It's Creature Release Week

New year—new creatures. Creature Release Week begins today! Each day for the next week, we'll be releasing one brand-new species in the Cave for you to find and adopt. The final day of Creature Release Week is the 8th day, when all creatures are available from the Cave. Try and collect them all!

All creature stages will be revealed at the end of the week. Hatch them quicker to be the first to see what they look like! Cave attempts are increased to 25 per day but will return to the normal 10 attempts per day after the final (8th) day.

Creature One: Frango

The Frango is an edible mushroom that grows in shelves that range from 5 to 25 centimeters wide. This fungus is most commonly found on the wounds of trees, mostly oak, although it can also be found on eucalyptus, yew, chestnut, willow, as well as conifers. Frango species are parasitic and produce brown rot in the host on which they grow.

Find this first creature in the Cave beginning today.

Don't visit the Cave from your side accounts! This has never been allowed and still isn't allowed during CRW. (It's really easy for us to tell who's abusing multiple accounts and Cave suspensions will be issued to offenders.)

I recently got into learning a tiny amount of mycology, so seeing a new batch of mushroom species is really awesome! Thanks for these cool creatures!

I love CRW, but I'm not going to lie, the 25 cave attempts makes the CRWs kinda not all that great for trading in the long run. I get that they're hard to fine, but that should be the point somewhat. 25 cave attempts is over double the usual amount, what about 15?

Though all the same, I do love this creature so I will not complain 'bout having alot! I used to think as CRW as a great opportunity for newer users to get good trading creatures. Now, values seems to come to a standstill. Though high hopes for this year with the pretty art!!

@prairie I actually really love the 25 attempts yeah you might get a high amount of the first few days but it gets much harder to obtain as you go. It's also better to take part with work too as I can't do that many attempts.

I didn't get any frangos after 29 attempts, so I'd say 25 a day seems fair. It is rng, after all ^^

Just for curiosity, "frango" means "chicken" in portuguese, so you better expect something like that for thiscreature 😊

Omg. This was the luckiest day I’ve had in the cave EVER! 6 Frango, a Pabassa (my first one!) and a star Spidet in my 25 attempts! I can’t believe it! 😃

@prairie even with the 15 bonus attempts (10 usual + additional 15) All except one day, I've only found 1 CRW creature per day. About half of those were found in the last 5 attempts. 25 doesn't seem overboard in this lighting.
