I've gone in every direction but only found two rooms... and not sure what's the donate thing everyone's talking about o.o'

Somebody PM or Mail me with hints please?XD

(e) oh wait!!! i get it now...

Do we just keep going back to the map and dig till we find all the items for the Materials Depository?? where theres a progress bar?

Then what's the smelt for....... hm...

When you press return to the Asteroid Plot Hub under Quick links you can find Abandoned Mineshaft, Smelting Shaft and Materials Depository. This is what users have been mentioning!

There must still be somewhere you haven't gone. I've gone in many directions and have only found one room, much to my dismay.

Edit - You can smelt some ores into bars. You may not have found some ores yet

As a hint, there are 3 gem rooms to find before it resets. You can go into the mines as many time as you want. There's a pattern to which tunnels take you where on the grid. I'll let you figure that out 😉

Is there a way to re-start part 2? I messed up in the the first mining room because I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do to mine. I figured it out for the second room but I missed out on the first room I found ☹️

You re-enter a large, familiar cavern. It looks like you've already visited this room!

I found the second room and I always end back right at the start with the first room I found. I've been looking for the room for nearly an hour now.

@mastergemma The rooms are on the edges of the map, not in any of the middle rooms. So once you're at the top of the map, you go right until there's an option to go up, which will be the room, and down until you can go right, etc.

Never mind. I found the last room somehow and it reset. I was one square away from getting that last mineral though XD

Miner safety tip: remember to bring a small bird with you when you enter the mine if you plan on going deep in. 😋

If you don't get the reference, look it up. ^^

I always go in the same pattern once I enter the shaft, which makes life so much quicker and easier. I click the first tunnel until it's blocked, go to the second, and check to make sure if the first is blocked, if it is, click the second tunnel again. If it isn't blocked, click the first, and it should transport you into a mining room. Keep on doing this with the third and fourth. Hope this helps, might be confusing though. I'm sorry if this is giving too much away, I'll change it if it does.

Another thing I noticed that helped me is that the tunnels are always the same, the one on your farthest left is up, one to the left of that is right, the one to the right of that one is down, and the one on the farthest right is left.

Adding onto my other post where I pinged you, What I do is I go around the whole map, and if I'm going across the top, I try to see if the little tunnel that goes upwards opens up. If I'm going down the left side, I try to find where the left tunnel opens up, The right, I see if the right tunnel opens up, same with the bottom, you get the idea, I hope 😋

That's what I do, I just go around the sides and look for where it branches off further into a room

For some reason I found working out the map in regards to the tunnels and compass directions (I know people refer to them as up, down, etc, but for me I'm less confused if I think more North, East etc.) a lot easier than than working out the whole office thing.



However does anyone else randomly come across a wall that already has bits chipped out? Like I'll walk in and there is already a quarter of a gem sticking out. Or is this a glitch?

That is not a glitch. 😊 Sometimes the wall will be partially unearthed when you visit it, revealing something underneath if you're lucky!

For an abandoned mine, it sure is filled to the brim with gemstones and ores...

The mining part of this reminded me of Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, where you can mine things inside the walls and the walls have a strength so you must plan where to mine! 😊

Now if you'll excuse me as I try to familiarize myself with the movement of the mines.

Not sure if anyone's posted this yet, but I wrote down how to navigate the routes, as I found myself getting confused a lot. So, when you're looking at all four images (directions to go) in the Abandoned Mineshaft, this should help you.

First: Forward
Second: Right
Third: Down
Fourth: Left

Are you still on the first part (looking for the Doctor)?

If so, you're still missing an item. Have you opened both of the locked cupboards? The second one unlocks using something other than a key.

I have found the easiest way is to get to an edge, as all the mine rooms are on the outside and then go around in a "circle". Normally I go North as far as I can, then clockwise. This way I only have to concentrate on 2 of the tunnels.
