"Okay, thank you!" Ashlynn opens the door and steps inside, looking at the familiar sight now in ruins. There's mold and rips from mice and bugs, broken windows, shattered cups and other objects, altogether chaos. Ashlynn gasps as she sees what looks like dried blood on the floor. It's—and now she remembers—in the exact spot where she died. That's her blood. "Lycia, I f-found the spot w-where I died." she stammers shakily, then riches herself. Nope, it's not a dream. She starts down the stairway to the basement.

Lycia stares in disgust at the mold, mice, bugs, and blood. "Calm down. It's ok.." she says putting her arm around Ashlynn.

"Okay. Calming down." Ashlynn says, half-grinning. "Watch your step—these stairs could be rotted." She runs down the stairs as fast as she can, and is relieved when none of them break. Surrounding her are empty vials, strange machines, and other things from her past. Her mom's laboratory may be old, but it's a lot cleaner then the upstairs. As she takes a closer look, she spots a notebook. Her mom's old notebook. She points it out. "Look! I think I've found my proof." She opens the cover slowly, straining to read the faded handwriting.

"Ok, I'll be careful." Lycia says carefully stepping down the stairs. About halfway down the stairs her food cracks it and falls through. "Argh!" She yells turning into a bad to get free. She flies down the stairs and turns back into a human.

"So.." she began. "You found your proof. Here, let me read it too!" she moves closer to Ashlynn so she can read the notebook.

As she and Lycia look at the pages, Ashlynn starts to read out loud. Her eyes widen as she reads, but at least there's one good thing—she found her proof. She's completed her goal. She reads on.

"Subject 104 has improved, experiments going well. Is beginning to show bird-like traits, and yet has no idea what is going on. So naive."

"Today I have begun activating the gene implants. While Subject 104 is disagreeing with the food I injected the activator in, she still eats it. Experiment going as planned."

"Subject has developed wings! I am proud of myself, this is the first creation that has gotten this far. Research has finally paid off."

"I am not sure how or why Subject 104 can morph. She has not noticed it yet herself, but I have. This is a mutation. I will have to try and remove it."

"Could not remove mutation, but discovered another. I believe Subject 104 knows about this one, but it not sure what exactly it is. Subject 104 can understand bird calls. I'll try to remove both of these again."

"Have found a delayed mutation—Subject 104 will eventually be able to morph into any type of bird. Wings have fully matured."

"Subject 104 is a threat. Must be terminated. But not yet—I will try to remove wings."

"Today, a failed attempt to fix the subject ended in their death. Wings were ripped out. Subject 104 has bled to death."

"I believe that, if the subject had survived the operation, their wings might have regrown over time, and Subject 104 would be able to morph for longer periods of time. It is just as well that subject was destroyed."

"I am dying. Good bye."

Ashlynn gawks. "So...I have other powers? That haven't matured yet? Wow. And my mother was a nutcase, if she really was my mother. Hrmpf." She stares darkly at the notebook. "Well, now we wait for Eresioria to show up and say I'm done with my goal."

Lycia stares in pity and awe for Ashlynn. "Wow... I'm really sorry about your mom.. I know how you feel. Why don't we go back to the forest? Heather and Gabby may be waiting for us."

"Aw, thanks. I'm sorry, today is just really not my day." Ashlynn smiles thankfully at Lycia. "I think I've completed my task. Thank you for...ya know, coming with me. I'm not sure I could've done it without you." She smiles, making a mental note in her mind that she owed Lycia one. "Anyways, we should be getting back. Thanks again." She turns to go up the stairs, jumps over the gap that she assumes Lycia fell through, and picks her way through the first-floor rubble till she reaches the front floor.

Eresioria started floating away and towards Arui and Kirio.
"Where are those pairs...? Are they at the tree again?"

Arui then walked to where she remembered the large tree was.
"Perhaps the answer can be found within the trees. Maybe that's where the remaining keys are." She said, grinning to Kirio.

"Yeah," Kirio said, "then we'll be able to be free from this mess..." They looked around, trying not to kill Arui. The urge was strong.

"I'll fly back—can you morph into bird?" Ashlynn turns into a hawk and circles playfully around Lycia's head. "Come on!" She circles higher, and hovers around 50 feet above the ground.

"Yes!" Lycia says shifting into an eagle. She looks up at the ceiling feeling a rush of air. She stretches her wings out wide enjoying the sensation of flying. She jumps off the ground and flaps her wings. "Don't you love flying?" She asks happily turning towards Ashlynn.

