@taunter that sounds lovely, I'll definitely reach to you when I have some more stability over here and will be a retired granny haha. ❤️ I usually am lazy and I don't like to make people work so I do lucky games most (pick a number / etc etc) or just browse the forum(s) and blogs to see If someone...

@taunter right now yes (I have enough CC for now, and I plan to use it for others). But If I don't get bids I'll be happy to sell them for CC later on, definitely. c:@dragrawr I wouldn't call myself generous since I'm doing it because I'm too lazy to keep collecting though. 😂 But thank you all...

@sinthr I will not blow all my ec on these auctions, I will not blow all my ec on these auctions.... *repeats to self* But wow there are some good ones! I'm glad you aren't leaving the site. I think it's cool that so many users find feeding relaxing. 😊

I was wondering If it would be liked by the community for the circle to be... well, a bit different. It looks very dull to me, maybe make it a lil smaller (so it can match the other two symbols) and dye it in rainbow? Something like this:https://imgur.com/v0a1teMTo me it's also super bothers...

@dragrawr AWESOME concept, the description is so cool! I've been hoping to see a new event-story on the site, there hasn't been any new ones since I joined and I'd love to take part in something like the Asteroid Plot. This creature could *definitely* be the catalyst for an awesome plot!! I really...

I'm here since 2016, my first creature was a Ikamifoo, but it died because i was in hiatus from this site. :´)

Diary entry 12/2/23Recently traded for more CC than I've had in all six years on this site combined. Traded some for a gorgeous starred Nym yesterday. Very happy to be an Eggcave player ❤️

@cho thank you very much for your support! ❤️ And thank you very much for your kindness as well.Yes, I do indeed love EggCave too, and I feel grateful I have this little safespace on the web in which I can unwind by feeding creatures (it's relaxing and reassuring for me and it helps me a lot to...

@sinthr THIS!!!! granting accessibility and being inclusive of the minority members is a must ❤️ sending love to all who feels left out (and ARE left out because of this situation) Thank you so much and I hope EC hears this ❤️ @Ian can we please consider alternatives that users have suggested t...

@spottledmutt - Dailies are a fairly new feature - every day, you get a list of tasks to do around the site (e.g. feed so many creatures in the click exchange, make a few forum posts, do so many quests, use items on your creatures, etc.) for a small reward. If...

@minnie298a Well...I really have no idea about tech-anything, but as I see it, after ALL the hard work you do, speaking russian is not included 😃 I thought this was an english speaking site anyway, so...it is what it is, or to keep it about languages, in romanian "aia e!" 😃

WOW that was fast!! Yaaayyy I can't wait to see how they turn out on-site! A million congrats to @sapphire12 @opalquinze !

Upvoting this -- I don't mind too much having only 5 cove lists, but I've never really understood that restriction so it would be nice to have more. Absolute support for the drag and drop feature, though. The numbering system can be such a pain when you're trying to reorganise a cove list.

@cryogenics not all of these points are true. I use 2FAs to set up my 2FA and it didn't require a phone number, and it's also open source so everyone can check the code out. And it's not silly not wanting to share your personal info even "in this day and age", it's a choice that has to be respected...

I can understand that people have an issue of sharing their info with sites. did you consider this?1. you ip adress gives all the info EggCave admins need about your location, and how many of your side accounts you use to access the site. VPN doesnt work.2. using side accounts - you use...

I personally do not have a problem using the number on this site. Still, it's mostly because I have 3 different numbers on 2 different cell phones, for work and personal use on one cellphone and another for other stuff on another cellphone. But I do see a problem if the site would possibly be hac...

I support this. Maybe a customisable toggle could do the trick, which is to say that we can decide whether to hide some details, all of them, or none of them. I would also appreciate a cleaner look for our creatures; they're small enough as it is, and crowding them onto their own name feels unnecess...

Hi guys! This month I left the dailies, but from time to time I visited the site - does anyone have an explanation why there are so many quests? There again random went crazy and the admins missed it AGAIN?

@bunnyshadow then... what word would you use? I used blackmail because that's how to translate "ricatto", a word in my mother language. In my mother tongue a ricatto is when a person says something like this... "you do this, or x won't happen", basically giving you only one choice and If you refuse...

In addition to the superb points made about accessibility, there are ways to verify phone numbers without... Using your phone. There are services available - for free - that can provide workarounds. It's a grey area fo sho, so I won't say any more about it than that; y'all know how to use Google and...

@sapphire12 I also think the same... hopefully we can work together to make it so there isn't a minority anymore, or that at least people will feel more comfortable in using a 2FA app that doesn't involve sharing directly personal info on the site. Hopefully @Ian sees this topic, I will keep my fing...

@dragrawr 2FAs is available also on desktop so that is more wide because it doesn't require a phone number to work. c: But yeah, I don't know the specific, some people still might not have such an app available... I think verify-ing should be on-site, main and side linked, without strings like phone...

@sapphire12 I do use 2FAs (linked in my previous post). I submitted it as a valid alternative (it's open source and all). Something like that would be way better than having to share your phone directly on the site like this... I used 2FAs promtly when neopets added 2FA in their site for example and...

@megamisama90 pinged@sinthrMe personally:I personally have no problems 2FA ing with my phone - pretty much all websites do this now, if I want to register for a webinar now sometimes they ask me for a contact number etc. My airline company has my phone number so they can text me if my fl...

@bunnyshadow I honestly don't care about the free CC. It irks me the wrong way that site features are restricted (and yes, it feels like blackmail) like this without giving an ALTERNATIVE. I respect your opinion, but NO OTHER SITE I play on literally offered this kind of thing... nobody else asked f...

@redflipflap thanks for the ping. I joined when I was a mere 8-9 so I can understand the frustration and disappoint from users who cannot or are uncomfortable sharing their phone numbers. I think this is a topic that needs to be heavily considered by the staff~! @megamisama90 thanks also for the...
