I remember this happening before. Any creatures that had died during the course of the glitch were returned to the account!

oh wow I'm somewhat glad I'm not the only one with this issue. (Don't get me wrong it's bad, but I thought I was hallucinating or something 😋)

Tim's Food Shop isn't helping either. I got like 50 notifications that they were about to die, but the mood bar was at 45% so I don't know anymore

Ugh, I know there's probably no reason to panic (I read earlier posts) but I had to stick them in Tim's again. From 33% to 99% immediately. This sure is an alarming bug. -_-

I was on on the 30th , made sure all eggs were okay, logged on today, almost all eggs at 0% to 5%, one at 53%, a very select few at 100%. whats goin on

Was hoping for an update or a sitewide blog post for those who might not think to check out the bugs forum. :/ My cove seemed to be staying at 78% when I went to bed; site was down earlier, now my critters are at 58%.

Same thing for me too. Had 385 messages so I just put all my critters in Tim's.

That is very unfortunate. All I can think about is the goodness of Chicken Smoothie.

Tim's doesn't work for long. Unless you pay over and over. Once your time at Tim's is up, your pets die anyway.

Mine are now down to 26%, notifications filling up...and I can't feed them or book them at Tim's because they're still booked from last night and I already fed them early today. ☹️

Nobody is dead yet but I imagine by the time I log on here again, some will be. I just checked my Aerlo (first non-immortal critter in my cove) to make sure I couldn't feed yet and he's already at 0%. -_-

EDIT, I just checked the cove of another user who occasionally feeds mine and theirs are at 100%. This bug only affects certain users...?

Ummm... A few hours ago mine were at 78%. And I had to put them at Tim's a few moments ago - happines below 10%... The bug is still on. But why not for all of us, just a small group is affected?

@Ian knows about this bug and is working on it. I'm sorry that it is taking so long but sometimes bugs aren't fast or easy to fix. Thank you for your patience while this gets sorted out.

This is also happening to me. haaaaaaa
I ALWAYS make my creatures happy, but when I returned to my game now, I saw that only 2 were 100% happy. The rest was at 0%.
That was the worst bug this year !!!

I usually pay Tim's food shoppe for a day every once in a while so my creatures won't die. I noticed that all my creatures were critically low a day later but the first time I just shrugged it off, reasoned that I must have pressed the wrong button, and paid to feed them again. Seeing this happen again the next day, though, was raising some concerns as the amount of EC I have on hand isn't limitless... and I decided to go see if anyone else was having a similar problem. Glad it's being looked into!

I do have a question though in terms of compensation.... At the moment is it better to keep feeding your cove? Or just to start letting creatures die? ☹️

I have all of my creatures at tim's but since the first of this month i log in to see that a handfull of them are on the verge of dying.

I just put my creatures in Tim's yesterday and I log in to find they are all at 0% again. I don't want to waste EC again 'cause it is quite a chunk too.

So..back into Tim's again?

Ok..here is a new wrinkle..all my creatures are still in Tim's yet they were registering less that 10% happiness.

Same problem here. My creatures were at 80-90% yesterday, yet today I found them at 0%. In fact, one of my creatures ended up dying.
