Apparently most women have a vitamin D3 deficiency anyway. I take 20k IU in the summer and more in the winter. Sorry for the rant, I'm just passionate about the subject because it's done so much for me. 😊 You don't have to reply if you don't want to, just take care friend ❤️

Sorry dear, I know the struggle ❤️ Praying for continued healing and comfort for both of you. Just curious, have you tried vitamin D3 supplements? Didn't completely cure me but it did absolute wonders for my depression. Can't even express how much D3 helped. Gave me new life.