Gabby wakes up and looks around. She screams and jumps when she sees Ashlynn and Lycia are missing. She shakes heather trying to wake her up.

Heather groans. "Five more minutes." She mumbles and rolls over. She sits up and sees they are gone. She feels a surge of anger rush through her body and she screams. "THEY LEFT US!" She screams. "WHY DID THEY ABANDON US?" She kicks the nearest tree, ripping some bark off.

She punches it and shifts into a panther. Her eyes flash red in anger and she glares at gabby. She scowls and feels anger build up inside. "You!" She says to gabby. "You told them to, didn't you?" She snaps.

"Calm down!" Gabby says. " I didn't do anything! I have no idea why they left us."

"Yes! Flying is wonderful!" Ashlynn grins and flies in loops and circles. "I know we should go back to Heather and Gabby, but...it's so much FUN!" she dives towards the ground, swooping up at the las second. "Though I suppose if we don't go back soon, they might rip each other to pieces." she ponders thoughtfully. "Okay. What do you think we should do?"

Eresiroia's then was forced to teleport after somebody has completed their goal.

"Oh. You. So, completed your goal? Time for a wish! Also, how many days do the others have?" She smiled.

Kirio looked away from Arui, as voices urge them to kill her.
Kill... kill...
"Y... You go on ahead. This is your goal, not mine. You're the only one who can do this without my help..." A single tear shed from Kirio's eyes, but they quickly wipe it away.

Arui looked at Kirio with a confused look.
"Kiri? You okay?" She titled her head, trying to find answers.

Why did she had to use a pet name... She does care about me deeply. It's like I'm an older sibling to her... Then Kirio looked back at Arui.
"You're responsible for completing this task. You can do it alone."
They then sunk into the shadows, fading from Arui's eyes.

Arui then looked at the tree again, sighing.
"Guess I'm in for the end of this wild ride." She headed inside, using electricity to light up the area. It seems there's nothing in the room save for a lens.

"Huh? Everything changed..." She approached the lens, it having a fancy ruby square with gold corners holding it. The lens itself looks blue on one end, and a black on the other.

"Maybe the one who wrote on the book probably knows what's this about..."

Day 6: The blue lens sees my certain doom, while the black lens will lead to fortune. It can also see through this stupid blank windowless 8-ball, or so I've heard. I haven't tried it myself, and I'm afraid to. Everytime I try, electricity starts to sting my hands, stings turning into needles, needles turning into knives which then turns into fire burning my hands off. This stupid cue ball is literally useless. Might as well dispose of it... But the prize is the lens. I can probably seek out other shinies while I'm doing this dumb goal of mine.

Arui shivered in fear.
"The lens will be able to find out what's going on... Kirio's right. This is my responsibility. I have to take matters into my own hands." She grabbed the cue ball that she has carried and put the lens on the surface of it. She could feel the electricity stinging her hands, burning as she kept holding onto it.
Despite being an electricity user, the pain was never negated, but was barely weakened.
She saw something. It was a key-like object. It looked like a key. Then the surface of the ball began to crack, releasing jolts of green thunder. Arui's hand began to bleed in the process because of the shattering orb creating sharp bits.

Kirio sighed, and got out of the shadows, walking away from Arui and possibly go far away from her and just disappear.

"Take your time. I have to find the other ones who are in this recreational activity and see what they're up to."

The orb shattered with a key inside which fell to ground, but Arui collapsed on the ground like a ragdoll goat. As she tried to reach it, her vision started to become blurry, her arms weakening, until she passed out. Her hands were magically cured after the shattering.

Lycia flies farther and waves to Erosiora. "Hello!" she says enthusiastically. she dives and then comes back up.

Heather jumps up and growls at Gabby. She feels something snap since her wish hasn't been granted and she pounces. She bears her teeth and bites Gabby's side. Anger surging through her she runs away and lies down far away.

Ashlynn blinks. "I think...I think something bad just happened. Gut feeling, and it's probably just a worry, but still. Let's get back to the others." She flies as fast as she can to Heather and Gabby.

"Gabby! Are you okay? Gosh, I knew something like this would happen, but I was careless and left anyways...oh shoot oh shoot oh shoot..." She runs a hand through her hair and paces. Gabby looks in pain, and that cut's not going to fix itself...probably. She looks for Heather. "HEATHER! I'm back! You don't know how sorry I am for leaving. You can mutilate me all you want, but don't touch Lycia—I dragged her into this." She grimaces, weighting for Heather's response.

