This month's Cash Shop Monthlies are the Treile and Vampig. Many thanks to @cleokitty and @prairie for the Treile and @poserpanda for the Vampig. The first of their kind have been added to your account for free with the Creator's Mark.

The Halloween Fair has returned! All of the Fair's stands are now open for you to collect pumpkin Seeds. Collect Seeds from both the Fair's stands and from feeding creatures around Egg Cave the entire month. Then, spend your Seeds at the Halloween Fair Prize Shop for rewards. Here's how it works...
Use the orange box on the sidebar to see which activities are available to you throughout the event and when you can visit next. Finally, the Prize Shop has some new prizes this year. Keep reading to see the new ones.
This year's new creature prize is the Candacade, courtesy of @prairie (the first of its kind has been added to your account!). Second, there's a round of 4 new Travels that are only available from the Prize Shop—they aren't available in the main shops.
Redeem your Seeds for these new prizes!
The Ocktin will not be available as a prize from the Prize Shop this year. It has been retired. Similarly, the old Pooky Face, Creepy Hands, Flying Squash, and Ghosts in the Graveyard Travels have been retired.
The Fangtharp, Muckle, and Luskrull creatures are available again this year for a higher price point. There is a limit of 1 per account. It's your chance to obtain some pretty old creatures.
Stargazing is not meant to be played or completed on mobile devices like tablets or phones. The page will still load for you but the controls for drawing lines are not designed for touch screen devices.
Please plan to complete this activity from desktops and laptops for the best results.

I remember seeing the Kisagi on the forums quite a while ago now, glad to see it finally becoming a real creature. Also looks like fixing the Candacade's typo broke everything, haha.

For those that want tokens via clicking, all my coves are feed friendly, so do not hesitate 😊 However, I don't know why, but the candacade picture is broken in the prize page, and it's called Cadacade in it '-' Is it possible to get it (I don't have enough tokens yet to try) ?

It seems the issues with the travel-scramble and stargazing that I mentioned earlier have been fixed, only to have new issues pop up, lol. Candacade prize broken, and one of the new travels seems to be missing. I'm having fun exploring the fair though!

Question for people who've been here for the fair before, does the leaderboard actually do anything (like the monthly leaderboards give ec at the end of the month) or is it just for show?

@heatherm19 If I remember correctly October's is just for bragging rights. (I think November's is where we actually get CC. - They announce it in the blog on the one that does.)

Is it just me or is the stargazing insanely hard [By the fact it doesn't match up with the smaller picture]? Is this a bug, or am I just not doing it right?

@holzie_wings I've had no problems with it. (Though it does get harder the more of them you win.) - If you think it's really not matching up, if you can take some screenshots and send a ticket with the links. (Or send a ticket even if you can't share screenshots.)

@holzie_wings It wasn't working right for me the first few hours after midnight, but it's been fine since. Hint, sometimes the image is a lot smaller than you'd think (ie, a lot of the dots on the grid aren't actually used to make the image).

I am so thrilled! My vampig made it to Halloween! Thank you for bringing my piggy out! Glad ya'll like it! It is certainly interesting seeing how the vampig evolves; I'm delighted with the pig and it is awesome to see EggCave's tough-looking interpretation of the Vampig! ❤️

I'm so slow starting this, this year. With one of my colleagues out sick from an operation, I'm working 12hr shifts almost every night and come home just to catch enough sleep for the next night's work.

I don't understand how you manage to get 2000 in one day. I find the games horribly slow and very difficult. When I earn a few seeds, it's the better to steal them from me. I wanted creatures, but given that I only gained 400 seeds all day yesterday, this is very complicated...

also i cant find kisagi in the cave when new pet is added it always show up first instead i get the main cave ones still

@izziedragon It’s Candacade officially. It was added into the prize pool as Cadacade and fixing that typo causes things to break after the fact, so it’ll stay that way until a developer fix can happen.

@zoruna So far I've only been doing the easier games often, the coin toss and mad science and of course getting free seeds from Nebby! The bulk of my seeds has come from feeding, which I do a lot of normally. I have a tad over 2k seeds at this point.

@heatherm19 @zoruna I personally think Mad Science is easy because if you pick the one that looks the most poisonous out of all of them, you will get like an 80% chance of choosing the one that is not actually poisonous. xD

@zoruna For me it's feeding. I can feed a lot, fast and I have the time. I do play all the games Travel and stars can net a chunk of seeds (~10 to 20), but I've been here a while, and am familiar with how they work. Toss I pull after only 1 or 2 wins (10 or 20).

It's pretty easy to get loads of seeds semi quickly I usually utilize the click exchange and open a bunch of tabs of creatures, and then feed and close the tabs. Rinse repeat. I'm coming for that leaderboard thooo !!

@jilltheplatypus That's the way I feed. It takes me 3 to 4 hours to clear the XC, and I got 755 seeds solely from the 3.5 creatures I feed there today.

I noticed my xc going down faster about a week before the fair started, no idea why but the click exchange has definitely been moving more lately! I'm clicking there a lot more just to keep some xc.

@heatherm19 I've noticed mine going down more as well. But the XC has been my primary source of feeding since it was introduced so I have the banked credits to spare. It is normally more active in Oct, Nov and Feb to coincide with the "feeding" based events.

@minnie298a That makes sense, that it would be more active during events that incorporate feeding. I was so excited to see the Halloween Fair and now I'm looking forward to the other holidays as well, seems like Eggcave really knows how to celebrate!

how many seeds do you usually earn everyday? me? mostly 1000seeds a day! unless im lazy...then its 500 seeds a day
