~Cave Needs A Make-Over~

Just thought I would put a poll up for all the users that are fed up w/getting the same common creatures from the cave over & over...I know I'm not the only user that this happens to as I've seen numerous users saying that they are tired of getting the "same egg...over & over."

The cave needs a make-over to get better creatures w/better odds!

Now I understand that the cave can't just "give" out new creatures...but come on...I have visited the cave over 100 x's over the past few days & getting disappointed that when u visit the cave so much u don't get anything different. ☹️

I know, it’s annoying.

When monthlies are out, you want them. But the cave only gives you about 0-1 a day. It sucks. I think the cave needs better odds.

Im at over 150+ eggs from the cave & I still keep getting the same at this point.

I’ve tried sooo many times and I still haven’t gotten a monthly... I liked the old cave better, it gave you a decent amount of creatures.

I agree with you, because there have been a bunch of added cave commons, tilting the odds a little (or a lot) to the commons side. What we need is something like the CRW boost 😊 After all, commons now outnumber monthlies almost 10:1 I think.

Wait. How were January's monthlies so common? Or is it just me?

No problem! 😊 Yeah, I've been wondering about this, but in January I noticed nothing. I was actually rather clueless why the odds didn't add up in January x3

@raindrops i soo agree with you maybe its a matter of removing more and keeping up a balance?

one weird thing ive noticed though is the last day i always tend to find a lot more of them then the rest of the month idk if this is coincidental but it happens almost every month.

@thedarkarcher I'm not sure that the last day matters sometimes. I was on all day & night on the last day of the month just to "test" collecting from the cave. I came across over 50+ & didnt find one January creature on that day. ?? If its odds.... I think cave needs to fix this issue as some users get numerous & others get nothing. Not fair. I feel sry for all the users who get nothing & then have to pay HIGH for 1 creature in trades or auctions. *When I auction a creature or item I try to be as fair as possible for all to obtain* 😊

*I also want to high five u for all the help u have given others also w/gifting creatures to the users that r having a hard time obtaining them. Good for u dear!*

@raindrops thank you for writing this and caring about the fairness in the cave. i do think its nice having a bit of luck in the cave makes thing a bit more exiting but i definitely feel that they should be a higher chance of them being obtained. i personally feel its just too many commons in the cave lately then ever.

Unpopular opinion here but I think the odds are good where they are. The increased rarity of monthlies makes it easier for newer users to trade up for older creatures. Yeah it is pretty annoying to not get multiple monthlies a day but we have a whole month to get them.

Just my two cents.

As I'm new to all this I can honestly say that it will become boring to me if something better not appears.The Cave doesn't like me cos I'm getting the same egg over and over again. Today I get Dalahart finally but I have seen that others get the bunch of them...sure I know that few seeking for the same like me.Hope something new and improved will appear cos I'll leave this site(let just say among others some people here are unkind).
Anyway Cave needs to be modernized so that everyone would be satisfied!

I personally don't mind, and it actually makes it a bit more fun for me. If they were easy to get, I'd stop going to the cave (and you don't have to adopt any eggs you find you don't like).
I'm still waiting to get a Dalahart (I want those so badly!!!), but it makes it more worth it when I finally get one.

Not just that, during the month (not in the beginning or the end) you can usually get a monthly for 5k EC max in the auctions, so if you get tired of the cave, you can just try to get one through the auctions. But that's my personal experience 😊

I honestly second what @raccoon said. It might be trickier to get the newer creatures, but that makes it at least slightly less difficult to get the older ones. And the same people that will be happy when they get tons of new monthlies will be sad when they want an older one and have nothing on hand worth of it because everybody and his uncle has these monthlies and doesn't want to trade for them. It's a fluffy trap. It's already difficult to get many older things, and lowering the value of what's now available moves it even further into the impossible territory. (and no, I don't support re-releases either. I'd rather have more very rare and very limited creatures happening now - like Asteroid or Thief Shop ones - than devalue the existing rare gems)
Also, are monthlies really that big of a problem? From my own experiences, you can get one in the auctions for pretty reasonable prices even half a year later, not even talking about when they're still available, or you can swap for a few monthlies from a month where you got more lucky.

Ty for all ur opinions! They do matter. Thats why I started this blog.

Although some ppl seem to have focused on "monthlies". I, myself wanted to focus on the same creature popping up over & over in the cave. Whether it be a common or monthly or whatever. I just feel that their are so many numerous creatures out there that it gets monotonous to see the same creatures over & over.