(Clueless atm because it's mostly @shadow_girl and @lailaluckyseal87 trying to keep it active. Eresioria is neutral, Arui is passed out on the largest tree in the forest, Kirio is trying to get away from Arui, Ashlynn has a granted wish, and two people have finished the game.)

"Kill... Kill..."
The voices in Kirio's head were strong. They've never been this strong ever since they were possessed for around half a decade, where the voices were last heard from.
"Kill... Kill... Kill...!"

Suddenly, their eyes turned glowing red, and everything crumbled down.
((Anybody who has been RPing with me knows that Kirio has been possesed by demons ever since they half died. They went grimdark.))

Kirio created their shadow spear, and began to run in the forest, and go back to the large tree.

"If you won't kill her, I'll do it myself!" The demon said in Kirio's voice.

"I thought I got rid of you..." Their eyes stopped glowing, and began to glow again.

"Why would you want to get rid of me? We're bound forever!" They said.

Eresioria then followed the group, not knowing what to do.
"How's everybody doing?"

Ashlynn looked around helplessly. She pondered her wish. Well... She could use it to make sure everyone wouldn't DIE for the rest of their time, but that didn't seem like it would exactly be wise. Ooh! She had an idea! "Eresiroia, I have my wish—Can i have two more wishes? If not...could I have the powers I lost when I died?" She bats her eyelashes and makes what she hopes is an innocent face. "But...could I please have those two wishes? PLEEEEAAASSSSE..."

Heather growls at Lycia and turns around swiftly. She grabs Lycia with her large paw and hold her by her neck to the ground. Ignoring Lycia's struggles she tightens her grip, choking her.

(Anybody who finishes this still stays if they want to, but can leave. It would be nice if there were help for the others.)

"I understand that you need help, but I can't change anything. You're just going to take matters into your own hands, and eventually know that you're going to be getting older. And I can't give you any wishes," Eresioria directed this to Ashlynn, "that would be silly," she added, and disdainfully teleports away, fading from their sight. "I'm sorry if I wasn't of assistance to you..." Her voice also faded away. However, she had granted the wish, giving Ashlynn the powers she have lost.

Arui tried to get up, and sees that her hands were bleeding.
"Shoot... I don't have any bandages..." She grabbed the key, and grabbed the orb, placing the key towards the lock, completely opening the entire thing.
"H...el...p... He...lp..." Two voices have spoken at the same time, one fruity and masculine, and one soft and feminime.
"Th-That's the twins..."

"Sa...ve... us..."

She tightly grasped onto the orb, her hands losing more blood. Arui then raised the orb up to the ground, about to shatter it.

Kirio then quickly ran towards the tree's entrance, as they were forced upstairs, seeing Arui for one last time.
"She's all yours now..."

Kirio then lunged behind Arui, with their spear pointing towards their back.

Ashlynn freaks out. Morphing back to human, she's surprised to see her wings have grown back. "So she did grant the wish..." she murmurs to herself.

Grabbing Heather, she flaps her wings and tries to pull her off Lycia. "Heather, LET GO!" She turns to Gabby. "What even happened?"

Heather growls at Ashlyn and snaps at her with her teeth. She tightens her grip on Lycia, seeing the girl unresponsive she snarls.

"She was mad that you left us and then suddenly... she went crazy." She says as Heather using her back legs to kick her away. Gabby gasps for air and clutches her stomach, finding it hard to breathe. After a minute Gabby comes back and shifts into a bird with Ashlynn.

Ashlynn keeps pulling. "Heather, come on! Oh no, Gabby, I think Lycia's...dead or something..." Fury takes over. She morphs into a hawk again, slashing and biting at Heather. After all, everything was going so well...and then Heather ruined it! Ashlynn may be being a bit unreasonable, but at this point she doesn't care. She continues her display of violence, hoping to distract Heather from Lycia.

Heather grips tightly on Lycia's neck, trying to brace the pain. After a few minutes of Ashlynn attacking her she grabs Lycia's neck so hard she hears something break. She pounces on Ashlynn, her eyes red with anger.

Gabby sees Heather pounce on Ashlynn and forgets about Lycia for a moment. She goes to help Ashlynn get Heather away.
