my eyes wide. I fiddled the bright yellow poppy flowers around my white paws nervously.

"Er.. I'm fine right here," I squeaked.

just as zero was considering going asleep he heard a series of growls and crunching of snow. he noticed that he was tired, but this could be a life or death situation. or even worse, his brother might die.

he knew that he and his brother would have to look menacing. this sounded like a big pack of pokemon. he padded outside of his den and noticed about 7 beartic sniffing around the den site, and one was looking at him.

I had the ability to go without sleep for several days. I silently padded outside after Zero and witnessed the Beartic. They looked furious. "THAT'S why you don't kill random Pokémon." I whispered. "Who knows who that Beartic was? A father? A son? Anyway, we have no hope of defeating all of them."

I went back inside and poked Shrike. "Wake up!" I hissed. "There's a sleuth of Beartic outside! Probably those your brother killed!"

The white landscape spread out endlessly around me. The flat snow glowed silver in the moonlight. My breath was starting to get shaky, and my wounds ached painfully as I ran. Finally, I was forced to slow down and rest. I frowned at my wounds, furious for them slowing me down. I began to run my tongue in long, even strokes along my wound, trying not to wince from the stinging. You've had worse wounds before, I scolded myself.

After I finished cleaning my wounds I stood up to go again, my eyes widening in excitement when I caught the fresh smell of Mamoswine. My stomach growled loudly at the possibility of eating once again.

I eagerly followed the scent, almost forgetting to keep quiet. Slowing my pace, I streaked silently towards the smell. Soon, I came across a big herd of Mamoswine and Pilowswine. I also thought I saw a few small Swinub near the center of the herd. Most were either sleeping or burrowing for food under the snow.

My mouth watered as I watched the herd. I began to silently slink forward. My dark silver eyes carefully scanned the herd, looking for any injured or weak looking Pilowswine. I maybe could get one of the Mamoswine, but it was too risky, even if I had help with me, and was in full health. I didn't exactly care what I caught. As long as I actually caught it.

"what?!?"

he shot up and out of the den. he saw the beartic and jumped next to his brother.

shrike:

"come on, lets defeat them all."

zero looked at him and nodded, then back at the beartic. they started growling.

"Umm, alright.." Fronst said and slowly hovered away. She took flight again, and to the river. Gront saw the Spheal immediately and stabbed one of them at the further side of the river with his horns thrice. The other Spheal rolled away, not hoping to be Gront's prey. Gront hung the dead Spheal to the nearer side of the river and dropped it. He rinsed his horns in the water. Frost went down, "Good kill." she commented. Gront smiled and started to eat the Spheal.

Chandeliene had finished her apples, she was roaming around looking for something to eat and someone to befriend. She saw some big pawprints on the floor. Must be a Beartic heading that direction.. She turned around and continued walking.

His icy blue eyes focused on BC, amazed that she knew the exact bone that makes fires.

"That's exactly right." said Siku, smiling. "How did you know that? You're certainly very worldly!" The icy dangles on the sides of his head swayed happily, and his diamond-shaped tail curled back and forth.

He suddenly saw the Beartic looming before them, and stood on all four paws, ready to attack. He snarled from deep in his throat in warning.

I watched anxiously as the Froslass and Glalie disappeared into the sky. As soon as they faded into the sky, I bolted into the den. Trying to shove away my worry, I scrambled quickly the main room where I found Dhaval and Livna sleeping soundly. I breathed a sigh of relief.

I softly shook them awake. Dhaval's eyes fluttered open for a second but then he shot upwards, his nose twitching crazily. His eyes widened in excitement. Livna yawned and looked questioningly at me, then my brother

"Gen... Livna squeaked, her eyes only half open. They both had trouble pronouncing my name, so they called me 'Gen' instead of 'Gywn.' "...I was sleeping you know."

I smiled and showed them the arctic poppies I had found. My smile only got wider when both of their faces immediately lit up.

"Ooh its pretty!" Livna squealed, she snatched it from my hand and attempted to place it on her head like some sort of hat.

"Heeey Liv!" Dhaval complained, pouting a bit. "Stop playing with it, I'm hungry!" My brother crossed his arms, his ears sticking straight up in the air.

I stifled a giggled. "Livna" I said firmly, reaching my hand for the flower. Livna sighed and hesitantly handed the poppies back.

I quickly split the poppies into three pieces, giving the largest two to my siblings. We chewed in silence for a moment. I relished the sweet taste of food. Nothing had ever tasted so good.

Aibek

I slowly edged forward, my stomach brushing the snow on the ground. I had determined my target. It was a young looking Pilowswine, with a slight limp on its back left leg. Now I just had to manage to get it somehow away from the herd, without being attacked by any if the larger Pokémon. Mamoswine first instinct was to flee, but they were known to be unpredictable and randomly charge. I'd lost a few Mightyena in my pack before because of that.

I lagged behind the herd as they slowly moved onwards. I'd decided that I would wait until the limp got the best of the Pilowswine and it fell behind the herd. It was already somewhat at the back.
